I've been a customer for years. Regal is the only dealership (yes, only dealership) I could ever say I liked. Of course there friendly and courteous but I go to Regal for the purchase and maintenance of my vehicle. When you go for service or repair, ask for Ray. He may be bald and ugly but he is knowledgeable and will follow-up on your vehicle.

Good. I recently had a less then awesome experience they did not perform the service I requested and I didn't know it until I was on my trip to Indiana. I did come back expressed my problem to their service manager and he gladly gave an apology. I expected more. So I subtract a star from my review for that. Make it right next time. You charge $180 an hour. Do the work your customers ask you to.

We bought a 2021 Honda Accord at Regal. Clayton was very kind, helpful and found the best deal for us. His manager James is also a great helpful man. Sammy the finance manager explains everything in details and does not pressure you to buy anything. We bought a service warranty from him anyway. I highly recommend this dealer..

Took my wife's 2500 diesel for an air bag recall. The staff was friendly and informative about what was about to happen to her ride and about how long it would take. Lots of personnel scurrying about cleaning passing papers and answering phone calls. The waiting room was large with magazines to read as well as a television to watch. They were pretty much on the button about the time with them actually finishing slightly sooner than anticipated.
