Alberto Acosta was very patient, gave us (old people who are not good with technology) very clear instructions on how to use technical features, and was willing to answer our questions. He even suggested that we would be free to contact him if we need additional assistance.

This morning I had a flat tire. When I went to go get my spare, I realized I had none. I called the dealer, I was informed that spare tires don't come with new cars. I wish I would've known it when I purchased my Acura MDX. OK no worries, I got towed to Ricky's Acura. Of course they take care of me right? Wrong. Took them almost 3 hours to change a tire. Every time I came in and asked where is my car, I said oh it's almost ready. After an hour and a half of almost ready's, I was ready to explode. To add insult to injury, when I asked how much it was to have the tire change, they told me $193. Of course the final bill was like $230. They neglected to add up all the fees. I could've gotten the same tire at Tire kingdom for Less with much better service. My entire day was ruined. I would never ever use this service center.

Right from the get go, Alberto was right on point and focussed on what I needed. I hate when people don't listen to you specially in sales because they want to sell you something. But at this dealership, my experience with everybody has been amazing.I went there on a Saturday after visiting few other dealerships but the courtesy and the knowledge about the car I received was top notch, I did not buy the car on the same day but I really wanted to buy the car from Rick case only since I received that great of a service. Special mention to Kelly who helped me the next day when Alberto was tied up with some other customers.Great thanks to all the employees working there. I would definitely recommend Rick case Acura.

We ordered this car through Costco's Auto Buying program which required that we drive over from the West Coast of Florida to obtain it, as Rick Case Acura is the only regional authorized dealer for this program. Because we wanted a very specific set of features we waited 5 weeks for our 2017 RDX. The car is fantastic and loaded with technology and safety features that make the car awesome but also a bit overwhelming. Alberto's thorough command of the vehicle's features was impressive and he patiently walked me through to fully acquaint me with their operation - especially important since I was a somewhat intimidated to now hop behind the wheel of my brand new car to drive the two hours back to the West Coast! Alberto not only spent the necessary time enthusiastically orienting me on the car, but also sent me a handful of useful YouTube videos to further cement my knowledge and insure I get the most out of my car. He was a super sales rep in closing out the deal!My only negative feedback would be that the initial rep we dealt with (not Alberto) for the Internet sales end of our purchase, left us frustrated. She verbally promised us a certain price adjustment but then only came through with this full amount once we went over her head to her manager. She also provided the wrong vehicle VIN number, which meant correcting our auto insurance after the fact. She was pleasant enough, just didn't dot the i's and cross the t's...Anyway, in the end, our excellent experience with Alberto smoothed over our frustrations.

I was shopping for a car for more than a month before finding what I thought was my future ride, a 2004 Acura TL. Well, it turns out that there have been a LOT of technological advancements in the automotive industry over the last 12 years, so I went back to the drawing board in pursuit of a luxury sedan that was a bit newer. 6 weeks and countless dealer trips later, I ended up leasing a 2016 Acura TLX from Rick Case Acura. They offered the most attractive deal in South Florida (trust me, I quoted several other dealers in Broward and Dade county) and---most importantly---made the entire process completely painless. Negotiation was brief and easy, and the paperwork took less than than an hour to draft and sign. I STRONGLY recommend working with Alberto, as he was easily the most honest, competent, and knowledgeable sales associate I worked with. When he learned that the vehicle I wanted wouldn't arrive until the following day, he actually offered to drive my new car to my workplace 20 miles away even after the deal was done. He also returned my previous lease to the dealership and took his time showing me every feature my new car had to offer...just an amazing experience overall, and I can truly say that he hasn't disappeared after the sale was closed. I also want to recognize Fred and Karim, without whom this lease wouldn't have been possible. Bottom line, if you're thinking of leasing or purchasing a new Acura in South Florida, this should be your first stop.

Phillip Knapp was my sales consultant. He was honest, personable, sincere and professional. He had a lot of patience teaching the electronics of the car and kept his word when he made a promise. I have had many dishonest salesman in the past but Phillip was not one of them. I leased a car from him in April of 2016 and would highly recommend him. I emailed the company through their website. I listed exactly the vehicle model, specification, color and extras that I wanted, together with the price I was prepared to pay out the door. If they were willing to meet my offer they had a deal. Kelly Davis responded quickly and courteously. We did the deal very quickly, she emailed me confirmation and I visited the dealership to complete the transaction. Phillip Knapp was the in-store salesman partnered with Kelly. He made the entire deal go smoothly, took the time to fully demonstrate the vehicle's features, both during the test drive, and on delivery. I have nothing but high praise for both the sales staff members and their finance manager, John Evans.

The sales Manager Mr Fox told me that He would install 4 brand new tires on my Acura MDX 2014. Went back 2 days later to get them installed, they installed 2. He told me that 2 didn't need to be new. This was a verbal agreement from him to me saying he would install 4 brand new tires to put through the deal. After going through all this, he then had the audacity to tell me that I can return the car if I want to because he can make more money off the sale if I dont buy it. RUDE!! Completely wasted my time. By the way, I didn't return the car because my time is too valuable for pride.

My experience with this dealership was exceptional. I was met on arrival by Phillip Knapp who took the time to speak with me and my husband regarding our wants and needs. Having met Phil and seeing the RDX at the auto show, we were fairly certain the Acura RDX was for us. We discussed purchase and lease options with Fred Wolf (sales manager) who treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. We finalized our deal with John Evans in finance who explained the various protection packages available.We took delivery of the RDX and again, Phil was incredible. He walked us through every operation of the vehicle including set up and use of the multiple phone, navigation, and audio features. I felt completely comfortable when I left with the new vehicle and am most grateful for the time and effort Phil spent with us to make our entire experience pleasant and relaxed. My wife & I went to Rick Case A. on the defensive after having a poor experience at a dealership closer to home. The Case team, led by Phillip, put us quickly at ease and 3 hours later, we drove home in a new RDX. Before Christmas, I took my 2006 Acura TL to Rick Case to have them investigate leaking transmission fluid. I agreed to pay the diagnostic charge to have them look and determine the cause of the leak. After running their diagnostics, they call back and tell me both Axel seals need to be replaced. In addition to the axel seals, they say you have bad motor mounts, power steering pump, and rack/pinion. I was told once I do this I would be all set. I agreed to pay the $2158 or so to get all the work done believing I'm finally going to be car-trouble-free for a while. I pick up the car take it back home...car is still leaking. Not only did they not fix the originally problem but they led me to believe I had to have all this additional work done. I then take the car back twice before George the mechanic finally stops their band-aid fixing and troubleshooting and finds the source of the leak. Final diagnoses is to rebuild or replace transmission. These people took my $2100, did not fix the issue, and could even return my call back when I called to talk to him about this fiasco - Yes you Tony Vrenna!! Stay away from these people, they don't care about genuinely fixing your car and saving you money. They will tell you all kinds of things to get you to spend money you don't need to spend.

I recently had the battery changed on my 2010 Acura MDX and was required to enter a security code in order for my Radio to work. I could not find the security code in any of the information that I had in my glove box. In one call to Mort Schwartz, he helped me troubleshoot the problem and found the necessary code in a database at the dealership. Fantastic customer service to handle my problem over the phone saving me time, money and effort, by not having to come to the dealership in person. Thank you Mort for your excellent customer service. Mort Schwartz and Rick Case Acura have earned an A+ from me for over 20 years now. The dealership service department has always been excellent. I happen to love the brand. I have been driving Acura cars exclusively for 26 years now. Mort Schwartz has been such a wonderful salesman and advocate for me. He also has the patience of a saint teaching me about all of the advanced features of each new vehicle I get. Sometimes I need repeat lessons but it is never a problem for Mort. My family has been purchasing automobiles with Rick Case for the last 15 years. My husband and I have purchased the last 4 Acura's with, I personally would say, is the best salesman around, Mort Schwartz. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and willing to listen. He is not the pushy type that is just out to make a "quota". Did I mentioned that at the end - he gives the best tutorial about all the new features! He makes the difference! On a whim, I stopped by last Friday and talked to Mort for a few minutes. Explained what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He called me on Saturday with more information and I made an appointment for Tuesday. On Tuesday we talked numbers, did a test ride and with my busy schedule, made an appointment to pick up my car on Wednesday. I got there at 4:30 and was out by 5:45 p.m., in my bright shiny new Acura! Kudos to the Rick Case Family and especially to Mort!!!

I went to RICK CASE ACURA last month ready to return my 2013 TL and look at the new 2015 TLX models. Mort Schwartz sat with me and went over all the features of the TLX with the advance and tech packages (As I like Tech gadgets).I found Mort to be very knowledgeable with all the aspects of the TLX. We went for a test drive and then he went to bat for a good deal on my trade and new purchase.All in all, I would recommend RICK CASE ACURA, and specifically Mort as the person to see if you contemplate buying an ACURA.

I recently wanted to service my car in this relationships. They charged me twice for the same job not honoring their own service warranty. The reason they gave me was it was not the same component. Good luck learning which components they touch when they try to fix. The info on the invoice may not represent the actual work. When I told them I will share my experience online, the service manager threatened me with not fixing my car thus causing additional hardship.So if you are not a car expert and/or has no experience dealing with people who have respect for what they do, try to find another service location for your car. This service does not deserve your business.

I dread car buying/leasing time because it usually entails hours and hours of back and forth nonsense with salespeople and management, sometimes ending in walking out.Not here. Carl and Mort were great from the start. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable, or worse that we were being ripped off. There were no games... my wife made clear early what we were looking for and left more than satisfied at the end. This dealer, from Carl and Mort in sales, to Michael in finance, epitomize what "customer service" should be. Highly recommend this location.

Went to buy a car spent over 6 hours there negotiating a price , finally settled on price. By the time got back to financing the numbers weren't adding up. The guy told me it was because of interest rate come to find out they didn't give me negotiated price. Was in a hurry to get to work two hours north and having my 2 year old with me I signed papers not catching wrong negotiated price until I got home from work that nite. ( yes I should of seen) called to try an correct it and asked to see original paper with agreed upon price. I was email a different paper and told that was all they had. So will have to drive 4 hours to deal face to face. Also charged me 200$ more than what was told on dealer fee.

I purchased an Audi Q5 2012 vehicle from this dealership in December and encountered all types of issues dealing with honesty. The first occurrence was with them trying to tack on dealership fees. If a vehicle was traded on a purchase to a new vehicle what dealership fees needs to be associate with the traded vehicle. Second the vehicle came with two sets of keys but I was told later after the fact the original owners only gave them one key. Upon inquiry to the second key they said it would only cost $50.00 dollars to replace. Called the Audi dealership and they said it would be about $450.00 to $500.00 to replace. They did not want to accommodate the replacement of the key. They gave me the run around until I said I was going to post a bad review on Facebook. They did not replace the key and furthermore added due to cost savings of the vehicle I purchased I could get a replacement key. I truly will not recommend this dealership to anyone and yes I am still going to write a review on Facebook...... Palm Bay, FL

I went in on Saturday at 3:30 to have my car serviced. Oil change, tire rotation etc.... We went and sat in the waiting room for about an hour . While there a group of thugs which had no business being there walked in and started serving themselves hot chocalate and grabbing bags of potatoe chips which are intended for the customers. One of the personnel there asked them to leave and they just kept on, she had to literally tell them several times.... I could not believe this was happening at tick case Acura!!!!!!! I said to my boyfriend first and last time we will come here to this, anything could happen there. So a while later my service advisor for that day "Jason " comes in and says oh they are going to wash the vehicle and vacuum which is a complimentary service and I said oh ok thank you. I went to sit outside and was truly impressed on how the vehicles were being detailed ... When Jason says oh you car is ready I go to it and literally had to turn back as it was still wet all over the place and the vacuum inside, never happened..... Rick case has a lot of things to fix. I will never go back. Next time I need a service I will be going to pembroke pines Acura ... Much classier dealership!!!!!! I was very very disappointed with Rick case Acura .

I met with Mort Schwartz at Rick Case Acura to pick up my Acura ILX. The experience was the best one at a dealership! Not only did Mort take the time and personal attention to answer my questions, I was treated like a queen the entire time I was there. Mort is cordial, amiable and attentive. What dedication and superb customer service! Plus I really enjoyed talking to Mort. He makes you feel like you're part of his family and that kind treatment is so rare nowadays. He even followed up two days later to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. An enormous thank you to him. This definitely makes me want to recommend Rick Case Acura!

Four years ago, I bought 2 MDXs from Rick Case Acura. I got a decent price all around.I went back figuring loyalty would be rewarded. WRONG!They were having their 0/0/0 special at the time. They didnt have the specific MDX Model I was looking for on the lot. They could get one they quoted me $1,500 OVER MSRP and low-balled me on a trade.I went to another dealer they didnt have the car either. THEY worked hard to get it. I got the car for almost $4,500 UNDER MSRP. I also got a respectable trade. Obviously, Rick Case Acura feels they dont need to work for a sale. I saved over $8,000 by walking out of Rick Case Acura! I wont be going back

The process of leasing our 2nd MDX was so easy. We had contacted Mort Schwartz our salesman from 2012 and he let us know about the current promotion. We were able to get into a new lease 3 months earlier than we had expected. We went in on a busy Saturday afternoon. We had scheduled an appointment with Mort since we had a busy afternoon of birthday parties for our 9 year old. It took about an hour but we had negotiated the price and there was nothing stressful about it. My wife was thrilled to move up to the Technology package and get the color she wanted. We picked it up a few days later. Mort took the time to sit with us and go over all the special features that are standard to the 2015 model as well as features associated with the Tech package. He is super knowledgeable and has worked with Acura behind the scenes to make the features as safe as possible. He is a real professional and we look forward to seeing him again as he stressed that he was available at any time to review the features if need be. Thanks for making this a very pleasurable experience. Oh and we love the popcorn machine in the showroom, great for snacking!

Went in to view a car after researching on the internet and from the great service from Kelly Davis to my salesperson, Mort Schwartz everything was great. Mort took the time to get to know me personally then really looking into everything that I was looking for in a new car. He was very attentive, not pushy at all and really took the time working with me every step of the way. I ended up finding a different model than originally was looking for and got a great deal. I would recommend Rick Case Acura and ask for Mort and you will definitely be happy.

I contacted Mr. Schwartz to see if Rick Case could beat a standing written offer I had from another dealer. Mr. Schwartz took down my information, as well as the details of the offer I already had, and stated he would get back to me with an answer. Within a short period of time he contacted me and indeed beat the offer I had from another dealer. Everything else after that was handled either via phone or e-mail. He was always extremely responsive, helpful and was willing to provide everything he said in writing. We picked up the new MDX today and it was the easiest and most pleasurable experience we have had in leasing a new vehicle ever. Everything was as Mr. Schwartz had stated with no last minute changes to the deal we had agreed upon. It is rare to find such an honest, up front, and courteous individual in the car business. Mr. Schwartz is a true gentleman and treated my wife and I as if we had been life long friends. I can honestly recommend this dealership and Mr. Schwartz very highly to anyone in the market for a new Acura. This dealership has earned all of my future business in purchasing/leasing new vehicles!!!

Now that was impressive service considered it was a saturday morning, when is the busiest - very inmpressive and service was excellent. Keep it Rick Case service.

After dealing with Delray Acura, Delray Honda, and Acura in Lighthouse Pointe, Rick Case Acura was so great that I will always go back to them. The hassle of going to a dealership can not be fun, but salesman James and managers Karin and Allan were extremely helpful, fast and patient with me while I made my decision. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend going to see this dealership. They truly were the best.

After years of having a very good experience at this dealer , I took my ZDX to be serviced and to have the trunk opener switch replaced. At the time to pick up my car, the service adviser told me that "by accident they broke my rear lights". "They had no idea what they were doing", (words of the general manager when he saw what happened) so now,two weeks later, after I email and call the service manager (no response) and visited to dealer and talk to the General Manager I am still waiting for the dealer to call me so they can take care of what they did. No one took responsibility to resolve this in a timely manner. I also contacted Acura Client Relations, and to make this more funny, they are still waiting for the dealer to respond. Horrible customer service, at Rick Case Acura,you do not get what you paid for.

Many times that I have been at a dealership I feel hounded, bombarded and uncomfortable by the sales representatives. At Rick Case Acura my rep Michael Salzverg allowed me enough time to look around at my own pace and when I was ready to question him on a potential purchase he was ready and knowledgeable of the whole Acura lineup. Michael was new but made sure all my questions were answered. The test drive went smoothly, and the ease and convenience of how everyone works in conjunction with each other made my decision easy to get in a new model. While working on the paperwork and numbers that worked for me, Michael and the rest of the team made us feel at home. We were offered refreshments, comfortable areas to rest our feet (since it was late in the evening), and complimentary snacks. You can tell Michael takes pride in his work. He was as excited as I was to be getting into a new vehicle. Being a sales representative myself, I know many tricks of the trade, but feeling more like a friendly conversation and less like a business transaction made this purchase easier for me. Previously I have had many issues with dealerships, but Rick Case Acura has changed my mind on how I feel about them now. I would recommend this dealership to all friends, family and future buyers. They had an extensive used car section and so many models of new vehicles to choose from on their lot that when I chose which new car I wanted, I had a variety of exterior colors, interior colors and tech packages to choose from.I have had my car for 2 weeks now, and Michael has been diligent with keeping me in the loop about my new license plate, window tinting, and other options that I have for my vehicle. All of this WITHOUT being overbearing. To me that is very important. When purchasing a new car, you are inundated with so many surveys and courteousy calls. This has not been the case with Rick Case Acura. I was not planning on getting another Acura when my lease was up, but the team at Rick Case Acura changed my mind, and changed it easily. Their service department, sales department and staff have been nothing but helpful and professional. Acura should be thrilled to have a team like this working for them. All of the staff from internet sales manager Matt, sales manager Karim, Joann the concierge, finance manager John, and finally salesman Sean Segaloff were very pleasant and accommodating . Sean was very knowledgeable and took the time to show my wife all the bells and whistles with our new Acura ILX and answered all of her questions.

My wife and I bought a bigger boat and had to trade our SUV for one with more towing capacity; we made a list of possible options and started to solicit quotes over the internet and visiting dealers after to test drive our possible options. Reading the reviews in Dealer Rater we became acquainted with Mort Schwartz and his ability to persuade customers. I wrote Mort and e-mail with our requirement and with the vehicle choices we were contemplating to lease. Mort responded my e-mail with advice and then we spoke on the phone and he sounded like a car consultant rather than a sales person, and he got my attention. Anyhow, we thought that the MDX was outside of our budget limitations and we received a great lease offer on a well-known brand (which I will reserve the name because of our great relationship with the salesman and dealership) also made is Japan SUV. We went to this dealership on Saturday determined to test drive this car and to move forward with the transaction. We test drove 2 of the same SUV (loaded and the lease program was second to none), however, at 60 Mph on the expressway the Steering Wheel vibrated worse than a 20 year old vehicle with Alignment problems and out of balance tires. We were very disappointed (so was the sales person and the dealer GM) and we decided to stop by Rick Case Acura to meet Mort and discuss the lease program face to face. I had spoken to Mort earlier that day and was told that if planned to visit him, to please try to make as early as possible as he planned to leave earlier than usual. Although my wife and I came in to Rick Case Acura at the time Mort had to leave; he took the time to stay with us to explain why we should consider the Acura MDX over other vehicles and left us in the hands of Carl Ziedman. We test drove the vehicle with Carl and went to the negotiation table. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Mort and Carl and decided to work around our budget and leased a NEW Acura MDX last Saturday evening. We had sort a negative experience about 4 years ago at Rick Case Honda, and we had a bit of reservation about doing business at Rick Case Acura store. Mort and Carl made the difference and made us forget about the past; we highly recommend that you give Rick Case Acura an opportunity when shopping for an Acura and definitely schedule an appointment with Mort and/or Carl. You will not be disappointed!

Horrible experience. Passed back and forth between two salesmen providing inconsistent information. I was given a price and told it was a bottom dollar price. Another dealer beat the price by a large amount with no haggling. When I told Mike I purchased the car somewhere else he was extremely rude and sent me a slew of negative and. Insulting text messages. I would not have anything to do with this dealership. To top it off a week after I bought my Acura I bought another one for my wife and did not call Rick Case. The bad service cost them two sales.

When it comes to customer service, Rick Case is #1. As soon as you walk through the door, they know your name (returning customers) and make you feel at home. They offer the best deal and don't hassle you to purchase today. Everyone is very friendly, even the salesman who are not taking care of you. I have purchased 5 cars from them and I can see me purchasing more in the future.

I had tried to purchase an Acura MDX over the past 6+ years on 2 separate occassions through other Acura dealerships. A neighbor of mine had purchased his last 4 or 5 Acura and Honda vehicles from Rick Case and highly recommended i give Rick Case a shot.I did extensive research on the vehicles I was considering this go around, which included Lexus, BMW, Volvo and Audi and started my search.I worked with Yury Golynsky at Rick Case Acura initially via email and phone, then in person when I was ready for a test drive. We received an excellent lease on a MDX Tech & Ent with Rick Case Acura in mid June 2012. The entire process from initial contact through F&I and driving off was completely stress free and without any hassles or surprises. Prior to contacting Rick Case Acura I had done a lot of research and worked with a few other dealers that we were close to going with so we were comfortable on what represented a great price and knew the lease specifics at the time. After speaking with Ms. Kimberly Petitt over the phone and discussing where we looking to be she called me back shortly thereafter and provided a deal that met or exceeded what we had discussed in our conversation. We met with Kimberly the following afternoon and also Mr. John Evans in F&I, everything was exactly as per our conversation and we were in and out within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend checking them out when looking for an Acura.

I had previously visited this dealership to see another car. Yuri was very helpful even though I did not buy at that time. He did not pressure me at a all. I decided to purchase a different Acura model through the internet. The purchase process was easy and I never felt pressured. I usually hate the whole car buying experience but this time it was quite easy. I did finance the car at a great rate but I wish the dealer would provide extended warranty options ahead of time.

I gotta say.. buying a car of any kind from a dealer can be a stressful undertaking for anyone. When I walked into Acura, I was very surprised at the service and friendly approach I got vs. other dealerships from other car makers I have been to. It was great to sit down, and talk with Mort as I felt he was able to quickly relate with my situation, and made practical advise that made sense to me. In the end, I got the car I wanted (2012 MDX Base) and I gained a great contact within the Acura brand. Mort. 3 days after taking home my new car, I was back with a friend who was also thinking about Acura vs. BMW. I would say service here is better than most dealers, however realize there are some serious catches. First, Rick Case charges a $600 dealer fee, which is one of the highest around. A dealer fee is simply a "Junk Fee" charged to insure the dealer has a built-in profit for the deal, and fortunately some dealers have eliminated this dirty practice--some states have even banned dealer fees. So you're paying for all those fancy hats that Rita Case is wearing in the many photos they flood you with at Rick Case. In turn for the $600 dealer fee you get bogus frills, like "discounted" gas, but actually I called up and found out that the "discounted" gas was $3.79/ gallon of gas meanwhile it is $3.80 at a local gas station--so you save a whopping penny per gallon. Other things include Rick and Rita Case's book "Our customer, our friend" to read and a $5 key ring. To tell you the truth I would rather have my $600 back and they could keep all the bogus gifts. Also, when you buy anything from Rick Case you are going to have to deal with the "Rick Case Marketing Machine." That's right everytime you callup Rick Case, for anything you have to sit through Rick pitching you to buy one of his services or hear why Rick Case is so much better than everyone else. I bet this guy is even pitching people in his sleep. To be honest with you they are slightly above average compared to other dealers, but if you would listen to all their marketing and Rick Case's pitching you would think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. $600 for a dealer fee is a tough whack, but you will get slightly better service--so just know what you're getting into!

I had contacted Yury to negotiate a purchase of new Acura TSX. I wanted it in particular configuration and color. Rick Case Acura didnt have such vehicle in stock. Yury had located such vehicle with 1 hour after my call and made it delivered on the next day to Rick Case Acura. He gave me an excellent price as well. Yury arranged Carl Ziedman to pick me up at my place. Yury were highly professional and knowledgeable. Carl went with me through all paperwork and explained everything about the vehicle. My experience with Rick Case Acura was excellent and pleasant. I will recommend Yury to my friends.

My husband and I had a great experience at Rick Case with Yury. We settled on a price via email communication with him and decided to come and take delivery of our new vehicle near their closing time on a Saturday evening. I spoke with Yury before we left our house, gave him our information ahead of time and he had much of the paperwork ready and waiting for us. Yury and his team stayed past closing time to make sure we were satisfied and we did not feel rushed at all. He took the time to explain everything we were signing as well as going over the features of the car. I have since called Yury with questions and he is always right on the ball, quick to call me back and answer any questions or needs I have. I highly recommend Yury and Rick Case Acura. I put a deposit on my CPO Acura TL not even seeing it and Yury took his time to check the vehicle for me and take care about most of the paperwork before I arrived. The car was like he described and he picked me at Hertz because I was driving a rental car. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My wife and I have now purchased 3 new cars, a CL, a TL, the current 2012 TSX and one used TSX from Rick Case and each sale was handled in a friendly and honest manner. I dislike the aggressive salesmanship I had previously found at other dealerships. At Rick Case I never felt that. There was, as expected the negotiations usual in buying an automobile but never the degrading intimidation that is characteristic at other car dealerships I have experienced. Our last purchase of a 2012 TSX with the Tech package was very positive. The salesman Sean Segaloff was patient,honest, and low key. We test drove several cars and hunted around in the rain for color schemes and Sean did not seem at all perturbed. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. I was very pleased with the transaction. I also want to mention the service department. Once you purchase a car a dealership is represented by its service personnel. We have dealt with Anders Madsen for many years and many repairs and he has been a terrific representative of Rick Case Acura. He has taken care of us like a friend. He is honest about what needs to be done and what can wait and when he tells us a repair needs to be done I am confident that it does. It is for that reason that I keep coming back to Rick Case for service. All in all I am very pleased with all my dealings with Rick Case Acura.

Mort took his personal time on Sunday, March 18th late afternoon to give me a Nivigation refresher course for my 2012 Acura leased back in October 2011. He spent over an hour going through all the verbal commands as well as using my cell phone through the navigation system.When I was in for my 1st oil change in 2012, I had some knowledge issues on the navigation system, which the service people tried to help me on but couldn't assist. My regular salesman, Rich Ragone, was not in during that service visit. But apparently they relayed a message to Mort, who called me and advised me that he could give me a tutorial on the navigation system since I lived in Boynton Beach and he lived in Boca Raton.I finally took him up on that tutorial on Sunday, March 18th, and he did an excellent job helping me!

Mort was extremely helpful to me within the first meeting I had with him. He was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I am very happy with my experience at Rick Case. I originally went in thinking I was going to buy a used vehicle and ended up leasing a brand new Acura. I am very happy that Mort was there to explain the conditions and positives of leasing instead of buying. Mort was always easy to get in touch with, he responded promptly and took care of me each time I entered the dealership. Being a single, young woman, I felt that I was treated respectfully and not taken advantage of. I went to a toyota dealer at the corner of taft and 441 to lease a car we choose the car work on price got to an agreement wrote the check but the sales person came back to tell us that the manager is not happy I talked to manager that the sales person was going back and fort during the negotiation and you agreed that is why I issued the check it is not right not to honor your own word . we left and end up at rick case acura bing was wonderful worked hard with honesty and understand our situation we got a much better deal better car fantastic service and satisfaction thank again to bing and rick case acura.

I will rate the dealer based on my outstanding experience with Mr. Mort Schwartz. I live in Miami, Fl and made a deal with Mort on the phone and he delivered the deal without any problems. Mort was very professional, dynamic and knew the Acura product. All my questions were answered and the customer service he provided was like no other. This is my first Acura as I have been leasing for almost 16 years from BMW to Volvo's. Not only was he very diligent, but he assisted with helping me program the vehicle since I ventured into the technolgy package without any experience. Rick Acura should be very proud of Mort's outstanding service. You can tell that he knows thr product, believes in the product, and transmits his positive energy to the client. What an amazing experience.

Car buying experience may be haunting to some people as you feel the pressure and I have been postponing my purchase for at least an year because I do not like the pressure. But with my experience at Rick Case Accura, it was quite opposite to my surprise. My first contact was with Sean Segaloff. He called me on the phone assured me that he will work with me to get the best deal. I walked into the showroom with my own doubts. Sean Segaloff was great, he did not put me to pressure. He clearly explained the process. Got me the rates. I would say the rate was already a best deal in the market. I worked with the rate as well to my satisfaction and it was a good deal. The finance was a best deal as well. Rick Case Accura was so great that they had to prepare a new finance contract on day 2 as they did not include the lower promotion APR on previous day. Over all it was a great experience. I have recommended to all my friends and I can recommend to any body who reads this. Before going to showroom decide on what car you want to buy/price/options, then you can get the car that you will enjoy driving.

Worked with Bing on getting a new car. I had a 7 year old TSK and he showed me the new 2012 TSX and TL. He was very helpful and detail oriented. Showed me all of the options the cars had and also explained some of the changes since the last acura i got was 6 1/2 years ago. Fast and efficient service and will definitely recommend the place and the service to anyone looking for a car.

I had a great purchasing experience at Rick Case Acura. I stopped by in the morning, did a test drive, quickly negotiated a price with no games and sign the deal. All the staff was very professional. Our experience with Rick Case Acura, specifically Mort Schwartz was exceptional. We are returning customers and dealt with Mort in the past to obtain our previous vehicle - we wouldn't deal with anyone else. This visit we drove away with two Acura vehicles which is a testiment to excellent salesmanship and dealership experience. The quality of the vehicles and value are important - but just as important is the customer service which Mort deserves a '5' - Great rating. It is a good feeling driving away in a car you feel secure in and that you know the deal was right!
