I traded my ‘21 BMW X3 for a ‘22 X3 with more features and extremely pleased with it. My salesman, Dell, made my car buying experience positive and fun! No matter how many times he and I talked on the phone or in person, he was always calm, courteous and personable. He wasn’t pushy at all. He even called me a few days after my purchase to see if I was satisfied with my car or if there were any issues. That type of great customer service goes a long way. I’d recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle, to go see him at Richmond BMW, ASAP!!!

Excellent service! The technician explained the problem I was encountering with my Z4 and suggested several options to resolve the issue. The fix was quick and affordable. I would recommend the service to family and friends!

I traded and purchased a mustang with Steve Lerner and it was definitely the easiest and most professional car purchase I have ever made. Steve was more than willing to answer any questions and his follow-up was impeccable. I also have every vehicle serviced at Richmond BMW because their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. If I can help it, I do not take my vehicles anywhere else for service. Scott was absolutely amazing! I was stranded with a dead battery and he not only talked me through the battery jumping process on the phone but also helped me get a new battery and a new starter efficiently so that I could get to work on time to see my most critical patients. I could not recommend this dealership enough!
