My husband and I brougth a 2013 Nissan Altima S model from them about 23 months ago. June 30, 2016 a tree from our neighbors yard fall on the car. The car was a total loss. We filled the claim with auto insurance they paid then gap paid and the difference of the extended warranty paid. Well guess what we still owe the leader about 5000.00. To our suprise we find out that when the information was sent to the credit union to finance the body style was listed as a Altima SLI4 that mean this car was loaded sunroof, bose premier stero system and leather seats. Well guess what i had none of them. I asked the credit union to send me the information they were sent about the car so when i received it the price of the car was over 24,000.00. When the insurance company settled they only settled for 13,000.00 because the vin # matched the car i really had. So i call Reidsville Nissan and to say the lease they are not wanting to take any responsiblity for this they are trying to get the gap insurance company to help with the balance. Thats fine but my questions is what about the amount of the payment we have paid for 23 months, that was for a SLI4 not the S model. I will NEVER send anyone to Reidsville Nissan again. I would love to see a copy of the check they received from the credit union because i know someone made BIG money off that deal. I will be contacting a lawyer to advise me on what i should do. Before i close the finance manage is rude and telling me that he has sent my file to the higher up and someone will contact me i asked for a name and he would not give it to me meanwhile we have to keep making payments on this car we no longer have.

I was scammed when I went to look at cars at Reidsville Nissan. My salesman, Dusty, changed the MSRP on the vehicle telling me that this car had more options then the one I came to look at but that it was well worth the $3,000 more. I really liked the Sentra and decided to lease the upgrade at a price of $22,578.00. After a cost reduction and my trade-in allowance, the adjusted price was $2,000 more than the one I came to look at. When I arrived home and looked in the glove box, the price of the car was $19,495 and minus the advertised discount of $1,000 the car was now priced at $18,495. To my dismay, I WAS SCAMMED the MSRP was fraudilent. I then looked up dealer fraud on the internet and found out that it is deceptive and unlawful practices used by a dealer, at almost any stage of the purchase price--from advertising to negotiation of vehicle pricing and financing terms, bait and switch, deceptive inflation of vehicle prices and all information about the auto. If filing a complaint with the many agencies fails, you can do what I am about to do. Tape a small sign above the license plate which states "I was scammed now you BEWARE and stay away."

Wonderful place to do business. The sales team is extremely helpful. Knowledgeable salesman and managers, state of the art service center, and so much more. Anyone in this area knows how much this company does for the community, buying a vehicle here is like directly giving back. Pricing is fair, and selection is huge. Dealership offers rental loaners, gives away oil changes and detail services to people that buy a new car and even cooks out every Friday...for free. Love this dealership and will be back for all of my vehicle purchases.

I have bought five cars from them, years ago they gave great service, but the last car I bought from them last week, I decided to car my insurance company to make sure they got it correct, my agent told me nissan never contacted them. The car had no insurance for a week, it is a good thing I decided I would not drive this week. Now they try to charge New car prices for used. They have now lost my business. Also they would not show me the other cars I was considering. My husband bought the car even though I told him to go elsewhere, because they used to be a good fair place to buy a car.

Bought 2015 Nissan altima from reidsville Nissan. Terrible experience. 1700 mile blown engine. Dont buy there. Arrogant managers,no help.only Nissan replaced radiator and engine. Never buy there.

The emplyees at this dealership which is located in reidsville nc are very rude and treat people disrespectfully.The service is horrible. I would never buy a vehicle here.

Had a great experience. Sales manager Brad Lee was honest and fair from start to finish. I would highly recommend getting in touch with him if your looking for a vehicle. Dusty Kenealy the salesman I dealt with was equally adept. Terrific experience.

From the time I pulled into the service drive it was a refreshing experience. Kieth greeted me at my car and got me checked in, then showed me to the waiting area that feels like the couch in your own den. I was extremely happy with the service preformed on my car and the fact that the work was completed within the estimated time frame they provided. I will definitely be coming back here from now on. Made initial contact with Reidsville Nissan seeking a new Nissan Frontier. Spoke to a female in sales that knew nothing about the Nissan Frontier line-up. I asked for someone that might be able to help. Spoke to Duane Stepp who appeared to be friendly enough and was able to provide me with necessary insights in truck options. Promised to call back in 10 minutes with quote information. I wanted "off the lot" quotes since the MSRP pricing is stacked with additional costs. No problem until I didn't received a call back. Waited 4 hours and called Duane back who apologized and said he had been busy (with other customers????) and didn't get me information. He promised (again) to provide me with the requested quotes in the next 10 minutes. Did not received any communication at all. The next morning I tried again. Thinking this was just an isolated incident, I e-mailed the General Manager Steve Fowler asking that he have someone else contact me that morning since it did not appear that Duane was interested. By mid-afternoon I had not received any response at all (including any "out of office" notification) so I started looking elsewhere. That afternoon I completed necessary authorizations to purchase a Nissan Frontier from East Charlotte Nissan. Now I am an owner of a new Nissan in the Madison/Reidsville, NC area. You can bet that I will be sure to share this experience with everyone that I show off the truck to. It was amazing to experience a sales organization that shows such disregard for potential clients. to whom this may concern,,,i cant speak for all the good reviews others have given,,but mine is horrible from the word go,,to start with the car i wanted did not have the equipment on it that i wanted and was told it had,,so i had to buy a used car that did,,,i live on a fixed income and needless to say I had to get my husband to sign for me to get the car,,the salesman was told all this information when i bought the car and was told to schedule my payment for the 15th of each month because i didn't get paid until the 2nd,,they not only got that wrong on the paper work but didn't even write my right phone number down,,and in the mean time,,,guess who is getting the phone calls saying the payment is late,,,,,my husband,,,and it was Reidsville Nissan inadequate service to do there job when buying a car,,,as I said before,,,i cant speak for the rest of the people that goes there,,but I personality would not buy a bicycle from them,,thank you

My experience with Salesperson, Eddie Martin has been a shocking, exciting, and positive experience. I never dreamed that I would be able to purchase a vehicle from Reidsville Nissan but because of all the hard work and drive from Eddie and the confidence he had in me, Reidsville Nissan was able to made it happen! I looked online to find a pathfinder under 10k. I called the dealership before hand to see if the car was still available and was told it was. Knowing it would be a little drive I confirmed this 3 or 4 times. When we got to the dealership I was told the car had been sent to auction the night before. I was furious. I had wasted about an hour to drive there for nothing. The salesman told us to come look at what they had under 10k. He looked around for a second and said well i don't think there's anything. He told us we could get the car back, but would have to buy it that day, which I did not want to do. He was unapologetic and uninformed. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Reidsville Nissan Rocks!!! My most recent purchase was a brand new Maxima and I am truly in love with it! The customer service is ideal and top of the line! My experience was exactly what I expected - perfect! The facility is beautiful, the cars are nice but the personalities and attitudes of the employees are excellent and this is what matters the most in determining whether or not you give your business to an establishment! I chose to drive 30 minutes away from my hometown, which has a Nissan dealership, just because I knew that my experience with the people there would be so nice! What a wonderful experience!

We were trying to lower our car payment - the salesman who worked with us was inexperienced & actually fell asleep in the back seat of the car while we were test driving it!! We spent 6 hours at this dealership to walk away empty handed!!! We may have not had "good" credit scores but to have had to spend that many hours there where we felt like we were a burden & they didn't want to deal with us was quite unprofessional. Needless to say we will not be returning there ever & making sure everyone we know doesn't go there either.

i came by looking for a new Juke. The salesman and managers went out of there way for me to help me get the Juke I wanted. I could not ask for better service then what I got. I will tell all my friends and family when its time to get a new car to go to Reidsville Nissan everytime.

Salesman made an offer over the phone, I drove 30 miles, and he backed out on his offer. He claimed that he communicated exactly what he was doing, but changed the truck we were talking about and were trying to come to an agreement on, but he did not. Terrible service.

In January, 2010 I bought a used truck. I was told by the salesman it was a one owner. I recieved the Car Fax with the receipt after completeing the buy. After reading the Car Fax I saw two owners listed not counting the dealer. The salesman admitted the wrong. I told him I expected an apology. THIS WOULD HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ON THE BUY had I have been informed of two previous owners. I told them so. I did get an apology from him. The sales manager was especially brash and defensive. Don't waste your money or time on this unethical dealership. A ONE OWNER should be a ONE OWNER. I forgave the salesman the following day for lying to me but will never forget this horrible experience. BEWARE and demand the Car Fax FIRST. Lesson learned.
