I'll recommend this dealership to everybody I can. Purchased a new truck and the entire process was seamless like always! They're such an awesome dealership that my wife and I, collectively, have purchased 4 vehicles from here in the past few years! They work hard to sell you the experience and lasting relationship. They aren't like other dealerships where they do a deal and kick you to the curb to the next contestant. If that isn't a customer testimony, then I don't know what else you're waiting for. Don't bother with the other dealers in the area, go here first and save yourself the time and hassle. Thanks for working with me!

If you looking for a vehicle: Check out what Richmond Ford has to offer!!! I been looking for a pick up truck for 2 and half or 3 months. We looked at a ton of trucks! Richmond for had the cleanest / nicest trucks by far of any dealership we visited! We got a great deal too! I could not be happier! I love my truck!!!!........Go see Brad Baker (he will hook you up) and if you need financing talk to Christie Nichols! Brad took a consultative sales approach. Brad's goal was to make us happy, not sell us a vehicle. He did an amazing job! He knew more about the trucks they had to offer than any of the other dozen or more dealerships we went to. It was awesome! He made the process very easy.......Christie Nichols got us a great rate and she was awesome to work with as well!..........Our experience couldn't have been any better.......The banner and all the have awards they have displayed in the dealership for customer satiation and excellence is impressive. I can see why the have achieved all their accomplishments.

I cannot say enough about my experience buying a vehicle from Brad Baker at RFL!!!!! I have been looking for over a year to find exactly what I wanted and I found it here! Not only was the vehicle in brand new condition (and it's a 2014!!), but it had extremely low mileage too. Brad was AMAZING!!! He was very helpful and extremely friendly.
