Red Mountain Motors and particularly Bryan provided exceptional customer services. He really went the extra mile. I was an out of state purchaser that found a hard to find vehicle there. Bryan even picked me up at the airport. He was not what I would call the stereo typical auto salesman. Just wanted me as the customer to have the right vehicle and negotiated a great price. No hard-sell, no double talk, just plain clear statements. After the sale he checked as follow up to assure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Red Mountain Motors!

I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Red Mountain Motors last year. I had been shopping for some time looking for a well cared for used vehicle for my teenage son to drive. Tim at Red Mountain was extremely patient with me as I test drove and checked out their inventory. His advice helped me to settle on the 4Runner. The vehicle was detailed before I picked it up and had been serviced. It runs great and has been very reliable. The whole process of purchasing was made very easy. I was never pressured at any time. I was impressed with the honesty and no nonsense way they have of doing business. I would not hesitate to send any of my family and friends to Red Mountain Motors.

I have purchased two used cars from this business. The second was sight unseen! WHAT!? you may say. Seriously, after the minivan (purchase #1) exceeded our expectations I had total confidence. In both circumstances I had a short consultation with Tim, the owner, where he asked about my needs and wants and budget. He even listened! The process seemed to generally follow as such: he searched until he found what matched. Once he found the possible match I asked him all about it, and he answered my questions in a straight forward manner without hesitation. He explained any limitations to the car(s) too. He would have continued to search for another if I had wanted - not high pressure ever. By the way, he searched because in this case he did not have what I needed on the lot at the time. The purchase was simple simple. I was presented with financing options to use if I wanted to, but had I come with my own financing it would have been fine too. Again, no pressure. I'm loving my new car and it performs as expected. In my opinion, do yourself a favor, work with someone who wants a repeat customer. They will treat you right and you will finally find the win-win experience that you rarely get in the marketplace. -Michael B
