Rich's Cars N Credit is a quality car dealer. We purchased a 2017 VW Tiguan from them and are extremely happy with the car. It was very low miles and super clean. We are out of state buyers but the transaction was very smooth. Dean Ricks was our salesman and I was on the phone with him for maybe 10 minutes before we had a deal. The price was very fair for a quality vehicle. We made the 4 hour trek to Logan, UT the following weekend and found the car ready for a test drive. The paperwork with Blake took maybe 20 minutes and we were back on the road home. This was the best car buying experience ever. Dean and Blake are old school good guys, clearly with a lot of industry experience. If there is a deal to be made, they will make it for you. We highly recommend Rich's Cars N Credit without reservation. Thanks Dean and Blake!

Well now that we have the vehicle back I can post my honest review. I was told they wouldn’t do anything unless the review was taken down but they still failed to uphold their end. They are a very shady dishonest company and I would never recommend them. They lied on the odometer reading to get the vehicle funded. After having the truck for a total of 12 hours it was broke down needing a full transmission rebuild. After multiple attempts of contact they never replied until a negative review was posted then would “make it right” if the review was removed. The review was removed and they still failed to make it right. Only paying about half and leaving us to pay almost $3000 out of pocket. The truck sat in the transmission shop for almost 2 months while we were constantly ignored by everyone at the dealership. We have filed a complaint with the bbb and the dmv investigator as this company will commit fraud and not even bat an eye. They posted our personal financial agreement on social media oh and did I mention odometer fraud by lying to the bank about the mileage on the vehicle? This is the worst most shady company I have ever done business with ans will never return. One star is way too much for them.

A great car buying experience!! They weren’t pushy or rude to sell us something we didn’t want. They helped us find the car we needed at a great price!! Kendall and Blake were professional, friendly, and great to work with. Would buy from Rich’s again!

Prices are to high, especially on the vehicles that have branded titles and the repairs to them are not the greatest craftsmanship.
