Great dealership and staff. Addressed the warranty issue with my vehicle. Was told Chrysler was aware of this issue. No fix yet, but they will notify me. I have always had a great experience here. Will recommend them to others.

I came in to buy a Jeep Cherokee limited that I found on Cars.com. The price was one that was to good to be true. Expected it was 1 at this price and not there. It was there and the funny part is it was locked in the parts department. Of course they are closed on a Sunday, The Sales man Robert was great. Found us a similar car to test drive. Gave him the price on Cars.com and basically was a simple deal. The best part of the whole experience was the finance guy who spent just about every moment from giving us the numbers to finding a way to get the car out from behind the locked gate. Watching him do everything he could really showed not what great customer service this dealership has. I am very impressed. So far everyone we showed the car to, also got the story about where it was at, and how they got it out, Thank Guys for the great customer service.

I went to 5 different dealerships and I found myself going back to Redlands Auto Plaza to now purchase my third car. I was warmly greeted, the staff treated me like family, very friendly and very helpful. There were no "Happy faces" back and forth, we settles on a deal and I drove a new car home.I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to be treated well!

Went into the Redlands Mazda to purchase a new car kinda nervous about doing it all on my own and getting railroaded by pushy sales people. Was defiantly NOT the case here Fidel was amazing super knowledgable and really helped me feel good about my overall decision. Since buying my car I can not help but talk up this dealership to all my friends and family.

I went to Redlands Auto Plaza looking to buy a Jeep, but once I was there and test drove it I realized that the Jeep wasn't for me. The salesman helped me find the perfect car for me as a student. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Mazda3 and I love it. The salesman got me the payments I wanted and the service was great. Everyone was very friendly and they have a fun professional environment, I really enjoyed being helped by them.

I came to buy a new Mazda or a used jeep and found they had plenty of both. The first salesman to help us was terrible, Alex was his name-o, but the sales manager David was awesome and very attentive to what we wanted not what he wanted for us(like Alex). David went above and beyond to find us the jeep we wanted and although negotiations were tough the finance manager was very reasonable and after a few hours we got the car we wanted at a price we could afford. John Lennox in financing was also very helpful and got us a great deal on our extended warranty plan. We love our new grand Cherokee hemi and will reccomend our friends to this dealer!

I thought someone other then a family member should write a review. Shame on me for giving them credit that they might of improved things since Tom Bell took over the plaza. They had it wrong before and haven't corrected even the simple things. Set up an appointment, plan on spending an hour to get written up. No order of first come first serve, using the squeaky wheel method will only show results. At the prices they get you'd think they could have someone placing number cards on windshields or whatever to keep things straight. God knows there's plenty of workers walking around in circles there. Them be it a simple task or major repair, maybe it's just me but how do they happen to finish ten minutes before closing every time? After waiting forty-five minutes to get in on my appointment I'd hope I could get out in less. Their time seems to be worth a lot, but I guess mine is worthless or that's what they seem to think. But Tom don't worry this will be my last rip on you as I'll never return to your dealership for service or to buy another car.

So I recently when it to purchase a Jeep patriot. Unfortunately I was unable to get one of those as my first car due to low credit history and not a huge down payment.However, I was able to get a Chevy Impala (which I love) and I was super ecstatic. The only issue I had with this car was the actuators tend to go out pretty often. I took my car in to get that serviced because one went out 10 days after I purchased the vehicle. The service department was not very helpful and sent me to the Tom Bell Chevrolet dealership and they went on to tell me that it would be $700 to get it replaced. After speaking with the owner of Redlands auto plaza, he helped me out and paid to get it replaced, and when the other one went out as they were working on the first one, he paid for that one as well. Excellent customer service, if I do say so myself. Unfortunately, another one has gone out but I have not had the money to get it fixed so I have to listen to the clicking noise.

My car recently had a problem that was difficult to trace down and ultimately fix, but Redlands Auto Plaza kept at it, in a very honest, direct, and logical way, until they could put their finger on what it really was and deal with it. A lot of shops would have just kept on replacing parts until either they stumbled across the answer by dumb luck, or I gave up or ran out of money. But Redlands Auto Plaza did things the *right* way, ultimately solving the problem without costing me an arm and a leg in the process. To me, this is the true measure of a service facility: how they handle themselves when the going gets tough. These guys passed with flying colors--and in the process, earned my sincere respect and trust. I'd recommend 'em to anybody.
