Great staff. This was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly it was like you were with your friends. We drove well over a hundred miles to shop for a new vehicle. Everyone there knows their job from the salesman Daren to finance Jason. We highly recommend this place. Yes we will buy again from here.

So happy with my new ride and the experience I had at Red River Ford! My sales guy Garrett simply put was just AWESOME! Never pushy and was up front about everything. He and the sales manager made the whole process very easy and without spending hours at a dealership. If Garrett said he would do it, he did it without me having to follow up or anything. A true man of his word! I would highly recommend Red River Ford and Garrett to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Garrett and RRF for the awesome customer service!

Just bought a Bronco Sport First Edition from John Coulter at the beginning of August. I found it online first and reached out to Red River. John came highly recommended from my sister who bought an Explorer from him earlier this year. On calling Red River about the Bronco, John immediately recommended I reserve it with a deposit. Glad I did… they sold so fast. During the time I put a deposit down (May) until it showed up John was updating me every week. Once I got to the dealership I was really blown away with the genuineness of the people there, esp. John. Everyone was so accommodating and nice and most importantly, honest. Simple, right? But my experience at other dealerships was not even close. I never felt like I was getting cheated or taken advantage of; sadly that happens to often as a single female making a big purchase. John is a veteran, and several others I dealt with at Red River were as well. I think it’s great the dealership has hired so many. Just makes the deal even sweeter knowing you are helping someone who served for your freedom. My experience was above excellent. Because of that, my brother in law just bought a truck from John. So that makes three Red River Ford owners in my family in one year!

When buying my truck, I had a great experience. The salesman Andrew was great. Since I have bought the vehicle I have had nothing but issues. A few days after, I realized that it did not receive an oil change and the oil was bad. It has been about 3 weeks since I have bought the truck and the catalytic converter and O2 sensor went bad. I have called multiple times and received horrible customer service. I have left the managers a message and been told they would call me back for the last 12 hours. The worst part of it all is I convinced my mom to buy a vehicle from them as well. I really hope the vehicle they sold her was reliable, because I know she can’t count on them for any help with the lemons on their lot. If I can keep anyone from getting a vehicle from this shady business. I will consider it worth my time.
