They were very helpful. Most of the card have very good mileages. I test drove three cars and all were nice and clean. Michael O’Donell was very helpful and explained everything precise and clearly. He answered all of my questions to the best of his abilities. He was also very friendly and sociable. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would probably go back.

I was in the market for a daily driver last year and found my way to Reliable Cash Cars. Miguel approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told him I need something cheap as I am strapped for cash, I need something reliable since my commute is over an hour every week day, something that doesn't waste too much gas, and of course, something I can be proud of driving. Miguel took the information I gave him and brought out a 2013 Focus Hatchback. The car looked sleek, in excellent condition both exterior and interior. And best part, it was lower than what other places were asking for a car with that mileage and condition. Signed paperwork and brought that puppy home! Over a year later, car is running like brand new. I'm in the market for a car for my wife now, reached out to Miguel again, and he'll hook it up! Give them a shot, and ask for Miguel, this guy knows his cars! You won't be disappointed!

They posted a car on OfferUp saying it was in excellent condition. When we got there (kind of a far drive) expecting to see a car in excellent condition, the paint was burnt off, the clear coat was gone on the trunk & top of the car & the tint was bubbled up on the back window. Not to mention some scratches. I wouldn't have made the drive had they been honest about what condition it was in. I guess that's why they do it : to get you out there.

I bought a car from July 29 and Hector said that my license plate and registration sticker would come out in 7-8 weeks, I paid 100 bucks for them to do that. I heard nothing after 4 months and when I call the car agent, Angel, he said he couldn’t understand me and throw me to the other agent, Jay. Jay said actually it’s not 4 months yet, and they don’t know how long will the plate come, how “nice” and polite they treat the costumer. When you go to this shop, never hope that they will help you after you bought the car. Thank you so much for reliable cash car for doing nothing for 4 months and being impolite to your costumer!

I went in about 5 weeks ago to look at cars. I was on a strict budget but Mike was willing to work something out. i was able to purchase my first car and she's been good to me ever since! I purchased a 99 mirage with 100k miles on it! It was a steal if you ask me!! Mike is very professional and will get you in a REALIABLE car! I would defiantly recommend this dealership for anybody who is looking for an AFFORDABLE CASH CAR! I bought a used car in February 2016. The sales rep Mike was great. He didn't pressure us at all, just let us look around, answered any questions we had and let us make the decision without any pressure. It was a very stress free experience. Mike is a really nice guy and made us feel like family. We got a great price and so far everything had worked out great. I would for sure go back or send a friend. Thanks Mike :)

I recently purchased a car for my daughter at Reliable Cash Cars. The first time I visited the dealership, I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical, but having read the reviews I decided I would keep an open mind. I was greeted by Michael O'Donnell, who was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. Michael showed me what they had at the time, and although I didn't see anything that I was interested in, Michael was very nice about it. He didn't try to pressure me into buying. I ended up buying a car from the dealership the following week. The purchase process was quick and painless. Each time I visited the dealership, Michael and Hector were both very pleasant and accommodating. I later had the car checked out by my mechanic who gave it a thumbs up. Other than a couple of cosmetic details, the car looks and drives great and my daughter loves it. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I was lucky enough to visit this dealer only hours after they purchased a low mileage, well kept MB. After walking the lot and seeing most of the inventory that day, I figured that there was nothing for me. Before I got in my car to leave I was greeted by Mike. I asked him to show me the cleanest car on his lot. Without hesitation he pointed at the C280. It's not perfect, but it's very nice. It runs and drives very well for a car this age and has VERY low mileage (less than 100K). When Mike gave me the price, I was surprised how low it was. Even though it was still a little above my budget. I explained that to Mike and he worked a deal for me that made the car affordable. What a great deal. Again, the car is not perfect, but I've had it for three weeks and there have been no surprises. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased a 1997 Toyota Corolla in August of 2012. I'll admit it wasn't the most attractive car on the lot but it did have some sentimental value because that is the year I graduated from high school. So part of me likes to think that if I had actually bought the car new back then, I would have been extremely popular. Anyway, I loved the experience with Reliable Cash Cars and would highly recommend doing business with them. The trick is to take your time, test drive a few cars and pick the one that is the best fit for you. It is now March 11, 2015 and my car is still operational. The best part for me about having an older car is that most of the repairs are simply replacements. Unlike the newer cars where everything is hooked up to the computer, these older models allow the mechanic to take one part out and put a new one in. No trouble at all. If I needed a car again, I would return to Reliable.

I was looking for a inexpensive car for my daughter recently and after traversing Houston looking for a decent used car I happened upon Reliable Cash Cars. Michael O'Donnell helped me to purcase a 2006 Dodge Caravan. It had a little over a hundred thousand miles and was in excellent shape. It had a few minor problems but during the dealing process I added that to the deal and Michael had it fixed very quickly. On the day I aquirred it, I locked myself out of car. Michael drove 20 miles to meet me and unlock the car door. I highly recommend Reliable Cash Cars for anyone looking for good cars, low pressure, honest, and trustworthy salespeople. In this day and time that's hard to find. By the way Michael this is my Christmas card to you guys thank you very much for your help.

Reliable is a great name for the dealership. I recommend the dealership to anyone who needs a reliable automobile. I was on a really tight budget but they made it easy for me to find a quality vehicle. The one that I I wanted. They did not hound nor pressure me. The negotiation process was was not bad.. Micheal provided you with a car fax and made great accommodations to fix anything that iI felt needed attention with the vehicle prior to purchasing it. I am SO happy with my purchase.

My husband and I went to Reliable Cash Cars on February 6th after I found them on Cars.com. Hector assisted us and was outstanding! While we test-drove several cars, he was patient, gave great customer service and made sure we found the best car for the money we had. We saw quite a few clean, well-maintained cars in our price range. We picked a nice little gem, a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier that runs like a dream. Hector made the buying process easy, was so helpful and had a warm, energetic manner. We will definitely visit Reliable Cash Cars again for cash car purchases in the future.

In searching the cars.com site for a specific make, model and milage under 100,000, I had narrowed it down to 5 cars all at least two states away. Having no qualms about buying a car without physically touching it first, I am comfortable with having one shipped to me and have done this a number of times already. Anyhow, the Carfax looked good and I talked to Mike in sales and explained that I wanted a bottom line off the lot price including all fees. I also asked if there were any issues or codes on the car that I'd want to know about and indeed, it is true, Mike said "Yes... there are some electrical problems and we don't want to sell this car without you knowing that upfront". Apparently, it has been an ongoing issue and as of yet unsolved, though they were working on it. I decided to pass on this car and am very pleased that this dealership values it's reputation! My faith in mankind continues to remain intact!!

They provide you with a carfax and make great accommodations to fix anything that is wrong with the vehicle prior to purchasing it. I can not believe that I was able to find a car in a week and half after my car was totalled. Both Michael and Hector were amazing at this dealership. I will definately let everyone know how awesome and easy the buying process was. My dad is not easy to please because he knows whats good and what is trash. So for my dad to allow the purchase of this car says enough. Thanks Michael and Hector for everything. I will definately keep you guys in mind if I ever need another car.

Mike sold me a car that he knew needed a lot of work. He even told me how I couldn't bring the car back because of the lemon law. I really like the vehicle and I had no choice, but it cost me almost as much as I paid for the car. I asked and pleaded to mike to not to sell me a bunch of junk, but he did. Now when I get the car out of the shop things will be okay. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone else.

I bought a car on FEB 13 on FEB 17 it had to be towed. I called Mike and he brushed me off. He did not offer any recompense nor trade cars. I spent $1600 on the car and $400 in repairs & it still is not running. I informed Mike when I bought this car that I am pregnant and cannot take the bus any more. He reassured me that it was a "reliable" car. I'm still on the bus pregnant with no car!!!

Thanks to Hector, my first car buying experience went down without a hitch. He was prompt and polite, didn't pressure me, and offered a test drive of the vehicle I wanted. He got me into a 1999mic F150 XL Supercab with a modest amount of cash and a couple signatures. He even put the dealer plate on for me. The battery was dead but he gave me a jump and I drove it off the lot. A week and a half later of moderate driving for work I am still very happy with my purchase.
