Sales Manager calls me a jerk. I served my country for 30 years so I have taken crap before, but I will tolerate disrespect. To make matters worse, I get an offer for a hundred dollars on my trade in. I wasn't expecting very much for it but a hundred dollars? The left tire alone is worth that amount. In addition, they quoted me a price for the new car via an email. This is was what brought me into their dealership in the first place, but that price suddenly goes up $1500 dollars after a test drive! Of course I don't accept it and I proceeded out the building, but half-way I hear the young Sales Manager say "what a jerk". I have taken a crap in the Army before but disrespect has not been one of them. I turned around and in a loud voice said, "what did you call me"? He said ..."sir have a nice day".

We needed a car in a specific price range and Billy Capo was very helpful. We went late at night, an hour before closing, and he said he had one car, a Ford Escape, in our price range. He helped us test drive it and walked us through putting it on our insurance and anything else we needed to do. We love our car and will definitely be going back.

The worst of the worst service department.. My first experience was the over the phone diagnosis, they must have crystal ball.. Brought my older truck in which is a west coast truck in great shape with an exhaust leak. Their diagnosis was not one but two exhaust manifolds cracked and a minor exhaust leak at the pipe.. I did not believe the diagnosis being in the auto industry for fourty years that both manifolds would crack at same time. I brought my truck to a REAL FORD DEALER in Ohio. Their diagnosis was both manifolds NOT CRACKED OR LEAKING.. xxx.. IT WAS A SMALL PIPE LEAK.I was also charged an exorbitant amount to diagnose and replace two coil packs which probably was only one in my experience not to have multiple go out ar once.. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY...

We worked with Billy Capo when purchasing a used, certified Ford recently. He was GREAT to work with! It was one of the first sunny, warm Saturdays and the place was crazy busy and he was juggling multiple clients at the same time. Amazing thing is, we never even knew it! He treated us like we were the only ones in the place, gave us his complete attention, did what he could to move things along as quick as possible. Comes across as very sincere, honest, not pushy or excitable. He was a pleasure to work with. OH! And I'm loving my "new" used car as well. Nice selection of vehicles. Would go again when I'm ready! I had received a phone call from salesman Billy Capo from Ray Price ford asking me if we would be interested in trading our 2013 ford focus. At this time we had never thought about it. I told him if we did it would have to save us money and a lower payment. Billy ask us to come in and talk. My wife and i went down and met with Billy and made a deal and traded up to a 2016 ford focus. It is the first time in 50 years of buying new car that we felt like we were not just a another family to push a car deal on. we were treated with honesty and respect and feel we got a good deal. The atmosphere at Ray Price Stroud Ford Lincoln is relaxed. I was lucky enough to have dealt with Bill Capo on my visits. I am a previous lessee to Ray Price Stroud Ford Lincoln and was contacted a few months earlier by Bill to let me know my lease was coming up and if there was any way he could help to let him know. I spoke to Bill a few days earlier to inform him what I was looking for. Bill directed me to the Ray Price Stroud Ford Lincoln website with some vehicles he had in mind so I could browse and get an idea of the option on each vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by Bill's professionalism, knowledge and outgoing personality letting me make a decision within my timetable. I set up a time to meet with Bill to test drive the vehicle, which I loved, then it was back to the dealership to work out the details on the vehicle I chose.Bill went over the costs of the lease with the Friends and Family Sale that was going on. Bill kept me informed throughout the waiting time while they removed the plates from my 2014 Ford Fusion and while they prepped and detailed my new 2016 Ford Fusion. I was updated regularly on the wait time to see the Financial Specialist Darlene Brown. Bill took me out to my sparkling new 2016 Ford Fusion and went over all the nuances in this vehicle like the voice activated navigation, SiriusXM radio and climate settings. Bill helped me switch over my SiriusXM account and set up my mobile phone through Ford My Sync. Once we were done, I was thanked again, offered help if I have any questions or problems, and I was on my way.The reason for the 5 STARS was simple and Easy. I was dealt with in a professional manner, the sales staff were helpful and courteous. Bill Capo, Darlene Brown and Kyle Wismer, made you actually feel like you were a FRIEND or member of the FAMILY! My fiance and I went to Ray Price to trade in a vehicle we had purchased from them a few years ago. We were in the market for a SUV/Crossover as we are expecting a child and needed something bigger. We know what the usual drill is when you got to a car dealer as you usually feel like the salesman just cares about his sale and will try to sell you every car on the lot. Enter Billy Capo! Billy is what a car salesman should be. He genuinely cared about our needs and really took it to the next level. He made sure every little thing with the truck we purchased was taken care of as it was a used truck and had a few issues that needed attention. We actually made a list of the things we wanted corrected and he made sure every single one was addressed. He even did some of the corrections himself! A few days later we received a thank you package from Billy with a hand written personalized note. In all our years of purchasing cars we never had a salesman care as much as Billy did, and for that we consider him like family! We will go wherever Billy is to purchase our next car with out a doubt, because we know Billy will do everything he can to make sure the experience is perfect!

Billy Capo puts in quality time to his customers. My wife and I were car shopping for a jeep we saw online. Luis Levia showed us around but the jeep was not there. He then directed us to a ford edge that we fell in love with. The next day we put an offer in but luis was not in. As God would have it we got Billy Capo. Looking back things went from good to excellent and we even got a "thank you package" in the mail. I got my last two cars at Ray Price locations. Both experiences were great. I will be going to Ray Price to look for my next vehicle.

Bill Capo seems like an honest, caring man when he is making his sale. After purchasing my vehicle he sent me a thank u note and asked that I give him a good review. Once u have an issue with ur vehicle, don't expect him or anyone at the dealership to help. Every person at the dealership from the secretaries to the mangers are belligerent. When I looked to Bill for help, he ignored my calls and texts until after I was out of my 30 day bumper to bumper warranty; then he replied I'm sorry via text.

My daughter and I stopped by to see a Mercury Mariner that we viewed on line. Unfortunately the car was not on the lot at the time because it was at the garage, we were sad. After talking to Billy Capo we felt comfortable enough to put a down payment on the car without even seeing it. Billy kept us informed every step of the way. My daughter was away training in Philly and Billy actually sent someone to Philly for her to sign all the forms. Now that is what I call "SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE". I have been in the customer service field for more than 25 years and I know what superior customer service looks like. Darlene Brown was also helpful and professional when it came to the financing. I talked to a few of the people that were having their cars serviced and they all had the same feeling. They love Ray Price Stroudsburg Ford - Lincoln. I recently bought a used Ford Escape at Ray Price Stroud Ford. Billy Capo was my dealer and he was wonderful. He was straightforward and honest. There was not the typical pressure from a dealer...just kindness and understanding. He was patient with both myself and my 12-year old son. He offered his cell number and was quick to respond even on his day off. When I purchased the vehicle he took the time to go over some of the more technical aspects of the car. In addition to Billy being great, the administrative staff at Ray Price were wonderful. The deal went very smoothly and I left feeling completely satisfied. Thank you Billy and Ray Price Stroud Ford. I love my new SUV. :)

Service lights came on in my vehicle 3 days after I purchased it. I made an appointment with the service center and sat waiting at the dealership for almost 3 hours only for them to confirm what I had already told them was wrong. Now I have to go back to have it fixed when the part comes in... I've been waiting close to a week and have heard nothing so far.

Billy takes car buying to a whole new level. We.ve been to a few dealerships in the area and felt vey pressured. Billy takes the time and shows you around without the pressure. He makes you feel that he not only loves his job but wants you to have the best experience possible and would rather see you in something you love. Billy is very knowledgeable as well. When questioning how much a car cost he tells you upfront. Not like the other dealerships that says: "well, how much do you want to pay a month". With Billy you feel like you have a friend for life. He makes sure you are happy with everything and will go out of his way to make sure the car you want is the way you want it. I thought there was a little problem with one of the headlights and he made the appointment for us to get that fixed as well as other things fixed that we didn't even know was a problem. I also want to mention that Darlene Brown is excellent at her job as well. We had dealt with her 10 years ago and had the same experience.And not to exclude someone else that is a joy to work with is Chris at the service desk, very easy, fun and enjoyable to work with.As you can tell overall I had a great experience. I believe I received the best deal possible and if I didn't they at least made the car buying experience a pleasure instead of a dragging uptight pressured experience.I will be looking for all three of these people on my next round.

When you buy a new car here you get "free" state inspections.This year I was told my 2 year old vehicle needed new wiper blades.The inspection was "free", but two wiper blades cost me more than $28 !!!!

We saw the car on the internet. We called and spoke to Stephanie who was very helpful. We called a few other places but called Stephanie back and asked her to hold the car until we could drive (2 hours) there on Saturday. We got lost in Stroudsburg and Stephanie guided us in to the dealership on the cell phone. Jimmy was our sales person and he is terrific, smart, friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. He found the CD player and showed us how to use it. He went with us on a test drive. He worked with my husband on the price so we didn't have to go look at the other car we had seen on the internet. He said he would try to locate a couple of "clips" that were broken on the passenger door gasket and the CD compartment and mail them to us. They gave us a temporary plate and applied for the registration in NY State. Darlene explained everything very clearly. We will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my husband's many cousins who live in the area. Thank you everyone at Ray Price Ford for a great experience!

After hearing what my 19 year old grandson went through this week-end with buying a used truck. The saleman had total disregard for my grandson he lied to him totaly. Told The kid he could get a truck without a co-signer and even took his 500 hundred cash. The kid called him all day tuesday to find out if he got the loan or not. After many message around 5:00pm he finally told him, he did not get the the loan. Than when he asked for his money back the salesman gave him a very negative attiude and told him he'd mail him a check at the end of the week. His father got on the phone and said "I'll be there tomorrow at 5:00pm to get my son's money. They went there and the salesman started a fight with the kids father and than threw him out when all my son-in-law said "were is the money. Than when my grandson walked into the office with the salesman he screamed and yelled in his face and asked the kid if he wanted to hit him. This is a awful place.
