I called a LOT of dealerships before I got to Reydel in Edison. If you are in the market for an ID4 and live in the North East, this is the dealership you want. Reydel seems to have more of the (extremely scarce) ID4s passing through it's doors than all the other dealerships. And they also know their way around Electric Vehicles. Nav (sales manager and EV rep) was really helpful and knowledgeable about the ID4 right from the first phone call. He comes across as a straight shooter and I felt like he was someone I could trust. Sure enough, he delivered the goods! Nate (my sales person) helped me with all the prep work once the car arrived at the dealership and was super friendly and personable - made me feel very comfortable. And he had great customer follow up in the days following. Will who showed me how everything works is low key and was very patient with my many questions! Overall, a fantastic team!

This is the most satisfying experience buying a new car . I'm very grateful with all the staff that took care of me, specially Amanda Cruz , which is very passionate about her work and made me feel like at home, I would give her a 6 star review of possible. It was very pleasant to meet the owner of the dealership, he was very kind to me and Jay thanks for his explanation of the technology of my new vehicle. For all of you, guys, Thank you for helping me in the whole process.

I recently had a great experience at Reydel Volkswagen of Edison. I dealt with Tommy Brooks. He was knowledgeable and very responsive. I would absolutely give them my business again.

Have had the honors of now purchasing a second vehicle from Reydel, thanks to Sunny. Sunny was absolutely amazing throughout the process, we traded in the atlas we had for a newer upgraded model. From a transaction stand point everything went smooth and fast.

I took my car in for a routine service ( oil change, oil filter, cabin filter) which was done without incident. They did an inspection of my car and said " everything is good) which I knew bc I've had 0 issues. In fact just 3 weeks ago had my custom wheels rebalanced and car was running smooth. Service guy suggested I replace 1 front tire as the tread was a bit low ( 3 they said) So I agreed but warned him that I had just had my wheels balanced and to please make sure they did it right. I pay for the service and tire ( $400) drive my car out and get to 45mph and it starts shaking like a leaf in front end. I take it back and they rotate the tires. Again , I drive off and now its shaking in the rear. So I leave it there and they say they sent out my wheels ( just balanced 3 weeks ago) and tires to get Road force balanced. They put them on the car and still shaking. This was Friday 11/12/21. Its now Monday 11/15 and I don't have my car and talking to them over the weekend I get the sense they are blaming my wheels. The wheels that were perfectly fine until they touched them. Today get a call from service manager and they take no responsibility for ruining my car and basically said " Sorry you are SOL" . And service manager had the nerve to suggest I was lying and perhaps the car had the shake before I came in.!!!! This will be reported to NJ Consumer Affairs, and NJ 12 News, and my bank for fraudulent service. I was warned about this place and decided to take a chance b/c the Linden service center burned down. What a huge mistake. I will NEVER EVER think of using them again and caution others the same. Rather drive to union.
