Mixed review... We found the car we wanted and it was a good price. It needed some work done which they said they would get done. The work was jerry-rigged and didn't look good. They said they would touch up the paint on a huge crack in the door and did a poor job with that too. If I would've known, I would have done it myself. When I went to pick up the car, it was filthy inside and out and was not detailed as promised. When I pointed that out, they gave me $10 to wash it myself… F for effort. Staff was pretty friendly. Car selection was good.

My experience with RC Automotive was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had in dealing with any vehicle!!!!!! I am ALWAYS fearful of dealing with cars... or dealerships... but they made the process simply AMAZING! The service team, especially Steve helped me every step of the way. Not only did they do an OUTSTANDING job on my SUV, Steve’s incredible attention to detail, patience with me and expertise is one of the reason I will never go anywhere else. This place is amazing! I purchased my Honda in July of 2019 and that was a very low key, low pressure experience. The salesman listened to me and what i wanted! That was new to me when purchasing a used car and it was wonderful! Today i picked up my car after being serviced. Thus is not the first time i had it in, my car was not used much in 2020 because of the pandemic so i had some issues with the battery. The service manager, Steve, has been so kind and patient! He listens as well! So professional and respectful and gets the job done well and timely. I am a customer for life. Period.
