I had my brakes done here. Afterward they were squeaky. I called and was told it was the pads and that it would quit. Nearly a year later, still squeaking. I took my car to a local auto shop. I was told whoever did my brakes last should have turned the rotors but did not. He had to replace the back rotors and was able to save the front rotors. So less than a year after getting my brakes done at Ray Varner, I paid out another $400 to get them done properly. Will not darken the door again at Ray Varner Quick lane.

I bought my expedition from Ray Varner Ford about a month ago, and I LOVE it!! However, their treatment at the time of my trade-in/sale was what sold me first. They were friendly and knowledgeable! There was zero pressuring which is a huge plus for my husband and me! They worked with us to get the deal we needed. I would highly recommend their dealership, and Mike Cox as your salesman! When they say it’s a family atmosphere, they’re not kidding!

Unfortunately what I need fixed is on back order, but when I say the customer service here is unmatched, I mean you will not find better service and more understanding people anywhere else. They took me in same day after explaining I'm from Ohio, trying to get home. I highly recommend taking your business here.

This has been the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever had! We searched on line for what we wanted, compared several dealerships and really expected to have to go to Knoxville to get the best deal. Absolutely NOT! Ray Varner Ford beat them all! Mike Cox was our salesman and he was awesome. We got exactly what we wanted with no money down and at nearly $1500.00 less than the best offer at the 4 other dealerships in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and LaFollette that we compared. Mike had everything ready for us when we walked in, we test drove the car we had picked and signed our paperwork. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! The finance manager was great and everyone in the dealership was very friendly. We LOVE our new Ford Fusion!! We will never buy a vehicle anywhere else.

Just finished my second experience with Ray Varner Ford. My son bought a used truck a couple of years ago and I was really impressed. I just bought mine (used truck) today. For once In my life I didnt feel like I was being dragged across hot coals by a car dealership.I have never liked going to a car dealership, but Ray Varner changed that. I received a fair trade in amount, they worked to find my car from area inventory's, and the entire matter was taken care of in the least amount of time. My Salesman was excellent, the Finance guy was great. I am totally happy with my purchase and the way it was handled.

I was having My F150 serviced at the Quick Lane ( which I bought there) and was walking about looking at the cars. Well as it happened a New ( and I mean real fast) Mustang somehow new my name. ( She was Calling me) Well I Bought another from Ray. Great deal, no smoke and mirrors, not much haggling (unless you like to) and Ray is usually there to talk to, I like that.

Came today to buy a used newer car in my price range, i was shown 2 cars & fell in love with 2010 ford fusion. They were able to get me in this car with nothing down & payments i wanted. I absolutely love RAY VARNER FORD & if you want a great Non pushy sales men ask for Mike brown. If i could put 10 stars i would!
