I can't say enough about Rea Ford! The staff is amazing, they treat every customer like family! I just purchased my second car from them and I refuse to go anywhere else! Gino in the service department goes above and beyond to make sure things are done CORRECTLY and Timely! Tommy has hooked me up with the last two cars I bought and he's made the experience hassle free and painless! I definitely recommend going to see him if you're interested in a new car. Joe, has always treated me like a daughter and runs his business like a family. It's very clear everyone feels they are apart of a family there and it's reflected through their customer service. I'd give Rea Ford a million stars if I could. 💜💜💜

I'm a NC resident who was in NY fishing this past week, and my truck suddenly had a coolant leak. Worried I wouldn't get back to NC safely, I called up the guys at Rea Ford, and asked if they might be able to get me in. They went out of their way to accommodate me, made quick work of fixing the leak so I could be on my way 700 miles back home. Truck ran great the whole way. While I was there, I spoke at length with both Gino, and an older gentleman (who's name I'm ashamed to say I didn't get). Both of these guys treated me like family, and I really enjoyed the conversation with them. These are honest and very good people, and I was so lucky to find them when I was in a bind. I would strongly recommend this dealer. Great people! Thanks so much for all of your help Guys!
