I went with my son (who is 29, but wanted mom to see his 'new-to-him' car) to the dealership. My son was unfamiliar with the way things work when making a large purchase. The salesman was absolutely wonderful with calling and finding a solution to the issue. I feel like they went above and beyond what a normal dealership would have done. The problem was solved and my son got his car. It was a great experience.

Good deal on a truck I got the salesman acted nice before we got it and after we got it didn't seem too caring. Took them forever to do title work could hardly get a answer I would call 3 times a day and wouldn't get a call back for days. Getting ahold of the gm was a absolute pain. And I know they dragged their feet on the title work my dad bought a car 2 weeks after me somewhere else and got it back before I did

Live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealer and scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle. They confirmed that I would be able to see the appointment and it was ready for me to see the jeep when I pulled up. When I got into the parking lot they told me that they sold the car while I was driving there. They don't care that I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes, do not go to this dealer they're untrustworthy and they don't care who they sell to and they don't care if you schedule an appointment.

My wife and I went to Redwood Automotive to Purchase our first vehicle together and could not have been happier with the experience. From the time we first contacted them about the, now ours, 2018 Ford Escape, they gave us great service. They answered our call and when we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for us to test drive. Austin and Jake helped us with setting up the test drive and then finalizing the purchase of the vehicle. They did most of the busy work with setting up the loan approval for it as well. It was a no stress, hassle-free environment. We did not feel pressured to buy at all, unlike some of the other dealerships that we had visited. On top of all of this, the price of the vehicle was more than fair and they took the time to explain what out payment options were. Austin also delivered the car to us, we live in Mooresville IN so the drive was roughly one hour and fifteen minutes with little traffic. To top it off, the gas tank was full and the inside of the car interior was spotless. If you are in the market for a new car for you or your family, Redwood is absolutely a place that you need to go. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.
