Daniel Gray is an amazing Service Consultant, very communicative and cares about your time, money and vehicle. He treats you like a friend. Also, Brandon who helps when Daniel isn't available is great! You really see the team effort in these men. Thank you. Sept 2021- Daniel has moved on - Best wishes to you and your family!!! However, my new service advisor Kevin was super nice and efficient. He discussed all the things my car needed and didn’t need and recommendations when to do what service. My car was finished timely and the prices are completely reasonable! Thanks Kia for always taking great care of my car.

What a wonderful experience it was leasing a car from Rick Case KIA! It was the least amount of time I’ve ever spent at a dealership. Herb was so kind and an absolute pleasure to speak with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I leased and made the process effortless. I was also just as impressed with Ted, in finance, fast and efficient, seemed to be the way this dealership works. I would recommend them to anyone interested in finding an amazing car with people that are easy to work with!

The staff are very nice and courteous. I had a trunk latch issue which was covered under warranty. I brought my car in early so it would be taken and finished early. (07:50). I was told it may take a long time and was provided with a loaner. I called to check about 3 PM (routed to a call center) and was told I'd get a call back in around 15 minutes. At 4 PM I called again, and then got a call back around 15 minutes later. Overall, this is a great dealership to have worked with over the last 4 years, but the phone system has always been and still is irritating. The same message keeps looping until after being on hold for so long you have unconsciously memorized. Scheduling also seems to be an issue my last two visits. Made me feel that they just want to get the cars "in there" instead of providing a reliable time estimate. My service rep Kevin was outstanding. Gave me all the time I needed when discussing the trunk latch issue as well as other areas of my car. Was super courteous and professional.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the attention was incredible. Customer service was impeccable and Ryan Williams was extremely helpful and professional. He was very patient listening carefully what I needed. He made me feel like his priority was to meet my needs. In no moment I felt like my credit wasn’t gonna be enough to make me a buyer which meant a lot because I was worried at the beginning. Ryan went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Him and his manager Jamal Sheikha worked with me until the end! The store was closed but they didn’t stop working for me until I left with my new Kia happy. I am so satisfied with the experience I had and how well I was taken care of. 100% recommend! Which I actually already did to my friends and family. I am glad I made the choice to go to this location (didn’t have a great experience at the prior Nissan dealership) because the service and attention is definitely 5 stars!

Rick Case Kia alerted me to an available update for Apple Car Play in my Kia Sorrento. The service took less than one hour and everything is now working perfectly. Many thanks to the entire Rick Case service department. Rick Case KIA takes great care of my car and me as well. The facility is immaculately clean and safe. Service is prompt and thorough. I always bring my car here and highly recommend Rick Case for service and for purchasing a new car.
