Bought a 2021.5 atlas here. We negotiated an out the door price before arrival. All was good when we got there and we left with our suv a few hours later. When I arrived for my license plates, I was told I owe an additional 188.00. First I was told for license plates then they changed and said it was for additional luxury tax. Either way, this was all supposed to be included in the original out the door negotiated price. Bait and switch, after already having the car in possession so I'd have no choice. Not a bad way to add a little back end profit margin for them i guess.

Love this place! Even in some crazy times where most other dealers wouldn’t look twice at us , Jed managed to get us the most bang for our buck without the hassle. Thank you Mr.Kass , we’ll be back for sure!

A few months ago I leased a Tiguan. It was the FIRST GREAT CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I have had in 42 years of driving. I walked out of a car dealership SMILING and HAPPY!!! In the past I always felt taken advantage of. This time I worked out a price with the salesman that I was happy with, but I wasn't able to drive in from Long Island and complete the paperwork for 3 days. When I came in to finalize everything Jed Kass the manager told me that Volkswagen put in a new program that would cut another $42 a month off of my lease. I never heard of a car dealership lowering their price after the deal was made. I am about to get my daughter her first Volkswagen and there is no question I am going to this dealership for that car.

Humza greeted me right away when I enter the dealership. He was there to listen to me and my wifes needs. He recommend us the car that fitted our criteria and guided us. He was great sales person I would come back to him if I am buying another car in the near future
