I came here for my tire preassure monitor system (TPMS) for a noon appointment, around 3pm they said they need more time so I got a ride home. They called me at 6 and said they gonna need it overnovernight by 9am next day to complete the job; hesitantly, I said ok. So I called at 10am they said they finishing it up so I waited till 2pm to call. When I did, they said it was going to be ready soon so come get it. I came around 2:30 the pick it up, I got the the car, the same warning my light is on. I said it's till not fix, they said to me, when they called last night I declined to get it fix. Yup. 26 hours later I decline to get my car fix for the reason I went there to begin with. Unbelievable. I'm done with this place.

I was looking to purchase a Pacifica with certain options, and colors. I had checked other dealers and decided to check Reedman to look at specific colors before ordering from factory. We looked at one with the colors we wanted and was told it was ordered by a customer. It did have options that were more than we were going to order. The salesman, Gary Lazur was trying to find one and found out this was not going to be purchased by the orderer. He then worked with Sales Mgr to get us the lowest possible price, was exceptional. I have purchased from him before and found him to be very thorough in his research and getting the customer the best possible price.

Poor service and extremely long wait times. I went to have a new tire placed and took over 3hrs and then needed to return because they replaced the wrong tire. Also had to return because the air pressures were not checked as requested. Had made early appt and parts were suppose to be in by appt time. No appologies offered. I will never return to this dealership.

Having purchased at least 20New cars over the years I can say with absolute certainty there will never be another purchase by me at Reedman. Their Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep service department has been on a steep decline in the past few years but this past week took it to a whole new level of incompetence. Way too long to get into, they had the car for six days and could not "duplicate" The very issue I was initially told was unsafe and I should leave my car there yet turned around and told me to take the car oh wait you have to have the car towed back the next day. Fred beans maybe out-of-the-way and but I would rather go out of my way to be treated like a customer instead of a number. So over being treated rudely.

2008 t&c, had in for inspection March 2016. Was told needed rear brakes and rotors turned plus all 3 wiper blades to pass inspection. Trying to keep my sense of humor, I told the advisor on the phone that we had a problem because I measured my brakes at 3.5 32nds the day prior, which more than passes. Then I advised him that I also checked wipers for cracking, splits and defects the night before. After 30 seconds of awkward silence and stumbling on the phone, he said it looks like tha brakes were only a "suggestion", they wanted 600 dollars for the break job. He insisted the wipers were all bad, wanted to replace them at a cost of about 90 dollars. I refused and advised him I was coming later to put my own wipers on, even though I checked them myself before the inspection. When I got there, one front wiper was literally shattered where it connects to the arm, the other 2 had freshly made slits on both edges. They insist this is how I gave it to them??? Unfortunately I am the original owner and have both a lifetime powertrain and lifetime bumper to bumper warranty--so I am tied to bringing all repairs to a dealer.July 2016 brought it in for cooling system flush required by warranty schedule. After drive home, had a puddle of coolant on my driveway! Took back next day, after they had it for 4 Hrs, called and sad it was ready. They advised me they reseated a wignut at the radiator, pressure tested and could find no leak. I went home again...... Guess what...... Large puddle of coolant again in the driveway. Now furious, I realized I would be better off finding the leak myself. Took me 10 minutes to locate leak in my driveway. Returned that day, finally I had a mechanic come to the check in area to show the leak I had to find myself. No apologies, no attempt to make good for inconvenience. While they stayed respectful and courteous, my concerns and requesting they do something to help make good were met with apathy. After all this ,my radiator was replaced at the cost of my $100 deductible which they should have happily waved after what I've been thru. But again, they would hear nothing of it. My final suggestion is stay far away from their service dept, the prices they charge are absolutely obscene and they are full of incompetence, and in my opinion and experience - possible fraudulent practices. Sorry I don't have more time in my life to pursue this, but probably should have called state police over the inspection fiasco.

Let me start this by saying I have EXTENSIVELY exhausted my mechanics and patience over the last few days due to this totally incompetent and unremorseful mega company. The issues began many years ago when my wife brought in her jeep for an inspection. They told her the engine block was cracked and needed to be replaced. So when we went up there with a mechanic and asked to be shown the issue we were told that they "had made a mistake" and it was not damaged. So began the Rocky Horror Picture Show that is Reedman Toll.In May 2014 we did go back once the family grew because we were contacted about an available trade in on the Jeep. We went in and looked at some vehicles and were thrusted to the nightmare of a vehicle, a 2012 Dodge Journey. All sounded great and we were given no real time in between being bombarded by sales talk. The second we were handed the car to test drive on their course we noticed the breaks were bad. They said they would take care of it. Size was right and so was gas mileage, so we said ok. 5 hours later we had this thing. After a few weeks we had to get the breaks changed yet again and this time the rotors as well. This raised a red flag and caused me to dig deeper. Come to find out this car is NOTORIOUS for bad break issues. So armed with information I went back to Reedman and explained my concern. I was told "The Internet is filled with false information and I shouldn't believe everything I read on it."!!! I'm an owner of a website company and a phone/computer repair store, I think I know my way around the Internet. Flash to now, and 5 break changes and 3 sets of rotors later. I took the car to be inspected and the emissions machine would not connect to my car and there was a recall on the engine cover so they replaced that. Here is where it's fun. My car has not run right since I left there. Now it's totally dead. Won't run AT ALL. I called them the other day to express my concerns to be told my car "had issues before I took it there because the machine would not connect to it". That it is an "electrical issue that would be $150 hr to diagnose". Odd since the entire car is run my the computer and the ONLY issue was that port when I drove in. Now it won't hold a charge, dies, is making loud noises, revs for no reason, the OBC is now trashed and its rattling. Odd how when I drove it in the car was ok but now it's totally dead. Won't start unless you mechanic jumps through hoops to get it started. But even then everything in it is messed up.But of course it "had these issues prior" even though I drive it from bucks to philly to jersey to Montgomery county daily without flaw. They are the scammers of all scammers. The car is a lemon and they know it. But as many many many reviews have said before me all over the place, it is always the fault of the owner and the car always "like that before it came in". I will take this to xxxx and back and will have them take care of this issue if it requires every moment of my time. I guarantee that. They are so nice to you when it comes to blowing smoke but once they know the mask is off there beast they become hostile, confrontational, rude and uncaring.

I would never buy a car from Reedman Toll ever again, nor would I recommend anyone ever to use there company. I had a TERRIBLE experience. I looked at the car, liked it, and right away was looked down on by the salesman, Ron S, and made the buying process a terrible experience and was forcing to talk to my auto insurance company while I was still in the process of talking on the phone with them about a personal issue. They were COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude towards me and it took almost 5 hours to buy the car (without the test drive/reviewing the car, as that was completed the day before). Also, Ron provided me with false information on the 3 year warranty. Very unsatisfied.

I have been a Reedman customer for over 40 years and have bought many cars from them. I dealt with the likes of John Keyso and Gordon Eichert for Lincoln and Chrysler products and Jim Hamilton for multiple Corvettes over the years. They were true gentlemen always having the time to address your concerns and they always gave me a great deal. I looked forward to seeing them as they had become true friends. After Toll bought the Reedman franchise everything changed. The dealership lost that warm concerned outlook and you were treated as just a number. I recently went to Reedman to purchase a $77,000 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and was told that they could not be ordered and that Jeep probably was not going to build that vehicle. Needless to say the person who orders the Jeeps for Reedman was seriously misinformed as many other local dealers have the vehicle in stock. I might add that reedman-Toll still doesn't have any SRT's. How can this guy be in charge of ordering if he doesn't even know what's available? I am still waiting for the salesman to call me when they were available. What happened to the old reedman? It was the best dealership that I have ever encountered both for sales and service. No more...This long time customer has moved on. I guess we can never bring back the good old days...

They are hands down one of the the worst dealers or companies I've ever dealt with. The service department has no clue what their doing. There's no communication between parts and service. I went through a 35 day horrific experience. They called me for appointments when they didn't have the part needed to perform repairs. If you want to be a piece of cattle then use them!

when I set my appointment I told them I needed a Friday. They could have car Friday and Saturday. But need it done Saturday. It's now Friday A WEEK later !! Still no car! Just got off phone. Gave me an ETA of Monday!!! That's 9 working days later. For a thermostat!!! Nothing but lies, unreturned phone calls. Anyone that goes here for service is out of they're mind!!!

There is a notable higher level of customers service at this center than others in the area. I was immediately acknowledged by multiple employees and helped by a service advisor shortly thereafter. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and had complimentary coffee/tea. Service was completed promptly and without any hassles. The technical and management staff did an excellent job resolving the transmission issue with our Dodge Journey. Communication was courteous and prompt. The management staff was especially helpful with the resolution which required communication with upper management. The entire staff was professional and most helpful. I would recommend Reedman Toll Dodge Chrysler Jeep service for all service needs.

My wife brought the Chrysler Town & Country in for overheating and they told her that she was driving the car wrong. They told her she was putting it into 1st gear unknowingly. Then we had an issue on a highway and had to pull over multiple times because it was overheating. We brought it in for repair again. This time they replaced the head gaskets and said it was fixed. Then a couple of weeks later, it was overheating again. This time we brought it to an independent repair shop. He did a pressure test on the cooling system and discovered it was leaking. Why didn't Reedman do this? I don't know. I would never recommend them.

I went to Reedman to "look" at the possibility of purchasing a new Ram pickup. I was greeted by Alex Bate who is one of the best sales consultants a dealership could have. He answered all of my questions and helped me acquire the exact truck I was looking for. Joe Eisner, the sales manager, was also exceptional to work with and put together a transaction that met my expectations, quickly and hassle free. There were no games, no tricks, just a few minutes of negotiation and we were able to structure a deal that was fair to both parties. Paperwork was prepared quickly and accurately by Anessa and within 2 hours of arrival, I took delivery of my new truck. Thank you to all the staff I encountered during this purchase. You guys are doing a great job. I will continue to purchase vehicles at Reedman-Toll without any hesitation.

I've been doing business with this dealer for a long time and now I realize that this people are lier. I just got an appraisal on my 2014 compass and they came out with a 4k less than the bbk value, they alter the car condition to make it worth less and then they have the decency to say that what is selling for, like we the customer don't have computers. Well they lost me as a customer. Thas 2 cars that I was planning to buy this year.

I was very shocked when I recently purchased a new vehicle from Reedman-Toll. I remembered when it was a great dealership under Reedman name and how awesome everything used to be. But today, I cant rate this dealership more than a 3 stars (2.5 to be exact) after such horrible dealing from start to finish. It appeared they takes way too long to deal with paperwork and the feeling you get from salesman to customer is below average. I was impressed with the amount of vehicle available to look at and get into, but once you starts to deal with the salesman, get ready to hang around for 5-7 hours. They need to get better at talking and explaining things with customers and keeping them afloat of what going on, smiling more instead of looking so grumpy about their job and bringing more positive attitude to work and making the customer experience more easier than trying to figure the issues themselves. But overall, I am very happy with my new vehicle and glad I got it for a great price. Just need to spruce up the customer service there and I think they would become a better place to shop than anywhere else. Also, the reviews on the service department really put me on alert to bring my vehicle there for service. I think I will stick with my own mechanic than take a risk dealing with all that mess.

I see a truck a like on line made an appointment to test drive it , but when I got there we never found the truck over 1 hour looking for it . ended up buying a new 2015 ram , and from the start the Transmission shifts bad , called and e-mail for 1 month know ever gets back to you , I get a hold of a Mark McTamney who start out ok , But then thing got nuts , this guy is more like a old 70's used car salesman , than a service manager , He tells me they will fix the Transmission and while I wait ,I said change the Oil ( what a Big mistake that was ) also I had an Engine light come on and I had it checked out be for I got there , I told Mark McTamney the code ( P108C - Fuel Sensor ) , I get the truck back , drive back home doesn't shift any better and They tell me that the Part is Not in I will have to come back ?, 1 tech who called me said it will over time ? - this is a Trained tech ? I look at the paper work and found that they put 5w-30 in a HEMI ? everyone know it's 5w-20 , it's on the OIL Fill Cap . When I e-mail Mark McTamney and told him of the Fuel sensor code - he should have made sure the parts were there before telling me to come in for service , all this did was waste a day off of work . when you fill out the survey , they send it back to the same problem person - Mark McTamney how does that solve anything ? I E-mail Mark McTamney about this and he lies like Hillary Clinton , he said I investigated and found that the tech put in the right OIl , Trust me ? - It took 2 more e-mails for Mark McTamney to said he would change out the OIl - at this point I'am pissed and will never let them touch my truck. .. I would tell everyone I know and meet to stay away FAR away .

I am new to the area and needed the air conditioning checked on my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. This is my 5th of the same vehicle in a row, over the past 21 years, so I know and love the vehicle, and have had MANY service visits. I called and was given an appointment for 12:30 and told them I would wait. I have had issues before, with air conditioning needing to be charged in the spring, when otherwise the system was performing perfectly. I was told that a $115 "diagnostic fee" would be charged if I did not have the work done after they looked at it. It seemed reasonable to me that someone should get paid to spend their time, although the $115 seemed high. I was a bit suspicious when the first thing the check-in person wanted to do- insisted on doing- was check my tread on my tires. My very nice new tires, by the way. After checking in, an hour and 10 minutes went by with no update, so I went out to the desk to make an inquiry. The technician was just then starting to look at my car. Another hour later I checked in again, as it simply should not take an hour to say whether or not the system is charged with refridgerant. At that point I was told that the tech "was looking at a bunch of other things" that could affect the system, but had apparently not even checked whether the system was even charged. Apparently they are taught to look for the most expensive thing they can try to tell you needs repairing. I said I just want my car back and I refused to pay for any bogus "diagnostic:. When I was given the keys, I asked where the car was, and was simply gestured to and told it was "out there".This was the worst service EVER and really evidenced that this dealership is determined to take advantage of service customers and probably cheat them as well. My advise is to NEVER go there!!!!!

Our experience started out like most car dealerships. They give you there first numbers and there so high you have to laugh. we worked the numbers down to a price that was the average market value for the vehicle in our area. To make a long story short. We did the credit app and they came back saying we only qualify for the tier 3 financing And the monthly payment will be $75 dollars more. Which was an absolute lie. One of the scores was almost a 900! We called them on there xxxxxxxx and they came back and said we just found some thing we could change to get the monthly payment back down. Oh really you found some area that you could change. Unreal!Reedman toll employs deceitfull trash that look right into your eyes And lie blatantly. Too late! Got on the phone with another Ram dealer and they said we get calls all the time about those crooks. They beat reedman tolls numbers by $5 a month and gave me a free spray in bed liner. GO TO FRED BEANS!!

I WISH I had read some of these reviews before stepping FOOT on the Reedman car lot!! I actually researched the vehicle I purchased! The salesman had NO idea it was on the lot and it took him several days to find it (because it was not on the lot stated) Long story short, I was LIED TO by the salesman and the van was NOT given the oil change or tune up he said it was given!! I have found out that there needs to be about $1500 worth of repairs done on this piece of junk! Called salesman, executives in the office, parts department, WITH NO HELP!!Now, after only 5 months, I am looking at having to get a new transmission, new brakes and rotors, the car was in an accident and the paint had begun to peel not a MONTH after purchasing it! After a month of having it, I had to take it for an oil change! Then a month or so later...transmission flushed, another month or so tire pressure sensor changed (making my 3rd trip for this repair in a couple of days!) I am about to check into the LEMON LAW!! The WORST experience EVER!! And it seems NEVER ENDING!! I could NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bought a brand new 2014 Ram 1500 sport in Feb 2014, absolutely the best service ever, actually bragged about it to my family and friends. September 11 2014 I dropped my truck off for service on the Sirius radio. They gave me a rental free of charge since my truck is brand new, first car they gave me was a POS, dirty not sold in the US, returned it and was then offered a chevy with a smashed in front side, I drop off a brand new truck and this is what I was offered, finally got a somewhat decent car. Never received a phone call so i called them and the tech tells me, " they drove it for 2 miles nothing cut out" i told him to drive it again. He calls back saying we took it on 95 and it cut out 13 times. From that day until Monday September 15,2014 the service team never called me to let me know what was going on with my truck. On Monday at 5:08pm I get a call stating my truck is fixed and ready for pick up, I get there and the lady says its fixed but 2 stations are still cutting out there's nothing we can do. Really!?!?!? a brand new 50k truck and you cant fix it, so I'm already pissed about the service and still my truck isn't fixed after 4 days. My boyfriend looks around my truck and someone at Reedmans hit my truck and there is a ding and paint missing, now I'm furious, I entrusted Reedmans to treat my property with respect. So now its 9/17/14 and I haven't received any phone calls still from Reedmans. I will never ever ever purchase a vehicle from Reedmans ever again. There service is a disgrace.

For the past few weeks I have received advertisements to turn in our lease early and get in a new lease with various dealerships. Because I had the lease through Reedman Toll after having a very pleasant sales experience with a guy by the name Dave (leased a Mazda), I thought I would try to remain loyal and give my business to them again. Upon calling I found out the sales person I initially had no longer worked there. Despite that I decided to try and work with Reedman Toll. I saw a great deal for a Jeep Patriot. It was priced at $179 (sign and drive). When I got my official quote back it was $246 ( I was later told it was because the original model was no longer available and this is an upgraded version). Being upset I called. The sales manager I talked with was incredibly rude and said we have to term out your lease and it will be closer to $260. This being told to me after I had several conversations indicating to me that my current lease will not change the number and they would buy it out. So despite the incredibly rude sales manager I tried to work with Reedman Toll some more. My main contact the entire time was Lauren Reed. She could not have been more helpful. She forwarded the situation along to a different sales manager and I received a new WRITTEN quote for $219 a month for the upgraded Jeep Patriot. It was again reiterated to me that this number takes into consideration I have a current lease with this dealership. So this brings me to the day I walk into the dealership. We meet with one of the salesmen I spoke with on the phone, Gary Lazar. From the second we started talking I didn't have a good feeling about him. He seemed completely disinterested and rude. The high point of the entire experience was the test drive. After that we sat down to (at least in our minds) finalize everything since we already received a monthly lease quote. Well Gary came back and told us the monthly lease would be $281 ($100 higher then the advertised offer and $60 a month higher then what I was quoted). Everything was so matter of fact with him and no willingness to get to find a resolution despite the number of previous assurances I received. The Floor manager then came over to tell me the same exact thing and was just as rude as Gary. I don't remember his name as I was so fed up at that point. All in all I was completely misled and treated extremely poorly. My wife said the one consolation was we were convinced to never deal with Reedman Toll again. Once our lease is up we will pay them whatever overcharged price they try to get us for and move on. Not only that but I work in the immediate area where this dealership is located and have clients that often ask me for various information including dealerships, among other things. Based on my experience with Reedman Toll, not only will I not recommend them but I will make sure my clients are aware of their poor customer service and misleading business practices. I have had a lot of bad experiences in my life with other businesses and this by far takes the cake. I never post these reviews but this entire scenario played out so poorly I had to. As I walked out they all just looked at the ground and didn't say a word to me. Stay classy Reedman Toll, stay classy...

Purchased a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. The inspection sticker showed it was inspected when they received the car (according to car fax). However, when I looked at the car there was a crack in the windshield, bad vibration, oil not changed (dirty oil) and a fluid leak. The claim they changed the oil but it still had the reminder sticker from where the previous owner took it. Keep in mind the car was already inspected. They did address the issues of the vibration (needed new rotors) and the crack in the windshield. However I was told they "fixed" the fluid leak just to come to find out the "cleaned" the fluid leak. I again took it back and WOW they fixed the leak. Besides the fluid leak this should have never been put on the lot with an inspection sticker since most of the items are PA Inspected related. Since the sticker was just "thrown" on the car I decided to have an independent mechanic review the car. Not to my surprise the car needs ball joints. Another inspected related item that should have been fixed. Spoke to upper management and they are unwilling to fix that problem. They are stating they has their best mechanic go through the car. The problem I have is that my extended warrantee company will prob refuse the claim because it is an inspected related item that should have been fixed at the dealership. Another issue is when I purchased my 2012 Camaro off of them I noticed on the certified paperwork that everything was just checked off as the mechanic did it in one swipe. After I had the car for about a month a notice a bad smell coming out of the vents. Come to find out that the cabin filter was never replaced, but it claims it was on the report. Too much sneakiness from Reedman. Even after speaking to my attorney they say it sound like they put profit before safety. Please take caution when buying a used car off of Reedman Toll. Also, I would advise not test driving the car on their test track as you will not get the real feeling for the car in real traffic. Good Luck!

I always like to go on a site and leave a positive review for a job well done. regrettably, I can't do that here. Simply put - these guys are unethical, and this is just not my opinion, but the opinion of other dealers in the area. Based on my personal experience, I know for a fact that the dealer in Princeton has "banned" them from all other cooperative business between dealerships. I live and work in Princeton, NJ and "purchased" a Dodge through the local dealer here in Princeton. The car I wanted was at the Reedman lot. I put a deposit on the car and got confirmation from Reedman that they would send it over -- a standard dealer "swap" that is done all of the time by reputable dealerships. I put a 2k deposit on the car on Wed and was promised a Friday delivery. Reedman sold the car to another customer on Saturday. They not only screwed me, they screwed another dealership. Total slimeballs. When I told them I was going to give them a bad review their reply? "Not to worry -- we go on those sites and 'fix' with our own reviews." My advice - STAY AWAY and do your business with a reputable dealer.

Nicest guys I have ever dealt with in car sales. I had the car for 2 months and decided it wasn't a good fit for me, called Justin and was directed to Jim Hughes the General Manager. Jim could have easily said thanks for you business but there is nothing I can do. Instead he took the car back and put me into a car that was more to my liking at NO additional cost to me. I went to the "Express" Service center where they aforementioned dealer advertises "20 minute" oil changes. I got in around 9:30am and told the advisors that I needed an oil change. After waiting about 40 minutes I seen 3 technicians surrounding my vehicle. At that time I got very nervous. The technicians came back in and told me that the last "tech that changed my oil had tightened the cap so tight, that they needed to take my 2011 Grand Cherokee to the Jeep Service Center. At that point I was nervous! They then sent me over to the waiting area and an advisor told me that they broke the cap trying to get it off to change my oil!!!!!!!!At that point I advised them that this was my day off and that this was a MAJOR inconvenience, due to having a doctors appointment that I had been trying to schedule for over a month (thats why I came in at an earlier time!) They advised me that they called the part in and that it would be t the dealership in a few hours. This was simply not acceptable....no loaner car offer, no options but to wait. I was very angry and waited 5 1/2 hours for an oil change!!!!! For this terrible inconvenience and their error it caused me to miss my appointments and worst of all my time. I was charged for the missed doctors appointment. When the vehicle was finally finished the representative said "Im sorry for the trouble.....that will be 22.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this point I was furious, they damaged my vehicle, made me wait 5 1/2 hours and CHARGED me for the visit. My expectation was at the very least a complimentary oil change for my troubles and to continue to earn my business maybe additional. I have NEVER, EVER, been treated this way before in my life. I have purchased MANY vehicles from Reedman and always service there. ( I live in NJ as well) I was so upset after this fiasco that cried. As a senior citizen, I have had many transactions in my lifetime and never has customer service been so poor! I have never had this trouble when the Subaru or Chevrolet Departments have taken care of me, but that Express and Jeep Service needs to be closed up for business if they cannot change oil in 5 1/2 hours or damage customer's vehicles in the process. My experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! I have alerted others and family members to be careful with this dealer because they don't seem to have the proper credentials to run business. Very poor service, and they don't seem to care about their customers but just money. I attempted to reach Jim Hughes with no response, I have attempted to reach the Management there with no response......Horrible Service!!!!!!

Just wanted to take a quick moment to leave a review for my purchase experience at the Reedman Toll earlier this week. We walked in on Tuesday evening after having made an appointment with Scott Chafetz earlier in the day to see a 2014 Dodge Durango R/T. I had my eye on this car for a long time, especially when they announced that it would be getting the 8-speed transmission! Initially, I had went to Chapman Dodge in Horsham, but that ended up being a mistake. They didn't attempt to make my experience a memorable one, which is what lead me to search for another dealership in the first place! We were met by Franklin, who is easily one of the more personable salesman I've met. He proceeded to not only find the car I came to see, but literally drove it into the showroom because it was after 7pm, and with the car being black in color, he wanted us to have a much better view of it!We proceed to look over the car (I had already test drove it at Chapman, the wife hadn't seen it) and were very pleased with what we saw. Everything matched the online window sticker and information. The only hiccup was that we were going to lease the car rather than finance it. This didn't pose a problem as Franklin and the GM worked to get me the monthly number I wanted. We went back and forth a few times on the value of my trade-in (2013 CX-5) but they worked to get me the full KBB value for my trade-in. From when we walked in to when we agreed on a number took a little over an hour, and Franklin was more than accommodating through it all.The only drawback was the Finance/paperwork portion of all this. There were a few delays and overall, it took a lot longer than we were hoping it would. This process started at just past 9pm, and didn't end until 10pm. We didn't leave the dealership until 10:30pm that night - so all in all, a total of 3 hours. Don't get me wrong, Deb from Finance was great to work with. In hindsight, we probably should have come earlier in the day, but that was a minor inconvenience when considering the total process. Can't say enough about Franklin and Reedman Toll as a whole for make this purchase so seamless. Not only did I get the price I wanted, I also was able to get two years of complimentary maintenance added in as well! I saw some negative reviews on Google+ and had my doubts, but I felt I had to leave this review to say just how enjoyable my experience was. I will certainly be recommending Reedman Toll and Franklin to anyone I know looking for a car.The 2014 Durango is my first american car and I couldn't be happier with the decision!

My wife and I went in on Saturday to test drive the 2013 Dodge Durango and 2014 Grand Cherokee Laredo. We have no intentions on driving away with a brand new Durango!! Expecting our first child in October so we needed something with a some space hence why we went with the Durango. Our salesman was Joe Petrucci and he was excellent!!! Took great care of us, went of over everything, treated us like we were his family. If every car I had ever/will purchase comes with the treatment Joe gave us, I'd never complain. Reedman Toll gave us a great buyback on our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer as well as great rebates/discounts on the Durango. My husband and I spent time shopping around in search of a second vehicle that would be affordable, good on gas and safe for both my daughter and I to drive. We did our homework on the internet, and then set out on our search for the right deal for a Dodge Dart Rallye edition. When we went to Reedman's we were thrilled to find out that they had the exact vehicle with all of the accessories we wanted in transit within the week. We were thrilled because there weren't many in stock at the other dealerships. We were lucky enough to have Joe Petrucci as our salesman. He took us under his wing and made sure that we were able to take advantage of every discount/rebate we could tap into. Joe made sure that we were able to max out on our trade in to put towards our new purchase. We left the dealership feeling very satisfied and so excited in anticipation of our new Dodge Dart RallyE. Joe was easy to work with and straight to the point. We felt completely comfortable with him. He was honest, fair and aimed to please. Our Dodge Rallye was not supposed to arrive to the dealership for a week from the date of our purchase but Joe called me three days earlier to let me know that it arrivedl! Joe made sure the car was super clean and ready for us to take home. He even worked overtime that evening to spend time showing us all of the electronics/mechanics of the vehicle. He hooked up my bluetooth and I was ready to go. My daughter and I are thrilled with our new Dodge Dart Rallye..it looks and drives great! Friendly people but horrible service on their pre-owned vehicles. Waited 8 hours to have a certified pre-owned vehicle detailed and when it was returned only the carpets were shampooed. The steering wheel, seats, console still had mechanics grease after the eight hour detail job! I strongly recommend to shop elsewhere...

After going to the Phila car show and comparing the Mustang and the Challenger there I started researching on the internet just for the heck of it . I was going to wait till spring and order one but came across a Challenger that caught my interest . So for the heck I went down to Reedmans to look at it and fell in love with it .It was a black Challenger r/t classic 6 speed stick which is fun driving even for this old guy (product of the 60s )with more options than I would have ordered .The price was really great and having Franklin for the salesman made it even better ---(I hate pushy salesman ) In all the years of car buying I never went to Reedman ,but my Wife and I had a totally great experence with the whole deal . I bought a preowned 2007 Mazda 6 at Reedman a few months ago. The price was not too bad but it is what I just discovered about my car recently that makes me regret my purchase. After months of hearing a grinding noise everytime I made a sharp turn I took my car to a mechanic who pointed out that the wheels are the wrong size for the car. Whoever owned the car before put custom rims on the car that do not fit properly, so whenever I make sharp turns or have someone in the back seat the body of my car dips into the tire. The mechanic showed me marks on my tires where the body had dug in and said it was only a matter of time until one of the tires blewout. The entire time I was driving my car I was in danger of blowing out a tire without even knowing it. So now I have to buy 4 factory Mazda wheels, 2 new tires and have the old wheels and tires replaced totaling close to $1,000. Beware buying from Reedman.

I am looking for a new service department. I brought in my 2012 JGC for inspection, oil change and 5 other issues. 2 1/2 hours later "Pete" hands me my invoice and says goodbye. No explanation on the 5 issues and one, loose rear molding, they didn't even look at. As the service advisor I expected him to provide some service not tell me to have a nice day and then NOT explain that they didn't do anything about the 5 issues it was in for. The second incident is with Chris, a service advisor with whom I left 3 messages and not a single call back. Apparently, "service" advisor is a misnomer

My husband bought the coupon book for oil changes. Our second car was supposed to get a free oil change, we have a car that needs synthetic oil and we would pay the price upgrade for that, fine with us. I went to reedman, requested the free oil change explaining we will pay for the upgrade in oil . I was greeted by front desk and was told immediately, no, can't have an upgrade oil change , even with us paying the difference. Frustrating.... Long story short my husband talked with manager mike, who told my husband he didn't like his " tone". Some customer service manager. He is supposed to talk to his manager and will call us later. Not a great day at reedman. P. s. I am still waiting here, it's been 2 hours so far for a 20 minute express oil change!

I custom ordered a new Dodge Ram 2500. When it came in it was not to the specs I requested. It was missing 2 items I ordered. I was willing to purchase the upgraded radio saying it was an oversight. The other I was not willing to do so. I requested running lights. Reedman was going to install them but wanted to put a switch on the dash to controll them. I wanted installed like it would be from the factory. They could not do that. They then decided to re-order the correct truck. When the second truck finally arrived it took the salesman 4 days to tell me it arrived. I called the next morning to set up a time to pick up my vehicle. When I got there they told me that there was now an issue with my credit. Now there was no issue when I first ordered the truck and it came in wrong, Now there is an issue when the price changed and I was still getting for the original quote. So after I arrived they told me that I couldn't get the truck until monday. I called on tuesday at 11:30 am to tell them I would be in at 7:30 to pick up the truck. Have the truck and the paperwork ready for me to sign since I dont have the time to waste. I get there at 7:25. I didn't get to see the finance person until 8:00 and then she really didn't get started until 8:15 I explained to her that I had to leave by 8:30. She told me she would work as fast as she could. She did a very good job. I was out of her office by 8:40. Now I go to the final stage to retrieve my truck. It is now 9:00 and my truck is still not ready. I have waiting since Feb to get this vehicle it in now the 12th of june and I am still waiting for it. They had 6 days and 7 hours to prep my vehicle. When I went to voice my complaint with the manager he said I was beeing unreasonable. Wow how much time do they need to keep a person waiting before they should become unreasonable. So to sum it up and I can answer the WHY. There staff is lacking knowledge of there product. They have no concern for correcting there mistakes in a timely manor. They just go on business as usual once the paperwork is signed and they think they have you.

I am from New Jersey. Reeedman's is about 60 miles away. I went there because they had the car I wanted in the color and options that I wanted. I spoke with Ed Rouda first on the phone. He confirmed the car was there and called me back immediately with prices and available discounts and financing. Ed was wonderful. He went over all of the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Jeep and information about warranties and service. He was professional and courteous. I almost did not buy the car due to financing issues. Ed worked out a better payment plan that made it more affordable. It came in at the price range I was looking for. After the sale, I needed a front license plate bracket as New Jersey uses two plates where PA only uses one. I called Ed and he had it delivered the next day. I would highly rate the dealership for professionalism and making the experience pleasant. I would especially like to thank Ed Rouda. I don't think I would have bought the car at that time if he was not involved in the sale.

Fantastic dealer and sales staff. I hate new car buying but this was a great experience. Would recommend to everyone! Both Liz (internet sales) and Edward Rouda sales consultant were very customer orientated. There was no pressure and we did not play the how does this price work, but maybe i can do a little better game. Edward was very knowledgable on the cars and options and did not try to bait and switch. He listened and worked with us to get exactely what we wanted. I will be returning to purchase a new truck from them later this year or early next year.

When we arrived at Reedman, we really did not have a particular car in mind. When we entered the Jeep/Chrysler area we were greeted by Jim Sheridan. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy or annoying. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was able to relate to us on a level we understood. We were able to get a great price we felt comfortable with and confident in the vehicle we bought yesterday. I was so happy and so very impressed by the people that worked with me at Reedman>Toll dodge,Including Pete an extra salesmen on another desk,Jim Sheridan,My salesmen, Jim in the finance dept. Who went above and beyond the call of duty. And Tim O,Donnell. Who super ceded the call of duty.And last but not lease, The grental men that did the paper work in the prep and receiving shop. I had gone to four dealer ships in N.J. that morning than went to Reedman>Toll in Pa. THE CARE and Professionlisem was off the chart. That morning I was in a lot pain with my leg, The salesmen Jimmy S. Hopped in and out of a car checking all of the trucks that I was interested in/ Knowing that I was not able to. The finance manager Jimmy, who did the paper work for the beautiful dodge 1500 pickup truck went relentless in searching for the best finance rate several times, and explained all the extended coverages so well that I felt comfortable in purchasing them all. The other salesmen from another desk teamed up with my sales men to help, His name was Pete. He was so helpful with the sale, working like a team member, making me feel so comfortable. Than the next day I drove back to reedman>Toll to have running boards installed. i was treated like a king, above and beyond by the assistant manager Tim O,Donnell who personally impressed the hell out of me. I can not say enough about Reedman>Toll Dealer ship, They will treat you better than any thing I have ever experienced in the 37 years of purchasing vehicles. This is my 12 vehicle I am driving. We were very pleased with the low pressure sales techniques. During the first visit, Pete did not even take our personal info & that visit included a test drive. We were encouraged to look as much as we wanted without sales staff hovering. A test drive did not require the salesperson to be in the car. Once we had decided on the car, we returned & Pete worked to be sure we had the best price he could give us. Everything was upfront with no surprises - except getting to take the car home that day.We were very favorably impressed with the way staff helped each other, treated customers with respect, and really seemed to care about people. We highly recommend Reedman Toll.

I walk into not thinking i would be able to get anything. Was met by Dave Elitz, very pleasent and friendly , salesman. Would refer him to anyone. He helped me pick out a Ram1500. And to my surprized i was approved and walk out of the dealer in a brand spanking new truck. I ve wanted a truck for at least 8 yrs, now and due to my past credit i could not own one. They (david, matt) made my wife and I feel very relaxed comfortable. We felt as if we were treated like a person not another sale. Which is very big on my list. They took there time and explained everything to the dot. This has been the best buying experiance i have ever had. I was so pleased with my experiance that i am going back up to see dave and matt and purchase a new car for my wife. Kaitlyn was very patient and knowledgible about the vehicles that we were interested in. We were at the dealership on Monday and test drove 3 different cars, we came on Tuesday and drove 2 more. Not all the cars were from her department and this wasn't a problem for Kaitlyn. We weren't pressured for our decision on the car that we chose. From the time we made our pick to when we drove off in our 2012 Malibu, the whole process was really quick,efficient and very un-stressful.

Once we walked into the dealership I was greeted by Franklin and he was very receptive and nice. He explained the vehicle we were interested in and showed us the inside and outside of it. He gave us plenty of time by ourselves to talk about different items and we drive the vehicle on the test track that they have, which was nice because we saw how the vehicle handled in rain as it was raining that day. After we left the dealership I said to my wife, I want to get a new vehicle also. The next day I came back and purchased one for myself. I would go there again, no questions asked.

I chose to take the hour long drive to Reedman-Toll because of the large selection of the model car I was interested in. In fact they have a large selection of both makes and models. I browsed their lot at my leisure, and only when I entered the showroom was I approached by a salesperson. Kaitlyn Cunliffe and I made our brief introductions and I told her I was interested in a test drive. Reedman-Toll has a test track, it is nice to be able to focus your attention on the car without the hassle of traffic. Anyway, Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable about the car.I was happy with the test drive, so we sat down to discuss the price. I literally like to put all my cards out on the table. I prepare note cards with the invoice price of the model and options and sort them to match the window sticker of the car I am interested in. I made my offer, reminded her of the rebate, she went to the manager with it, came back and we had our deal. Hassle free and very pleasant.There was a wait for the paperwork, which was a little long, but the process went smoothly. The car was ready, washed and dried, and I was on my way home. Best car buying experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

I went to Reedman Toll to look at a Chevrolet Equinox and a Dodge Journey. I left with a Dodge Charger something completly different. From the moment I walked into the dealership and spoke with the salesman Ed Rouda I felt relaxed. Ed greeted me as soon as I entered and asked of what assistance he could be.I told him what I was intrested in and we spoke for a few minutes before he said let's drive them. After test driving we went back inside and I told Ed that I did like the two automobile's I just wasn't in "love". I then asked to test drive the charger. Ed said sure let's go ! After driving the car I knew from then on that this is what I "loved". We went inside discussed price and had my car appraised. I told Ed that I would have to discuss this with my husband and get back to him. He shook my hand and said I understand let me know when you are ready. I was completly surprised about not being pressured.needless to say I called Ed later that night and we went in the next day to finalize everything.I would definitly reccomend Reedman Toll and their awesome salesman Ed Rouda.From the moment I walked through the doors until I left he was the perfect salesman. It all started a week ago when i decided on RAM 1500 after cross-shopping Ford F-150.I never felt any pressure which I can't say about my previous dealership experiences. I got the best deal at Reedman Toll and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new truck. Ed Rouda is your man.On the side note, the next day after the deal was done, they found another rebate that i was eligible for, and applied it to lower my payment. I had been looking for a very specific make and model car and many dealerships were out of stock. Reedman Toll had a few of the 2011 Dodge Challenger R/T Classics left. So I drove about 40 minutes from out of state to take a look. Upon meeting my saleman David Elitz, everything was easy and friendly. There was no pressure nor sleezy tactics involved at this dealership. I also found the test track at this dealership very useful. You can drive around and not worry about traffic.Working out the final price with the car was very easy. I had a price in mind that I wanted to get to, and David made this entire process a pleasure. I feel that buying a car should be a positive experience, not one to dread and get frustrated over. I just purchased a 2011 Dodge Charger from Reedman Toll. It was part of Dodge's model year end clear-out. I live over an hour away and found the exact model/colors/options that I wanted in Reedman Toll's inventory. I called and spoke with Kaitlyn Cunliffe about the vehicle and pricing over the phone before i committed to a long drive to finalize the deal.Kaitlyn was very friendly over the phone, and very willing to work with me on pricing. She promptly spoke with managers and financing agents to send me quotes and interest rates via email.Satisfied that I was dealing with the right people and service I was looking for, I took a drive to Reedman Toll on a Friday night after work. Kaitlyn could not be there due to an emergency, so in-person I dealt with Franklyn Daniel. He was also a very nice and well informed salesperson. I'm a car guy, and hate talking to dealers who don't know their product well. This was not the case at Reedman Toll. Franklyn gave me a comprehensive tour of the vehicle and all of its features, and he even showed me features I was (surprisingly) unaware of. It was a long, late Friday night, but everyone was very patient with me, and working very hard with the lenders to get me the interest rate I desired.At 9:30, we decided we were no longer getting anywhere with the lenders who were done with work for the evening. I departed without a new car, waiting to hear from Reedman Toll in the morning. I was there for about two and a half hours Friday night. No one in the dealer's entire staff showed a hint of being impatient to leave, even though their shift had ended a while ago, and I was the only one left at the dealer.Saturday morning I received a call from Franklyn 15 minutes after they opened, and he informed me my loan was approved at an interest rate slightly higher than I desired. I told him my desired interest rate was very fair, and he said he'd work on it. Five minutes later, a gentleman from the financing dept. of Reedman Toll called me (also very friendly), and informed me my desired interest rate was approved.All said and done, they matched the price I wanted for the vehicle (the IN MY DRIVEWAY price), AND gave me an interest rate LOWER than the one I asked for. I consider myself a well informed buyer (or I like to anyway), and could not have been happier with the outcome of my purchase. Please be aware that any dealer will work harder to get rid of "year-end" inventory, but I got an exceptional deal, and Reedman Toll worked harder for me than any dealer I have ever worked with.I will definitely be a return buyer, and HIGHLY recommend Reedman Toll.

Doug was very responsive to my emails inquiring about various models and also provided very transparent pricing. He emailed me window stickers for various vehicles so that I could easily compare his options/pricing vs. other dealerships that I was corresponding with. This made my experience much easier. I went to the dealership with an incentive that I had received in the mail the day before. I already had an '09 Dodge Challenger. It was running fine, looked cool, etc. But when we started crunching some numbers, I couldn't walk out of there without a new car. The deal that they offered me, I couldn't even say to them "Ok, let me think about it, I'll get back to you". It was an absolute "NO BRAINER". They got me out of a car that I was upside down on, paid it off, plus got me a great deal on a 2011 Challenger. So, I got a new car, plus upgraded my vehicle at the same time. I purchased the 2011 Dodge Challenger "Rallye". The thing is loaded, I love it. The only thing that it doesn't have is the navigational system. But that's ok, I didn't want that option anyway. The only option that I wished it would've come from the factory with was the rear deck spoiler. I figured it came with all the other extras, Dodge could've sprung for that too and made it part of the Rallye package. My package had the $2,000.00 dollar option package. The maker couldn't spring for another $200.00 dollar option too?? All that said, the dealership was the reason that I bought the car. The salespeople were great. The Finance Mgr. made it happen also. No haggling, just some straight ahead - deal making. Everyone at the Reedman- Toll Dodge - Jeep dealership was outgoing, friendly, courteous, and well versed in the product that they sold me. I've bought vehicles there in the past, so I thought that it was time to give them my business once again. After the deal that I got yesterday, I may be there for the rest of my life. I couldn't imagine having a better experience purchasing a new vehicle. Got a " fair "price on a trade-in, got a really good price on a new truck, Everything was done on a timely manner. Jim and Ed were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. There was "NEVER" a feeling of being pressured. It was just a FUN experience. and FYI, there selection of vehicles are second to none!!!Ed Heffner

Franklyn was by far the most friendly, helpful, polite (I really can't say enough nice thing about him) salesman we have ever encountered. Couple that with Justin, the Manager, who worked very hard to accomodate our wishes and financial appetite, buying not just one, but two vehicles from them was a great experience. We had been at a competitor earlier in the day and were met there with arrogance, to say the least.Should anyone we know require the purchase of a vehicle, whether new or used, we will most definitely recommend that they visit Franklyn and Justin at Reedman-Toll for their automotive needs.There were, however, two negative points to our visit. The first was the extremely long (over an hour) wait to sign paperwork and the second was the shoddy job that was done by the detailing department (we sent the car back to be re-detailed). These issues really need to be addressed by management to improve the overall rating of the company.

Over the last 3 months, myself and a buddy have been researching trucks 24/7. It finally got to the point it was an addicition. Being from Jersey going to Reedman was a long drive, but the payoff was well worth it! You arrive to acres upon acres of vehicles, all open and ready to be scrutinized from interior to exterior. After about a month of going from dealership to dealership, i headed back to Reedman where my buddy was working a deal with Mr. Rouda. In talking to Mr. Rouda, i expressed that i was not interesting in buying a new truck until about a year from now, but he said "no problem, if you need anything im here for you". After bothering him for few hrs that day, checking out all the trucks, and taking one for a test drive, Mr. Rouda made the comment that sold me as "my guy" of whom i was going to buy from. Mr. Rouda told me after tying up nearly 4 hrs of his time, "All I ask is that when you do decide to get a vehicle, you give me a chance". I was floored by that comment, he was not the typical salesman, he was a geniune guy! Needless to say, the past month after test driving, i was hooked, and moved up my truck buying plans by 11 months!! My wife and I walked into the dealer, met with Mr. Rouda and got the best deal of my life! We ending up buying a more expensive truck and even now as gas prices are on the rise, i would not reconsider my decision!! After all the paperwork was signed, we preceeded to the Delivery Department where we were greeted by Mr. DiPasquale. Mr. DiPasquale was a true professional and due to some of the time delays we experienced that were out of his control, he rewarded us with a free oil change! It was a truly nice thing and says a lot about Reedman's customer service policy! I would recommend Reedman to anyone in the Tri-state area! When my wife is in the market for a new car, we know where we will be headed... Reedman Toll!

I was driving a Cadalic Escalade that I loved that was getting older and starting to have problems. Additionally, I wanted something more fuel efficient as I was spending $120 a week in gas just getting back and forth to work. I went to the Reedman Toll dealershis under the reccomendation of a dear friend. I found a used HHR that was within the payments that I was prepared to pay. I bought the car. At the time I worked with Mr. DeGeorge. After about 6 weeks I was juste very dissatisfied with the vehicle. I could not get used to such a down grade in size of vehicle. My last two cars were SUVs and I really felt confined in the HHR. I was searching the internet and found a 2008 Jeep Patriot on the Reedman Toll website. I made an appointment to test drive the Patriot. Again, I worked with Mr. DeGeorge. Despite everything financing for the used vehicle was not possible. Mr. DeGearge contacted Jim Hughes in the Chrysler New Car Sales Show Room and explained my situation. I then went down to talk with Mr. Hughes. He told me that there were some incentive programs offered by Chrysler and that he could put me into a PT Cruiser or new Patriot with decent financing. He was honest and said that better deals could be made on the PT Cruisers but he really wanted me to consider what I wanted to do as he would not want to see me back at the dealership because I was dissatisfied with another purchase. He did say that he was confident that he could do something with incentives on a Patriot but I would have a higher payment that what I was paying for the HHR. After going up an looking at the stock of PT Cruisers and Jeep Patriots, I found a Jeep that I really liked. It gave me much more room than the HHR although not as much as the Escalade. It was higher off the ground that the HHR and it was a 4X4. Mr. Hughes was able to offer a reduction in the price of the vehicle of about $4,000 between incentives and rebates and he was able to secure financing at 1.9% APR over 72 months which did increase my monthly payment butwas manageable. He was also able to secure 0% financing for 60 months but the payment was too high for my comfort level. Due to the honesty and diligence of the Reedman Toll employees I am now in a vehicle that I am totally satisfied with and drive more than I ever imagined (in 6 weeks I have over 3700 miled accumulated). I have told many people about the service that I received at the dealership and anticipate using them for future purchases.

I went into the dealership looking at both used and new cars. The salesman was so helpful and friendly. He spent a lot of time showing me my options.
