Recently spoke with Jason Fahringer about purchasing a truck. I currently live in NJ and the truck is about 40 minutes into Pennsylvania. I currently have purchased multiple out of state vehicles never had a single issue. Jason basically told you are ~SOL~ I don’t need to sell you a truck I have no problem selling it so someone local we aren’t dealing with an out of state purchaser. I’m a Firefighter trying to get down Louisiana to help volunteer with the storm clean up and he could care less. His sheer lack of empathy was disheartening. Jason you didn’t make me feel like family.

Needed a car for our daughter, found a used one we liked at Rentschlers. Lee was great from start to finish, straight forward with us and no games. Very much appreciate that in a dealer! This market is tough and he made this deal happen quickly and with ease. Would highly recommend and will do business with again.

Recently we were having an oil leak in our Dodge truck. Dana and his service team went above and beyond to find and fix the leak. Though it took several attempts Dana was professional, courteous and understanding at all times. Even if I just stopped by to have them take a look, he and his team were very accommodating. I would recommend this service department to all Dodge truck owners.

I had called and asked for them to set aside a vehicle and I would be down that evening to come look at the truck. I drove an hour after work with the intention to purchase the vehicle. I arrived at the time I told them I would be there. When I got there, I had to stand around for 15 minutes before someone came and helped me. Then finally when someone came to me, they told me they were in the process of selling that vehicle to someone else. I feel as if my appointment was disregarded for a walk-in appointment . I believe this type of business is very unprofessional and I left very unhappy. Poor move on the sales department.

Went in to have a coolant flush on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did updates that turned the control panel / radio into a brick. Which I understand happens, no problem, got a new one. However they sent me home without disconnecting the radio, which remained on and flashed "insert USB" while the car was turned off, which killed my battery. After restoring power, the TPMS stopped working. They refused to perform the relatively simple reset procedure to correct the minor issue caused by their negligence, told me it was like that before I came in - it definitely wasnt. Their techs are sloppy, and careless. Beware the service department.
