Yesterday I traveled to Bozeman from Big Timber to have a recall done, and because the roads were so bad I went in early, I was nervous about getting home. The team of Troy and Brittany were so kind, they didn't complain or get irritated with me for just showing up, but got right to my problem. When you are older, you become very conscious of people who are gracious and kind. Not only that, but they took the time to explain things and did all they could to help me. we just purchased a 2015 Cadillac srx. from the the get go let us share how it all went. the teamswork displayed there is very impressive. our salesperson was woody and he made our experience so memorable that we will always return. he gave us options we were not aware of, he listened to our expectations and graciously made it all happen in such a smooth and professional manner. we truly felt that we were really not in the stero type of buying an automobile situation. we certainly felt the trust and loyality with woody. that meant a lot. chad bishop, who put the final paperwork together did an outstanding job also. he was so efficient and friendly that this all seemed to good to be true! ressler has a separate department just for explaining the systems of the vehicle. this was hailey moore. she did a splendid job also of helping us learn the technology of the car. hailey you were just so sweet. the physical appearance of the building was relaxing, extremely clean and well stocked with car literature, and beverages. another impressive thing to mention. overall, this explains why so many people will go out of there way , literally- and make that drive to ressler. its well worth it ,.. one of a kind dealerships.

I worked with Ryan Crum, who was recommended to me by a friend, to purchase my new Toyota Camry, and he bent over backwards to get me the best vehicle for the best price within my desired time-frame. It was my first experience getting a car, and he patiently walked me through the entire process and was incredibly helpful and informative. When I called the salesman that sold me the car he sent me directly to the service department and I explained the problems and he was able to get me in the next day. Was able to fix one issue that day but needed to set up a time for the other issue.

My experience with Ressler has exceeded my expectations. They did their best. They kept me informed during the repair. But my experience with GMC providing an estimate when a national backorder will approximately arrive will make it hard to order future cars from them.

Everyone was very friendly and worked at getting me in and back on the road home with my new Tahoe. My salesman Brian was wonderful to work with and even took the time to help apply The Protector on my seats! Excellent service, great communication, quick and thorough response to an after service problem. Andrew was great! Plus, they invited me to an employee bar-b-que being offered that day! They also offered shuttle service to the nearby mall, provided by Clark, who was also very friendly. Great friendly service! Free lunch and shuttle service! They even vacuumed and washed my van. Both repairs needed seem to be done well.

Everyone I met was very attentive, respectful and showed great detail in delivering customer centric service. I was most impressed with Brian Klatt who followed up on web activity within 30 seconds after I was doing some research on a new 2015 Tahoe. He called to let me know they had several in stock and offered to let me test drive one. He was easy to work with as he wasn't your typical pushy "car salesman". I like that!

After meeting with Brian Klatt for some time along with several other members of the sales staff I was very impressed with their knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. They had me test drive the vehicle and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Brian Klatt even went to the trouble of washing my license plates that were on my trade vehicle as they were filthy. I live in Butte, Montana and am going to drive back to Bozeman tomorrow with my wife so she can meet the sales staff and go over the vehicle with Molly Stewart. It should be noted that I have owned numerous Cadillac cars in my life and never enjoyed the association with a dealership any more than this one. I have nothing but good to say about my experience to date.

Recently someone met me by sliding into the rear end of my Chevy. Without hesitation, I called Mike Miller at Ressler Collision. Why Mike? Because each and every time I've had need for the simplest work involving making my/OUR vehicles as good as new, Mike has made it a seamless process. I owned an FJ Cruiser back in 2008, and made the mistake of selling it. I regretted that decision, and have been working toward getting another one since then. Today, I came to Ressler to have the oil changed in my car, & to inquire about a replacement key (lost one). I also had questions about how to store my summer tires/rims, & what steps I should take for storing my car for the rest of the winter. The people who I encountered at your quick lube were friendly & efficient. In your showroom area, Donald (the man who originally helped me "build" a car when I was first considering purchase), the man working in parts, Andrew in service & Shawn in accessories all took time to answer my questions. I didn't see Jeff yesterday, but he ordered my car, & has always been helpful. Thanks!!

Went to trade in an old Lexus and talked at length with Colin. He was the single most professional and helpful individual I have ever come across in any automobile purchase or service experience. He had the same vehicle and discussed solutions with me and eventually assisted with a used Pathfinder. It was because of his no pressure sales approach and above and beyond service that I bought the car from Ressler. They have continued to follow up regarding the purchase and have remained consistently engaged with me regarding my satisfaction with the transaction.

Zero stars but that's not an option. The Toyota service department is beyond horrible, trying to charge for work they were never ever authorized to do and subsequently refusing to address the issues when contacted by phone and in writing, refusing to even answer some simple questions that point out their failings (which of course is why they refuse to answer them), refusing to fix the issue they and they alone caused (i.e., they returned the vehicle to me in significantly worse condition than it was when brought in for them to fix a problem they had admitted they had caused when they did some recall work). Never again. Horrid dealership. RUN from them.

My wife took her beloved 3/4 ton pickup in for some warranty work and mirror repair. The treatment she got (as she relayed to me) was better than anything either of us have ever experienced with any dealership before. I had contacted Ressler about an Equinox and Brian Klatt contacted me by phone and email to answer my questions. I set up a time for my Fiance and I to go in on Saturday and see what Ressler had to offer. Brian had the car that he had been telling me about inside and all cleaned up. He went over features that the car had to offer then we went on a test drive where he continued to explain features of the car. I told my fiance that I felt special that he had the car inside waiting for us and had obviously listened to what I had told him I wanted. After the test drive we talked numbers and I never felt the uncomfortable pressure that people can put on you, especially when purchasing a car. Brian did ask useful questions like around where we needed the payments and what was it going to take to make it happen today, but again those are questions that he has to ask and I felt comfortable with the entire process! I think that Brian Klatt did a great job and would recommend him to a friend.

From the sales manager thru the service staff I was impressed with the way everyone went out of their way to shake your hand and answer any questions you might have. We were in Bozeman for the Easter holiday weekend and had car problems with our Cadilac. It turned out to be ok as we decided it was time to part with our Cadi and get something new. Your staff from Jordan in Service to our salesman Brian and Chris were outstanding. Chad did a great job on explaining everything on the business end and Jeff securing a 2.9% loan for us was a pleasant surprise. It was great! I was unfortunately looking at Wal-Mart to do my regular service on my truck (however, they're never to swift), so it was very refreshing to find that an actual Chevy dealership would perform my service for around the same price. What really sold me to going to Ressler was my $25 coupon that I received over the holidays! That allowed me to upgrade to the Premium oil change and add the MOA to my oil. Then when I came to pick my truck up, to my surprise it was washed and even vacuumed!! It definitely paid to go to the Ressler Quick Lube, I will be returning to fill my punch card, and recommend you to friends! THANK YOU!

I bought a used van from them and things started going wrong 8 days after I bought it I have a warranty which they said covered nothing that is wrong with it, would not reccomend this dealership to anyone
