My experience with Rick's Auto was professional, kind, and understanding. For starters they have a very nice lot of cars, whether you're looking for high end or affordable. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they gave me an overall great experience and didn't make me feel like I knew nothing. I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus in great condition for a very nice price. I had a mechanical issue with the vehicle, but together with the dealership's kindness to assist with payment and a great mechanic shop it was fixed and drives beautifully. I would like to thank both Mousa and Mohammed for such a great experience, I highly recommend this dealership!

Buyer Beware....actually just pass this place and go to an authorized car dealer. He is back to selling Cadillac vehicles. Remember, if the cady is on a lot other than a Cadillac dealer, it has been looked at by the dealer and turned down,. It did not pass their 176point check. Go to the dealer, he will give you a better deal.

I would not do anymore business with these people. Every vehicle I have gotten from them has had many defects. Not to mention they only last about 8 months. So far I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the past 2 years and the one I just bought is about to go down on me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
