All the folks at Rich Ford in Edgewood are absolutely the best! I've bought cars from them since I've moved to the area 15 years ago, just after they moved out there, and have had the cars serviced there with no issues at all. I would recommend them if you are interested in any Ford product, as well as servicing any auto you have. Absolutely the best!

Was passing through Albuquerque pulling a load with my 2006 Duramax, had engine trouble leaving out of Bernalillo, NM on July 3rd. Weighed my options for repair, used diesel or new ford diesel truck. After a morning of making phone calls and surfing the internet for feasible options to continue.... I settled into visiting Rich-Ford. This was an amazing adventure as I discovered a low pressure sales environment with great in-stock options. less than 4 hours later i was back on the road with a ford factory goose-neck hitch and 6.7L F350 SWR Platinum edition hauler. Quick, no fuss hassle free deal.

As usual, Azlynn Franken took care of my car to my complete satisfaction. I was having intermittent problems with the operation of the vehicle. I made a guess that I needed a new 12 v battery. Azlynn was able to schedule a time on a very busy day to have a mechanic replace the battery. That seems to have fixed the problem.

I'd had the tire pressure sensor go on twice in the past few days and assumed it was a slow leak. The technician tested the pressure on all tires and informed me they were all good, and I was not happy about that. I'd just put air in before coming in, and he didn't even ask which tire it was. So when I insisted he check that one, he did find a nail which was unfortunately inside the side wall and required me getting a new tire. Vindication, but at a price!

Went in looking for a used truck. Michael immediately came up to us and asked if we needed help and stuck by our side the entire time even when I started freaking out a little. ( I haven't had a truck payment in a long time) He answered all our questions. Reece was great as well! Everybody there was super nice and patient with me in my decision making process. First of all, I love that you're only a mile away from my home! The assessment paperwork is very useful and makes me feel like my car is in good hands (yes, I'm female). Also appreciate the sales manager bringing me a chair in the parking lot while I awaited my ride home! And the whole thing, as a first oil change, really was free! I was expecting some sort of "extra" charge for some sort of mysterious complication. Great job, Rich Ford Edgewood!!

I dropped my vehicle off for service at my appointment time planning to leave it there all day. I stopped back about two hours later to retrieve something I had forgotten in the car and they were just finishing up the paperwork for the completed service. Ford Fusion was taken in for warranty service. While we were somewhat disappointed with how long it took (a little over six weeks) they more than made up for it with a FREE interior detail and wash and also covered the cost of having a rental car. They kept us in the loop at all times and were nothing short of amazing through the entire process.

I would like to take a few minutes to discuss the dealership. They are top notch in all aspects, and the service department is the best Ford Service Department around! They will go above and beyond what should be expected. I left another dealership for this one and I am willing to drive from Rio Rancho to have my Ford Flex serviced! I did not even purchase my Flex from this dealer, but that does not bother them - they treat me with the "red carpet treatment!" I briefly worked with the sales department and they were courteous and helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership!!

This was my fifth vehicle purchases at a dealership. It was by far the most pleasant. I came in about 1:30. on a Sat. I said what I wanted. We found it and drove it. At 3pm I was leaving with the keys with financing in place.
