Absolutely amazing experience at Richland Motors here in Roswell NM. Go and see Marcos and he and his team will get you all setup in a great vehicle. Tom (finance manager) is awesome to work with. Went in for airbag factory recall,yes it did end up no charge.It took half of a day but I think that could be scheduling issues,they don't give you a specific time slot so you end up waiting.I went home,they picked me up when it was ready.Good service and a good waiting area so I'm happy.

Was not happy with the service department, My 2020 Chevy Silverado, would not start on the weekend of October 31st.. they told me that I would have to wait until the 17 of November.... Called Sierra Blanca Motors in Ruidoso, got it up their the same day , and FIXED..... Sorry Richland auto, not good for customer Service....
