We bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado and are beyond happy with it. All thanks go to Ricky for his wonderful customer service and working with our every want/need. He was genuinely kind and a great want to help attitude which was outstanding. We will go to Regal as long as Ricky works there. The wash guy would not give me my keys after my service was completed because he thought I didn't pay my bill. One manager didn't seem to care after I called and complained about how I was treated. I've been getting both my vehicles serviced there for the last 10 years. Not anymore.

Thank you so much for fixing what another dealership didn’t put back together correctly and making sure my car was safe to drive again. I really couldn’t be happier. Chris( one of the service managers) was amazing. For a busy as he was he made sure to call me and keep me updated on what was going on, had me take him for a ride to make sure the sound I was hearing is what he was hearing too. I love my car and Orlando was a great salesman. My issue is with the deals they offer. They say you get a free tv or laptop with the purchase of a new vehicle purchase. Well I bought a 2016 trax and then was told we don't quality. Then they say refer a friend and receive $100. My daughter bought a car a month later and I still have not gotten that either. Maybe they should stop offering things if they don't really mean they are giving them out.

On Feb 12,2016, we brought my 08 Chevy HHR in for routine oil change. It was then recommended that I needed front brake pads replaced, brake fluids flush, transmission flush, Induction flush, wheel balance & alignment. I declined at this time. A Visual Inspection was supposedly done. It was recommended for me to get Lifetime brakes, So I did. While there it was discovered that #1. front pads & rotors & hardware all needed to be replaced #2. they had to use a hammer to remove both rear brake drums!! #3 turn signals were not working!! We will not return to Regal Chevrolet/Kia for any further service to our vehicles. Our son is interested in buying a vehicle. However we won't be recommending Regal. Please remove our names, address & phone numbers from your lists.

purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 I love it. Brandon was the salesman and he has been there all the way been very helpful and a very likeable guy. I would purchase from him again and I have told all my friends just how good he has been. The staff at the dealership was just great. and this is the second 3rd vehicle purchased from Regal. Their service department is very good and the staff there is very helpful.

I purchased a 2015 Camaro SS. This was the second Chevy dealer I visited. The first dealership was helpful, but unable to match my price requirement. I sent out an email to 10 local dealers specifying exactly what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. This dealership contacted me immediately. Within 1 day they found the car I wanted and with a little negotiation matched the price I needed. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and the experience was great. I will definitely come back to Regal for my next car and to shop for my wife's next car.

Erik gave me some money to help me have the down payment and I will make sure I pay him back a little a month. The experience at Regal was the best I have experience. I took my 2006 Chevy in for a recall and oil change, tires rotated, service was done in a timely manner, Lisa at the desk was very quick and effecient, liked having tv to watch to pass the time, and vending machines available was nice too. A very nice gal came out and talked to me about trading my car while I was outside looking around, but was not pushy....very good service

Amazing...I hate to right internet reviews but this dealership left me no choice. I emailed everyone including the owner and got one phone call from the salesman and that was it. Below is the email I sent to 7 people in management and sales at Regal Automotive and got no response. It is amazing how fast the respond if you want to purchase a car but how the do not respond at all if you have a problem. Letter below! Sonny, I am in receipt of your letter dated 1 June thanking me for buying a Kia and asking if I had A Different Experience Below lays out my experience with Regal Automotive Group. 1. Took over 6 hours to drive away in the car even though I had financing before I arrived. Huge backlog at the financing office cause severe delays. Made me sit in the lounge for over 3 hours waiting to close the deal. I know it a Kia and not a BMW but that seems a little extreme. 2. Upon closing the deal they could not find the car. They left me standing outside for 40 minutes. The manager made a page but had little concern. When I went back into the office and asked where is the car the manager told me it was in detail. The car had been sent to detail over 3 hours beforehand. He was just telling me something to make me go away. The care was found at the Chevrolet dealership. An apology may have been nice. 3. Then once the car arrived there was no gas it in it. The assigned a guy that barely spoke English and told me to follow him to the gas station. No Kidding!!!!! He was confused and asked me the customer what he was supposed to do. I went back in to the manager again and he paged for any salesman. No one showed up so he took off in the vehicle to fill the tank. 4. Told the salesman I drive over 800 mile a week and picked the Kia for it ratings and gas mileage. What vehicle today does not have cruise standard? The FORTE! I did not notice the vehicle did not have cruise until I started my commute yesterday. OMG what a shock. It is my fault but a good sale reprehensive would have explained what I was giving up in the cheaper model of the Forte. 5. Finally I contacted my salesman and several other email addresses to get the cost of installing cruise control in the vehicle. Finally, my salesman calls me and gives me the price. I asked if he could see if there was any way possible to lower this cost and he was going to have General Manager get back with me. I have heard nothing. Overall the experience was not good. I think the car is fine but would recommend using another dealership to purchase your Kia. I drove from Tampa to Lakeland to buy this vehicle and this was a mistake. If you could please respond on the cost to have cruise installed as soon as you can. If not I will just go to another dealer to have it installed. Well, yes, it has been different. Thanks,

Brought in our 2014 Silverado for it's first scheduled service. A recall was found and completed as well as the service and wash of the truck. We were even given a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience. So if we could rate our service higher than a 10 we would. This has just continued since we were treated so well and got such a great deal when we purchased the truck from Regal Chevy

The sales department had pleasant personalities and a good sense of humor. My sales rep was very new and I was his first sale. He was very sweet. He did the smart thing and put me in the Chevy Cruise LT which I was just going to do the Cruz. After driving the LT I liked it a lot more and bought it instead without hesitation. I had some minor issues that I called on and for whatever reason I could not get a return call UNTIL AFTER I blew up. Then the were very apologetic and normally I don't believe people but I really think they were telling the truth and it was oversight and not intended. They addressed my issue quickly after that and they did an excellent job. The sales man said he would not had been as nice as me, which I appreciated because I don't think I was nice. The body shop for Chevy, as I had a paint issue. They were all very professional very direct and they took care of my paint issue without any issues. Very quick to respond to questions and communication was tops. The service department for Chevy. I really have to say I want to leave them all a five star review because they are the NICEST people. They really want to do a good job. But in my case it just seems that it is careless error after careless error. Yet each time they take care of it and are very apologetic. Sadly though ...I took my car in for split milk. Couldn't believe it owed it for 4 months and spilt milk everywhere. How gross is that? I felt so bad that I had planned to make some homemade cookies for them for after the fact because they were all so nice and I knew how gross this was. They wound up having my car for 8 days and the communication was very poor. NOT UNTIL I BLEW up did I get a real response. I was very upset about this because no one really enjoys blowing up and it made me feel like a heal. The problem was resolved and they did an awesome job on the cleanup. IT smelled like a new car again and I have a nose like a bloodhound. I picked my car up... a few days later noticed a dent on the bottom of my car. As if it were on a lift or perhaps hit a curb. I'm the only person who drives my car so I know it wasn't me. Spoke to someone on the phone they said they would take care of it and would call back. No on ever did. I then came back for an oil change. Maybe 2 days later my oil light was on and it said my oil was low. I Said "what?" Still no one called me back on the ding. I started to cry. This car is a NEW CAR! I again BLEW UP and only AFTER THAT did I get a response! Seeing a pattern? Well they said the car just hadn't been reset. So I took it again and again had to get a rental car, they paid for it. They fixed the ding and "reset" the oil. The body shop once again did an awesome job! I almost dare to say somehow the car looked better than it did when I bought it! Oil was due to be changed again at 16843 miles. Yes I drive a LOT, which is why I wanted to buy new. AT 13000 miles lights came on and it said I had 5% oil life and the oil needed changing. Oil light came on. I took it back and they swear the oil is fine and reset the button. Anyone else not believing them? So now I'm waiting until the mechanic that lives next to us comes home so he can check to make sure. Every time they are super nice. So friendly, so cheery. So kind but the carelessness is like WOW! I know you will always have that one customer and I Guess I'm it and I Really don't want to be it! Really I don't! So I guess now I'm going to have to find another dealership which is not convenient for me but I really don't want to go back there. To many mistakes. :(

Where to start. I suppose I want to rail a bit about the car sales industry and the internet. With rare exceptions, the dealers ;don't get it. I had a full career as one of the bleeding edge tech people in electronic commerce 20 years ago. By now, most industries have been able to assimilate the internet into their sales process witness Netflix, Amazon, and many many others. Not so the auto industry. I sent out 12 net inquiries to dealers specifically asking for lease costs for a particular car and I told them all the specifics that would make this possible. Exactly TWO of the 12 responded appropriately, as I said that I preferred to initially use the internet. Car dealers, by and large, do not do that, they do not want to do that and they do not know HOW to do it. Meagan of Regal was the ONLY person I dealt with (and there were at LEAST 3 different people at each of the other dealerships and none of the 3 knew what the other was saying to me...) who succinctly and quickly responded with what I asked for. Others INSISTED that I talk to them on the phone - such as a Miami Lakes dealer who called me, count them, 2 times a day for 10 days until I wrote an e-mail to his boss asking her to tell this person to please stop it. If a dealer cannot read directions and perform a simple little task like I asked, I am not willing to give them any more of my time. Meagan gets it. And, while the price she gave was still out of my budget, I appreciate her working with me - as I wanted to be worked with. She even is currently trying to work out something with her manager that may yet put me between the wheel I want to be behind, but whether that works or not, she has my gratitude. The frustration of dealing with the rest was so great that I won't deal with any of them anymore. The internet is seen by them only as an advertising tool and not as a process by which business can be done. That is short-sighted and oh so 90s. Thanks Meagan.

I purchased a 2014 Impala ls,I was upside down in my trade but they worked with me so I could get my new car. My sale's lady was one of the best I have ever seen, and I had 20 years of dealership experience. The deal went vey smooth and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I took my 08 chevy cobalt to get serviced at regal chevrolet. All the staff was so helpful and courteous. I could tell they were genuine people and were happy to help me. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and even vacuumed and washed my car! I didn't have to wait long at all and they did a really good job with my car. Ill be back next time I need to get my car serviced, or maybe even trade in my 08!

Regal Chevrolet says they take pride in customers but unfortunately thats not always true and the same goes for the way they treat their employees. Its all about numbers and never about taking care of the customer or training the employees to succeed. The Internet Manager, Owner, and select members of their staff are very untrustworthy, and not customer oriented. I tried purchasing a vehicle from them and they didn't even try getting me approved before saying "NO!" I would never recommend them to a first time car buyer or even someone looking for their next vehicle. You have many other choices for dealerships more centrally located to Tampa and/or Orlando!

Both my husband and I have only GREAT things to say about our experience with your your dealership from the internet person (Sara) to Megan, our sales rep. Megan is fantastic; did not pressure us, made us comfortable, helped US make the choice. Not used to such great sales personnel in a car dealership honestly. We felt that we got the best deal without having to haggle back and forth. Megan was also helpful afterwards getting me a coupon discount on parts that I wanted for the vehicle (wheel locks, trunk mat and cargo net). She is highly recommended by us. As well as the Manager and the Finance Manager. Your parts department people are also friendly, courteous, etc. The service person installed the wheel locks and cargo net for me and were very professional, as well. Great experience there too. So I've had the car for less than a week and grazed the right mirror getting in my garage. (UGH) So now I get to experience your body shop in less than a week. The women working in your body shop are also fantastic! They gave me a quick quote, kept my car and will fix it overnight. Gave me a loaner and I have nothing but great things to say about them also. We also couldn't get over how clean everything is from the service area to the restrooms. We are definitely a fan of your dealership and are recommending it to others already. When we came here to purchase a vehicle, we were in a pretty tight situation but needed something asap. The Sales person was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and did not give us the run around and haggling you get from most other places. There were no games. When the first offer we got back did not fit our goal payments, there was no pushing or haggling. They got right back at it, kept researching, and got us within the budget we needed. When we came here to purchase a vehicle, we were in a pretty tight situation but needed something asap. The Sales person was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and did not give us the run around and haggling you get from most other places. The finance department was great as well.There were no games. When the first offer we got back did not fit our goal payments, there was no pushing or haggling. They got right back at it, kept researching, and got us within the budget we needed. And all this with far less than perfect credit. They were amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment and a minor warranty fix. I used my points to pay for the oil change and tire rotation, and was told that the car was in proper alignment and didn't need to be re-aligned. I appreciate that honesty! The part for my warranty fix was ordered, and my car was nicely washed. Thanks! Greg was super nice as my check-in coordinator.

had to have the fuel level sensor on my 2013 chevy spark replaced which was covered by the warranty.took car in about 8:30 am and was asked if there was a particular time I needed it back by which was a very pleasant surprise.it is not very often that you find any place that the staff seems truly caring about your needs.it truly made me feel like I had chose the right dealership to make the purchase of the first new vehicle me and my wife had ever purchased.it is amazing what such a small jester can have a big impact. I had recently had the cars first service done and both experiences was refreshingly pleasant!! I hope not to have anymore mechanical issues but if we do I know that it will always be a good experience at regal. thank you so very much!i will see you again on the next oil change.

I flew down all the way from Colorado to experience this great service. They served me muffins while I was waiting to take delivery of my car. They even took me back to the airport! I had Eric Kofler taking care of me which was great.

We finally did it. We purchased an Equinox LT. The salesperson was great and I was very impresed by the way he explained everything. He was patient with all my questions. He did not rush us or tried to pressure us into buying the car. He took all the time it needed for us to make up our mind I would definitly refer a friend to Regal. Thanks for an easy transaction.

purchased my Malibu 2012 afrom Regal Chevrolet at the end of 2011.This car has taken me all the way to Anchorage AK and back. What an amazing experience...felt like I was watching National geographic channel using my speed control as the channel changer! At 33,000 miles I have always had my vehicle services at Regal Chevrolet, except of course while in Alaska. Each and every time has been a most pleasant experience. The staff have always been very friendly, polite, service orientated and thoughtful. My vehicle has always been given back to me spotlessly clean, and I have not had any reason whatsoever to be dissatisfied with the service

I bought my new Malibu from regal Chevrolet and I couldn't be happier! I was looking everywhere for a specific exterior and interior color and they were very helpful. I was taken care of as soon as I called, and within minutes they had confirmed they did have the exact Malibu I wanted! I was so relieved the search was over!!

I am a student at the university of Florida and recently bought a new Chevy sonic from regal Chevrolet. It was hard looking for a car when I live away from my parents. They live in Lakeland and told me it would be worth the drive for me to come buy from regal. I was skeptical at first, but when I found a Chevy sonic I liked on their website I put my information in on their website and not even 5 minutes later I got a call from the dealership from a live person, not an automated machine!! I made the drive and it was worth it because I got an amazing deal!

I walked into the Chevy dealership and out with a new car within an hour. My salesman was gentle and kind- not the pushy, wheeling-and-dealing, greasy-haired, stereotype by any stretch of the imagination. He was more of an Otis Redding character- someone you'd like to know and have as a friend. He was very honest and straightforward and I am more than certain that I received the very best deal on my Chevy Spark. He was knowledgeable and helpful without any of the pestering qualities of a salesman. You will not be disappointed!

I went to Regal looking to buy a new vehicle and ended up falling in love with the new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. I was a bit concerned about credit and my trade-in but my salesperson walked me through everything and informed me on all my options. I didn't feel like I was at a dealership, there was no pressure just helpful options to get me into the perfect vehicle! I ended up purchasing my Cruze and getting a great deal, I would never go anywhere else. Now I get service here as well and the service staff is fantastic, my car is always so clean when they return it to me!

Had us running around for 3 days and had to call and text this sales person to try and get any information! Have never experienced anything like that at all. A complete waste of time. Got approved for loan but by the 4 th day I was over it. Moved on!!

I have never seen a more unprofessional sales staff ever! We tried to purchase 2 vehicles for a total of 3 days. Never got the price,interest rate,length of loan and very little info. besides,"we r working on it". Nice cars but horrible sales staff.
