I give this dealership 5 stars because of the Salesman Jason C because he was very nice and knowledgeable of what he was doing he was very upfront and honest unlike a lot of other salesman he showed me a lot of cars and spent a lot of time with me if you ask me he should be a manager. If every dealership had someone like him they would get five stars as well go down and see Jason for your next car purchase.

Jason Clement was fantastic. Explained everything as it happened. Worked with our limits and got us a great deal. Traded in a 2006 Malibu and drive away in a 2016 Malibu for only $91 more a month. Never thought we'd own a brand new car but Jason made it happen. Go there and ask for jason!!

My fiance and I visited Ready Credit to look into purchasing a larger vehicle for our family. Unfortunately, our credit scores took a major hit when the economy went down and we have been doing our best to work them back up. Ready Credit was our last option, as I had been told to be wary of them. Much to our surprise, we were approved and chose a car; because our credit wasn't ideal, we had to choose a car with high mileage. Okay fine, whatever, we figured we would keep it for a year, make the payments on time, then trade it in towards a new vehicle. I expected their cars would be marked up as they were a car dealership specializing in poor credit, but I never expected them to be marked up $2,000-$3,000 over the value. We went in on a weeknight, reviewed the sales terms and the numbers and decided to go home and take a day to think everything over. We wanted to be sure we were doing the right thing buying a car that was marked at top value with 100,000 miles. We ultimately made the decision to take the plunge and sign the papers. The payments were great (at least they were the night we reviewed the sale terms). We went in on Saturday to put our money down and get all the papers signed. As we were waiting to go in and sign the papers, our salesman kept going back and forth between us and the finance department, asking questions that he had already asked many times while we were applying for the loan. It seemed almost as if they were reworking the whole loan. Finally after an hour of waiting, we were called in. Only to find out our payments doubled and were now expected to be made bi-weekly. This was not agreed upon two days before while we were reviewing the terms. There were things written on the sales agreement paper in black sharpie, that had not been there prior. (Lesson learned, get a copy of your sale agreement) Of course, we were made to feel as though we were incorrect. We were not. I'm not entitled and I will gladly admit when I am wrong. We were told one thing and they went behind our backs and did another. We never would have wasted our time going back for payments that were so outrageous. This is supposed to be a dealership to help you build your credit, all while driving a reliable vehicle. Had we signed the papers, we would have been up to our eyeballs in negative equity on a car with far too many miles, we never would have been able to trade the car in. I have gone over the math dozens of times, including the purchase price of the car, a high interest rate, and a warranty- I still cannot fathom how they came up with such a large monthly amount. It wasn't that we couldn't afford the monthly payments, it was the fact that they expected such a large amount for a car that was older with such high miles. Had the car been newer or even just lower miles, we would have had no problem paying what they were asking. We refused their offer, and though, they were great about returning my downpayment, that's where any compliments for them end. We will work our credit up and go to a dealership that doesn't thrive on poor desperate people who think they have no other options.

My husband and I just bought a car at Balise Readycredit. We were treated like royalty. We were not sure if we could get the auto loan. Our credit scores are not good. We were not expecting any good news and I read a lot of bad reviews about them. We got the loan AND had plenty of choices. We drove out of there with a 2015 Ford Fusion. LOVE iT!!!! Wendell was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was nice, and the coffee was delicious. When you work real hard at your job everyday, you deserve something nice in your life. Ready credit has cars with mayor cosmetic damages, high mileage, and selling them way over blue book value. They love assisting customers with bad credit and people that are desperate for a vehicle. Do your research on value of vehicle. Your trade in isn't worth much to them because of mileage, cosmetics, etc. But they'll sell u a newer car with as much or more damage and mileage and that's OK to them. BEWARE OF SCAMS PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM.

so not only was i also forced to buy a car that wouldnt fit my finicial goals, instead of holding a hundred in my account THEY TOOK IT OUT. after i told them "nicely" i didnt want the car they MADE me to the finical center where the guy tried to sell me a different car. AFTER I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD THE BBB BUT WANTED TO GIVE THEM THE BENIFEIT OF THE DOUBT. CORY STARTED YELLING AT ME SAYING " DONT THREATEN ME OVER 100 xxxxxxx DOLLARS" WITHOUT FULLY LISTENING TO ME. I got a Hyundai Sonata from Balise Ready Credit in Springfield MA. I and had the car inspected it didn't pass inspection. I was told a new battery was put in the car so I have to drive it miles and it should be ok. Two hours after driving the car it broke down and had to be towed back the Ready Credit to because it was over heating. They replaced some senors and temperature gage. They had the car for a week. I told them I was driving to Kansas City MO. They assured me the car would be find. The car was over heating after driving for 9 hours. I pulled over for the night. I got up the next day to drive and after 3 hours the car started over heating again. I made it to Kansas City Mo. I took the car to a nyundai dealter in kansas city. The raidator had to be replace and some more senors. I have had the ac compressor fixed, some belts , alternator and thermustate. I just had the out shaft speed senor replaced and the water pump. I have only had the car for two years. The car has been in the shop about 15 times. Ready Credit has not done anything to try to fix the car. Now the transmission is going out. I would never tell anyone to go to Ready Credit because they only sell lemons and they don't do anything to try to fix the problem.

I bought a 2009 Pontiac G5 5 months ago and have had problems since. Got my car at the Ready Credit in Hyannis, MA. Two months in the sway links went, paid 100$ deductable then two weeks later needed some other links they conveniently missed. They did fix for free. Now another month later car literally shut down on road while driving. I'm told it's the MAS airflow senor and something about emissions! Car now back at garage and getting some silliness about making sure warranty covers it, blah blah blah. I got ripped on interest cause it's my first car. Paying 344$ mthly like it's a freaking BMW or something. All I want is a car I can drive, shouldn't they have repaired these thing when they aquired the car? This company is quickly getting a bad rep from what I've been hearing.

I visited several Dealerships on this day and was getting tired. A friend of mine told me to visit Ready Credit. The Gentleman Dwight came out right away asking if we needed assistance and what were we looking for. He showed us great options and even explained which car was a better option for our money and for the mileage. I am going to one other place tomorrow to see if they can top Ready Credits price but if not I will be pulling right back into there parking lot and signing paperwork. Dwight was incredible and very easy to talk to and went above and beyond.

I was trying to trade in a truck that had a lot of negative equity. It was turning in to a real challenge. Joey Francis spent his entire day handling my sale and was able to get me into a new car that I really liked all while keeping me within my payment range. He was very friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the cars that he showed me and was able to answer any questions I had. Though it took most of his day to accommodate my needs he never made me feel like an imposition.

After visting 3 other dealerships, our hopes we're pretty low. We went to ready credit with rejection in mind and after looking at 3 cars (1 being thought of as impossible) we ended up being approved for the best. Dwight spent many hours of his day with us making sure we were comfortable with everything that was going on from the price of the car to the payment settlement and even getting us out the door the same day with the car! I would recommend anyone to at least go and look and experience such great service. Even if you don't find what you're looking for it is well worth the trip down to see Dwight and the other guys.

With the economy the way it is, my boyfriend was laid off. He then go hired for a great job, but we only had one car. We rented a car for a few days and then went to Ready Credit. Even though our home was almost foreclosed on last year, we were still able to get a car loan with ready credit. We were told it would only be a few days for everything to be ready. They ran one day short and since I had already returned the rental car, Randy our sales rep, picked me up at 5:30am and brought me to my job that is from 6-10am. Then he picked me up at 10am and brought me to my second job. During my lunch I went and picked up the car we had bought. I would recommend Balise Ready Credit, and especially Randy Jones.Thank you!

Very good experience. Staff was much more professional than anticpated given that this dealership is known to work almost exclusively in the subprime market. Very, very patience. Though they told me I would qualify for a "conventional" loan it seems I still have the subprime rate which I'm fine with given is better than the loan I just had. The salesperson, Juan Peterow worked very hard to accomodate my needs. He took his time (several hours actually) to show me number of different cars, listened really well but was excellent at helping me understand what I could afford versus what I wanted. Overall, I would definetely recommend them again. I showed up at 2pm and was in my new car the same day. I don't believe I've seen any sales people work so hard to accomodate their customer. Wonderful experience.

My daughter and I went here because I had previously bought a car here. The people working there were outstanding. When they found a car for her, she did not like the one that they found and she was very upset. She decided that she needed time to decide if that is what she would get as it was in her price range and he car was going to die very soon. The financial manager was extremely nice and explained everything to my daughter with regards to what she can afford afford and what the bank will lend her with regards to her credit history. The next day, while shopping around, they called her to tell her that they found her another car that they were willing to purchase for her at another Balise dealer if she wanted it. My daughter is now in a car that she can afford and that she loves. They went above and beyond what I would of expected from a car dealership and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good used car without being hassled or feeling rushed. They took the time to talk to her and cared enough to find the perfect car for her...Thank you.

Pain free experience and it was just awesome to walk out of the dealership with a new set of keys to a car that I wanted to purchase as opposed to what I "can" purchase. My experience buying a car from this dealership was better than most. I was taken care of, all employees were very attentive, even though it took more than few hours to finalize the whole process. There was multiple employees working with me, from salesmen to managers. I wasnt pushed into buying something i didnt want nor was i coerced into some kind of deal that wasnt benificial to me.

Everyone in the dealership made it so easy for me to get the car that I wanted within the budget I had specified when I walked in. They did not oversell me or tell me ingratiating stories or engage in any of the negative practices that you may find at other dealerships. They are laid-back yet professional and extremely friendly. They even fired-up a fresh pot of coffee for me while I waited. Everything in the process was handled professionally and promptly--from the initial test drive, to the negotiation to the car's inspection. My salesman, Steven, was very helpful and straightforward without being pushy or trying too hard to make a sale. I will definitely be recommending Balise Ready Credit to my friends: they helped me get a great car within my budget with excellent financing all in one afternoon.

I must say that my experience with Ready Credit and the sales person, Cory McConnell, exceeded all the other dealerships I have worked with. I almost walked out of the dealership because I was very frustrated with car shopping. I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Dwight was very friendly and not pushy like other salesmen that I have dealt with over the last 2 months. If it wasn't for his courtesy and personality I would have not stayed and purchased the TrailBlazer.I have one thing to mention...the man that finalized the paperwork for the purchase was less than pleasant over at the Balise Hyundai office.

In 2010, my husband and I had to file bankruptcy. We had a restaurant that went under and we lost a lot. We were both in need of a vehicle right after our discharge. We went to Balse Ready Credit in Enfield, CT but the salesman there was not helpful. We decided to drive a few miles up to the Springfield, MA store and we are glad we did. Isha and Randy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. They were friendly, accommodating and never judged us (you feel awful after filing). We own a home and we both work so that was a plus.
