Everyone I encountered was very friendly, whether I dealt with them or not. Just walking past you, they would say "hello." Jennifer was wonderful. Being a woman, I was very comfortable with her. Even when it was past closing time, she patiently went through the functions of some of the features in my new vehicle. Waited over 3 hrs for an oil change and a tire to be patched and a tire balance that was suggested by service provider..I Love My Traverse but having car serviced at Red River has been a total inconvenience.. This visit was a definite improvement from my prior experience. The Service Representative provided me with an approximate completion time and met that approximation. The truck was clean inside with a protective covering over the seat and the Next Service date sticker was updated on this visit. I explained to the service representative how the last visit was unpleasant and he stated "changes have been made". And believe me these changes were necessary and much appreciated. Harold, the customer service representative, was pleasant and friendly as always. I had five lugs come off & 5 bolts sheeted off of a rear tire while driving. Christy with the Service Dept. was a big help and made the transition go easy from the time I called her till I arrived with the wrecker. Christy was always smiling and didn't mind small talk while preparing the paperwork. Got a appointment and took it in a few weeks ago and 1hr and 45 minutes later it was setting in the lot waiting to be done. I checked on it and was told appointments did not mean anything I had to wait until everyone that came in ahead of me without a appointment was finished. I've always owned Acuras. On a whim I decided to buy a Corvette. Everything that had to do with this dealership from the sale to every service I receive is extraordinarily disappointing. I've never not had to leave it over night. Never once is there a loaner car available. They send you home in a Nasty Smokey taxi. Real classy. Price is always more than the first quote. Whatever part I've needed is always on back order. The service girls are nice enough but it's easy to smooze when you are lying. Needless to say I won't be buying through this dealership again

Love this dealership and will not go anywhere else now. Ashley Pierce has made this a wonderful and stress free experience. I highly recommend you request her when going to this dealership. She is knowledgable, kind, upfront and honest. They have truly honored the warranty with no strings attached. They have replaced my entire dash b/c of a crack, both struts on back liftgate, airvent in back b/c the slat broke, door handle, and cigarette lighter and I did not have to pay a dime. During all these repairs, I did not have to leave it once over night with them. They have gone above and beyond to assist and accomodate me. While repairing my dash, they received a faulty circuit and instead of making excuses, they were up front and made sure I was taken care of as their client. Even though my items were covered under warranty, I was treated as a paying customer. I have used other local chevy dealers and NOTHING compares to Red River. I am forever a customer. If you are unsure, try them once but make sure to ask for Ashley Pierce--she is absolutely wonderful and will make your whole experience worth while.

Not even one year ago I bought a 2010 chrysler 300 which had about 30k miles on it. I thought I was getting a good deal boy was I wrong. From the first week I was having problems I needed to take it in 3 times to get serviced for some switch that kept showing theres low pressure in the tire and when they check it its not the switch was acting up. Then there was a tapping noise that started to come out of the dashboard and that was the straw that broke the camels back right there. I haven't even had it for one year and already fixing things up in it. ON top of all that.. being told to bring it in to get checked out having it sent to a different dealership in shreveport and then telling me I had to go pick it up. NO I DROPPED IT OFF AT YOUR DEALERSHIP YOU GO GET IT was what I wanted to say but didnt and Im glad I didnt. I went into the other dealership and found my dream car 2012 dodge charger super bee and I traded in my car for something I have always wanted and I do not regret it. I loved the Chrysler 300 but I feel like the service I was given afterwards was a load of...

I was in search of more of a gas saver. I had been reseaching the differant economy cars from the differant companies. I found the the 2012 Chevy Sonic was at the top of my list. I live in the Haughton areawent online & looked at RR Chevy & Chevyland & fount that the only automatic sedan left in town was at RR. so I made schedules an appointment to see it. Mark called me I went & look & drove it. When I showed up he wasn"t there we was on a call across town. Its cool, I undersand things come up. Salesman Joel Davis helped me out. I loved the car & wanted to get out of my gas guzzling truck. I still owed on the truck. At first I didn't like the deal they worked out for me. A few days later I got a call from Mark. They were willing to work out the deal with me I wanted. Low notes & all. I hate that some people had a bad experiance with RR Chevy Company. But, I had an overall(*****)rating!!! Paul was very professional and up front with our purchase of a 2011 Impala LTZ. We purchased the car after a test drive and him explaining all the options of the Z over the LT. He took us thru all the controls (who ever reads the manual unless you absolutely have to) and wanted us to be comfortable with them. The leather seats are so much more comfortable than the Honda Accord we had. The seat warmers and lumbar air almost make it therapy driving around. This isn't the same car Dinah Shore used to sing about on TV, they have come a long way baby. Thanks Paul!

My family and I picked out the Tahoe we wanted from Red River Chevrolet. We live out of town, so the next day we left earlier to get the vehicle. Everything went great until the trade in, the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!!! The man dealing in the used car quotes and the employees LOST a sale for the Red River Chevrolet team. We were appalled by the quote we were given on our trade-in!!! We asked about the quote and the man we were dealing with could not answer any questions. The man who came up with the quote when questioned about the quote he was VERY offended. He could not and would not TRUTHFULLY answer our questions. Another disappointing issue was when the man we were dealing with saw that we were upset he said "Well even though it did not work out it was great working with you". What a slap in the face!!!!!!! There was NO trying to talk to us - THEY DID NOT CARE!!!!!!We left Red River Chevrolet and went to Chevyland and came home in a fully loaded Suburban!!!! Sorry Red River Chevrolet you lost not only a sale but future customers!!! VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!!From now on Chevyland will have my business!!!And we will share our experience with anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

This is the second car I have purchased from Red River Chevy. The quality of their used cars is excellent. I looked on their web site and found the car I was interested in purchasing for my wife. We went to the car lot (close to closing) and Chris met us in the parking lot and showed us the car we were interested in and also answered the questions we had. We had looked at Chevyland's web site for a car comparable to the 2010 Cobalt at Red River. Chevyland did not have anything even close in price, mileage or overall appearance. The finance dept was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the best finance option.

They go out of there way to find you financing for your budget, They let me test drive the car I was intrested in alone, The price of both my cars were very affordable for me, They even gave me a loaner till I was approved and my first car was ready to be picked up. If there is any problems with the car that you pick out it will be addressed before you pick up your car. They are very friendly. And don't rush you when you walk in the door.I think most from our company has gone there for there vehicles. Buying cars has never been a pleasureable experience until Paul Cole and Red River Chevorlet. He helped us secure my dream truck at a price comparable to Dallas. Where we have bought vehicles for past 15 years. He furnished a local friendship and help we have never found before. He spent almost 2 hours going over the mechanics of our Silverado pickup. He never got tired of answering our questions. He had certainly gone the 2nd and 3rd mile in offering continued service to our son who bought a Silverado about 6 months ago. He made you feel like he would be there for support as long as you needed him and that has certainly been true with our son. Buying locally has taken a whole new appeal. Thanks to Paul Cole. He even put the icing on the cake with a full tank of gas.

I had an appointment with a different salesman, but the man I made the appointment with was busy. Ed Nation came to talk with me and was very helpful. No pressure sales pitches which was great because I probably wasn't going to buy that day, I was really just looking for information. He got prices of the two cars I was interested in and handed me the write-ups on both before I walked out the door. As I was leaving, he mentioned the other salesperson's name and said it was his sale, Ed was just helping out since he was busy. That explains why Ed has "Team Player" awards for the past several years hanging around his cubicle. I would definitely go back and see Ed if I was interested in a Chevy.

We have bought 5 used vehicles from Chris - he has always treated us right. He always has a smile on his face and is very helpful. I would not buy another car or truck from anyone else. I can call him and he will answer all of my questions and has never treated me less than excellent. I would not give Chris Robbins as far as a salesman anything less than and excellent mark. We have been very pleased with every vehicle we have bought from him and he really really wants you as a customer to be pleased.

This was my first time buying a new car and Mr Anthony and all the guys at Red River wer so nice to me. I would recommend them to anyone. Even though I was ignorant to the whole car buying process they took time with me and had no problem answering all my questions, no matter how stupid. Before this purchase I went to multiple dealerships and would spend hours negotiating and would never get to the price I wanted. I instantly got the price for the new vehicle and the trade in that I wanted when I went to Red River. In addition to that the staff was very kind and helpful. We went into Red River Chevrolet to look at a used truck that was on the lot, not necessarily to buy that day. In fact, this truck had just been traded, and was not yet ready for sale. We spoke to Steve briefly, asking about a 1996 Toyota Camry we were thinking about using as a trade-in; he said he would need to look at it first (We had expected that.). It was getting close to closing time, and we weren't in the Camry, but told Steve we could bring it in within half an hour, which we did. The Camry was given a test-drive (We told them beforehand that the car was mechanically sound as far as we knew, a couple of very minor things such as outside door handle that needed replacing...)and they told us that they couldn't believe how smoothly the car rode. They gave us an approximate trade-in value and then a VERY good price on the 1992 GMC 1-ton truck we were considering. We wanted the truck but it would be a couple of days before we would know about a loan approval from our bank. Steve kept in close contact by phone with me until the loan was approved. We then returned to Red River to finish with the paperwork (and, of course payment). He introduced us to Perry Tuminello, who went over paperwork with us to make sure we understood everything and answered questions. Both men were VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. Both were also KNOWLEDGEABLE about the product (truck) and its various features.After the sale, Steve followed up a couple of times to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that we had no problems with it. He also let us know when the license plates came in so that we weren't driving with temp plates for any length of time(about 2 weeks was all). And the cookies as a "thank you" gift were great too.We have bought vehicles from Red River Chevrolet in the past and have also recommended them to others. We will likely buy our next vehicle from Red River sometime in the future.

My husband & I went to look for a new car, we decided to lease 2 vehicles, an Impala for myself and an Avalanche for him. At the end of the lease, we turned in both vehicles. All this time we had good service from Chris, Kristi, and Viola has been very friendly. Again in October,2010, my husband checked with Chris Fuller about another Impala for my birthday and we went to look at what was available. I was able to find just what I wanted and made the decision to buy another Impala. I'm very happy with my car, and pleased with the service from Chris, Kristi, and would recommend Red River Chevrolet to any one I know. Mrs Viola, has been very friendly & courteous to my self and my husband. My husband is satisfied enough with the service, and brings his company trucks in for any maintenance.

The folks at Red River Chevrolet have been the best folks I've found to buy a car from, since the 1980's. I've tried to deal with the other chevy place in Shreveport and in Marshall, Tx, and the folks at Red River win every time. They are the best on service and sales. My car salesman,( Butch Cole) has become a friend as well. He always has time for my wife and I whenever we call or drop by. We really appreciate the service and advice he gives us.

I was sold an over priced vehicle with tons of extra warrentys that I can't even use next time I'll be getting a dodge for sure. I would never deal with a fast talking sales rep like Ed nations again either he told me a bunch of lies that ended up costing me money in the end. They also don't like to give good returns on trade ins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this dealership to everybody and these two employees, Joe and Todd. Forty years ago (1968) I bought a 1968 Malibu and 2008 I bought a HHR and have bought 3 or more vehicles in between from Red River. I am very please. Since losing my husband I felt that I was not treated right. I did not like to do all the dealing that you have to do and sometimes I wasnt treated good at other places. It was so simple to go on the internet and within 36 hours I had my car. Keep up the good work and I plan to go back 2011 for another car. This senior citizen wants a Camaro.
