We worked with Tyler Roush and I was amazed at what a nice experience it was. We made an inquiry online, he responded right away. It was a used car and the Car Fax was available free on line from their website. To me, that was a huge plus because I would never buy a car without looking at it and I wasn't even in the market for a used car (I was looking only at new), so I wouldn't have bought a Car Fax on my own, I just happen to stumble upon this car and the Car Fax was available so I looked at it. This is the perfect car for my family, Tyler did an excellent job in selling it to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership. They seemed very honest, which is not easy to come by.

unprofessional, paperwork games, inflates financing, changes terms. Tries to inflate margins... do not trust what they say. Suggest using another Honda dealer.

Salesman Ron Gundel was excellent. Honest, informative, not high pressure. Enjoyed dealing with him. Basically, everything at Rick Roush Honda was top-notch. My car is a Demo and had 5400 miles on it when purchased. In 3 weeks, I've put on less than 200 miles on it. Friday, when I was DUSTING the car off, I noticed 2 paint chips on the hood. It will be interesting to see what Rick Roush Honda will say when I bring that to their attention? I hate buying a car because most salesmen I have encountered are pushy and at times, stretch the truth. That wasn't the case at Rick Roush Honda!
