I’m not one to do this positive or negative, but I purchased a used truck for the price they were asking. The transmission is going after a week, I contacted the owner and he pretty much told me too bad so sad, in not so many words. When I spend 17,000.00 dollars on a truck I expect a more then a week out of it. Transmission fluid was flushed and beautiful red on the lot. Also I am not a high school kid beating on vehicles. I also did not even get the chance to bring up the fact that the air conditioning is not working.

Parts department was extremely helpful last fall when I called to obtain a backordered part that they had in stock. Upon arriving for the part, it was discovered that it was already pulled aside for use in their own service department for a job the next day. But, instead of telling me sorry, we made a mistake telling you it was available, they sold me the part anyway and then went to another local dealer to obtain the part again for their use. Many dealers wouldn't have done this, and I appreciate it. I have recently ordered my new truck from them because of this experience. They are a half hour away from me, and I literally have another dealer across the street from my house. Thank you for the great service

Great parts department here!! They where fast & helpful, even gave me a catalog for electrical connectors that is very handy!! Their showroom could use to be updated a bit but is still very professional & nice!!

Purchased a vehicle with the understanding they would buy me out my existing lease. They rescinded the offer 2 days after my purchase! Now I am stuck with two cars, one is sitting in my driveway and I am making lease payments!Buyer Beware!

I saw a truck online, contacted them and they were willing to drive to meet us. I needed a 4wd and we asked again over the phone and all 3 of us heard the guy say "yes it's 4wd". Well we meet up and the driver was a bit pushy for me to sign before we finished looking at it. It's not until I get home that I notice it does NOT HAVE 4 wheel drive. We called them and they said no it's listed as 2wd and that's what we said. I tried to be polite and said, either way I need a different truck. For a week and a half they "looked around" and didn't call us back like they said they would. We even spoke with the manager... After a week and a half I gave up and went to another dealership and took a loss because I was moving across the country for a new job and couldn't wait around any more. We gave them time to fix the mistake or come up with an alternative and they did nothing. the new dealer said the paperwork looked fishy too because rick ford only put "dodge truck" to basically cover their butts because any normal dealer will put exactly what's on there, dodge Dakota 2011, 4wd for example.

used vehicles at top price after all hidden costs and then lots of repairs soon after purchase so over charged not possible to get out from under purchase would never get a car from them again even if it was given to us.

I have 3 reasons experiences not to bother with Rick Ford. First I bought mint 1980 Trans Am it was clear the carb needed rebuilt but they convinced me it was from sitting and it would be fine & would clear itself. It NEVER did. The car stalled frequently.Second took 32ft BOunder for a problem that turned out to be the catalytic converter. We had had A tune up on it that week. Larry diagnosed a tune up and proceeds to charge us $900.00 for it. On top of that he went ahead and did the work with out permission. So I told them were not paying showing the receipt for the prior tune up. And we did not. Larry being spiteful bolted the catalytic convert back up tight and sent me on my way knowing it wouldn't go. I had to go back after 5 miles and have him un bolt it so i Could get to Tuffy muffler in shields (who side swiped a telephone pole putting it into the bay) This guy Larry is a trip.Last and yes I finally have learned my lesson and I hope this helps people!DO NOT USE THERE BODY COLLISION SERVICES. It is not in house its actually way out in Brant Not FORD certified. WE had a 99 Ford ranger in for accident repair they had to take it back twice for rims not painted and not finished job. They drive it back and for put over 100 miles on it drove all the gas out. But when I picked it up RICK FORD BODY SHOP had backed the right top corner of the tailgate into something and it was smashed in. the insurance company has the pics prior to there having the truck so they cant lie out of that. NOT TO HONEST NOT A GREAT TRACK RECORD STAY AWAY

I found a used Ford F350 at Rick Ford Sales via their website. I live 500 miles away, so I had to go by their description, and pictures to verify it was what I was looking for. After I sent them the money for the purchase, I found out it was a different model than what their website said. They said they would compensate me for the difference, but then later refused.Now they wont talk to me or return my messages.I feel the integrity of Rick Ford Sales if very poor!
