This is a tough one to review. I'll explain; On one-hand, you have the sales side which goes far and away to exceed expectations. If I was rating the Sales side, staff, and process here alone, it would be a 5/5. But, I'm not just reviewing the Sales side. On the other-hand, we have the service side. I will say, the techs here(people in the shop) are great, they don't leave greasy hand prints or anything like that. The people behind the counter are great in-person. The issue arises anytime you try to call the Service Department to speak to someone besides an answering machine. I would say you will probably have to call 5 times to get someone, an actual human not an answering machine, to actually answer one of those 5 times. That reason brings the overall score down. Update: Buy a vehicle here, yes. Serviced here, no. They can't communicate in the service department and it seems like they have 1 phone line that goes to voice mail always.

Amazing job to Kasey getting us a part we needed desperately so we could keep going on our 10 week rv trip. She went above and beyond to help us. We are forever grateful!!! The parts department staff was most helpful in verifying the order and retrieved the part expediently.

Brought my vehicle in to Red Rock Ford for door and wheel well repair. Part was available in stock and was installed and repaired on the same day. Staff and technicians were professional and polite.
