Aurora Shields is the sales person who got me into the jeep I wanted. She made this entire process stress free and worry free. This dealership is really for their customers. August 16,2021 Update on 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I gotten on May 10,2021. The Jeep has been taking to the Jeep Dealership here in Maryland on June 23,2021 and as of today it is still there sitting. Due to the long-winded and prolonging with Ally (warranty through Renn Kirby Kia). With Ally Inspector and the inspector here in Maryland there's $12,000 worth of work needing to be done to the Jeep...Ally had taking responsibility and is replacing the entire transmission and it's core. I'm currently still going back and forth with Renn Kirby Kia on getting the other parts that they know Ally isn't covering. Today the email I have received has proven that alot of BS and games has been played. I'll keep everyone posted on what takes place next

We had a pleasant experience with Grant. When the car we were originally looked at wouldn't work for us, he suggested another vehicle they had on the lot. We ended up really liking his suggestion. Definitely a vehicle I would have never thought of looking at let alone driving

I was looking for a used Mercedes-Benz E350. The dealership had the exact color and mileage I was looking for. I reached out to them and Grant was the salesman that assisted me. He was very professional, timely and organized. It was a great experience at Renn Kirby Kia and I've worked for other dealers so I know the potential hassles that can happen during a purchase. This dealership and Grant were very efficient and did what they said they would do. Highly recommend them for your car needs.
