Everything from the start of the experience was excellent. The communication while the vehicle was on order was impeccable, and the delivery was smooth and painless. Chad and his staff were professional and easy to work with. Easily the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Andy was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. I was stressed about being in an accident and he made the process of getting my car fixed easy and stress free.

Went in for oil change and to have a squealing nose checked out. They got me in early, called with a diagnosis and cost estimate. They had my truck done the next morning and it very reasonable costs.

Second update: back to zero... needed my car by 3:30 at the latest and called, it is 3 and they don’t know where My car is. “It’s been a really hectic day here” they say, I said it seems like it always is. Still haven’t been told how much I owe, never was given an estimate just dove in blindly and I guess we will see if they even bill me given they haven’t asked for payment yet and aparently the car is done... let’s hope they find it and get it to me within the next half hour? Extremely disappointed in my experiences here. Update: was forced to return and so far haven’t had as many issues. Moved 1 star to 3, communication is key! I went first time to get AC fixed and they charged 800 to replace condenser, ac didn’t work right still after and took it in again on “their not busy day” just to have to wait in line for over an hour before they took my car (I scheduled over two weeks out) and had to move meetings and was late to work, they didn’t inform me when the car was dropped off or what was done with it. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone because they are too busy... this business I’d obviously over booking themselves and I won’t be returning
