Great prices and very helpful. Did not pressure. Just the car I was looking at had more mileage than I was comfortable with. Must check out it is worth your time.

The car dealership seems to know very little about the cars they have for sale. I went through and inspected a 2009 Acura before buying. Within 15 minutes I knew the car needed an oil change, a new serpentine belt, a new passenger side tweeter and door speaker, and the head unit was shorting out. They had been sitting on the car for close to 3 months and didn't know any of this needed fixing. The day I went to pick the car up the dealership told me the radio was fixed and all was good to go. I checked and it was working at the time I took possession of the car. Within 5 minutes of driving the car home the radio shorted out and never turned back on. Regency refused to fix the radio, or credit any amount to get the radio fixed. Very displeased that this dealership refuses to fix car issues they have verbally said were fixed, and it turns out never were. I would steer clear of this dealership or inspect all their vehicles in depth before even considering buying. I still have yet to hear from the dealership if they will credit me fixing the radio issue myself that they claimed to had fixed before I bought the car. I will update if they ever decide to make it right.

Bought a truck from them after strict agreements of what should be done to the truck prior to purchase, they wrote a "we owe you" which is a legal document that states they must fix what they agreed to fix prior to the purchase of the truck, after 5 phone calls about 2 weeks apart we have yet to set a time and or even order the part, would not recommend buying anything here

I bought my 2005 Sierra Denali from Regency. I dealt with Lance on this deal. First off, I'm impressed.... I called him and he was straight with me on the phone about body condition. Most sales guys straight up lie about this. So, he earned my respect right there. I drove 2 hours to look at this truck and saw the truck Lance described. I spoke with Lance. He was very down to earth and an awesome guy... I don't say that about sales people very often. We made a great deal and got me in my truck. The only concern I had is that I think they need a bigger parking lot!!! Thanks Lance!!! Keep up the good ethics! -Wayne-
