I will drive over 45 minutes to get to this location vs the ones closer to me. The attention to detail was incredible. Nick was awesome! Not only did he recommend things but also advised if things were not needed.

Paid off my car early which entitles me to to a refund for the remaining balance of my gap insurance. On 4/6 I had to call 6 times to finally get information from the operator. She repeatedly cold transferred me to someone who was not in the office and hung up on me. I was not disrespectful at all. This is the third time that I have had issues reaching someone at this dealership. Definitely notice a different type of service after you have purchased the car.

My sale team Sunny, Eddie, Nick was doing a awesome job on taking care of my used vehicle. I will recommend to our friend. only one thing that I don't like only finance manager he very rude and he change my term from 72 mos to 75 mos without let me know, he want me to sign and get out!!!

Reed Nissan's sales team was very professional and courteous. Great customer service provided by Eddie Peralta (sales manager), Eddie (internet manager), Kaylah (internet sales), and Davis Dlugokecki (sales). Purchased a previously-owned vehicle and it was in excellent condition. The Clermont facility is very clean and customer oriented - would recommend.

The person i went to see was great. His name happened to be chris. The rude person was his manager or the actual sales person who despite having never been there before, said i was just taking advantage of the facility to drive nice cars. Too bad, because that means you lost out on any sort of business after both my grandad and mother had just bought new cars. My turn was up and now you've lost any sort of business.
