I was referred to Redford Auto Quality Used Cars by a friend and thankfully I was. First, I was amazed by the range of cars that they had, everywhere from low end to exotic high end cars. The manager Rachad and the salesperson Lisa were both very honest and treated us with the utmost respect and just great to deal with. Instead of just selling me any car, they wanted to know what criteria I was looking for so they could provide me something that fit my family’s needs and budget. They answered any questions and phone calls/emails that we had when we contacted them. I was told that “if we don’t have what you’re looking for on our lot, I can get you whatever car you want”, and they did just that. I’ve dealt with other dealerships before and I was never treated with such great service that Redford Auto Quality Used Cars provided my family and I. Not only did I end up purchasing one car for my daughter that was on their lot (which was the reason that I went there), I ended up purchasing another truck for myself that they found for me that arrived from a different state (and I couldn’t have been more happier), and they even offered me financing. Both vehicles were great and were perfectly detailed by the dealership. I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone in the hunt for a car. I give them a 5 STAR rating. Wonderful place, I was able to find the perfect car for my needs, the service here was excellent and the staff were very patient with me when I was having problems with payment on my end. I highly recommend coming here if want a good car.

It was not a good experience. They was trying to sale me a car, they Knew it was not up to part for the price. What I want them to know be honest with your customers. Because when you do you will be BLESS in your business. BUT WHEN YOU DON'T IN THE LONG RUN YOU WILL LOSE. SO FOR YOUR CHOICES BE HONEST IN YOUR BUSINESS AND YOU WILL BE BLESSED.
