Absolutely terrible service. Super unhelpful I am a young guy trying to buy his first car and I was very unwelcome im their office area, I asked for prices and they would answer in a rude way and just wouldn’t care.

This place will work out well for those who need a truly affordable car. Ricky's sold me a 2011 ford fiesta se around 6K that was completely clean, and fully functional: clean title, great car (with the exception on Ford's part- they just had a recall for their door latch assembly failing), carfax and everything checked out, all with the dealership being friendly and almost family-like atmosphere. Frank will always vehemently insist that you take the car out for a spin before you decide anything. He isn't in a rush or pressured to sell you. He'll treat you better than most big dealerships. That was actually one of the first things I noticed. Waking into Ricky's was more pleasant, and welcoming than most dealerships in Texas. Which was kind of shocking- I had no idea that Texan dealerships took customers for granted, like a dime a dozen! I guess they just have so many military needing to buy cars at new dealerships so they don't need to improve their customer service! One of the owners is prior service army- he's great. Knowing a little bit of Spanish helps, too! It's quite a small gem but you have to dig to find great deals. This is one of those places.
