I purchased a truck from Ride Now on Monday. I purchased it AS IS. On Tuesday a couple of issues popped up that were concerning. My radio stopped working and there was a shake/shimmy that I didn't understand. Even though it was purchased AS IS, I called Ride Now. I ended up making an appointment and taking the truck in on Friday. I met with the head mechanic, Ivan. He took a look at my truck, found the problem and fixed it. He did an amazing job. Even though they were under no legal obligation to fix the truck, they never hesitated to do the right thing. I can not recommend these guys enough! They are an example of how to do things right!

After researching and reviewing various used car places around Charlotte, I decided to check Ride Now Motors out. I was very disapointed. Terri assisted us initially, no complaints with her, she was great!! However my purchasing experience was not. I waited for over 3 hours after completing my application for a phone call back from the bank (I was told it would be about 15-20 mins.), never to get a call. I called Eddie, the finance contact there at Ride Now to let him know, he rushed me off the phone saying he would call me back, never got a call back from the bank or him...needless to say, I then moved on....

I was having a hard time finding a car because I am a nanny and therefore don't have much to show for proof of job. I called ride now and spoke to Tony, he told me to bring in what I could and he'd help me. I went in same day and they say me down and pretty much explained what they could do for me and the cars they could offer for me to look at. I test drove the final two of my choices and walked out that day with a 2007 Nissan Versa that they had just gained and was being cleaned right before I test drove. It never even made it to the lot, I was the first to see it. That was two weeks ago and I love it! I went in today and they loved the pink mustache I had put on my car because my kids begged me. They're all so very inviting and helpful. Customer service could not be better! I would recommend Ride Now Motors to anyone looking for a car! You won't be disappointed!

I was already frustrated with my car buying experience prior to talking with Ride Now Motors, and hesitant to give them a chance to help me. I spoke with Natasha Ugalde and Maria Valle. From the beginning these two ladies have been awesome and made this experience a fast and easy process. I received excellent customer service and even when purchasing my car, I didn't feel hassled to pick any specific car, but was able to chose one that I preferred. The staff were really friendly and was available to answer any questions I had, and never hesitated to give me the information I needed, even to check the carfax. I purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt with only 51,000 miles, and runs amazing. They even provide a warranty and gap insurance that you typically won't find with used cars, especially not at buy here pay here lots. I really feel like Ride Now Motors has become my blessing in helping me get into something reliable, affordable, and with low miles. I don't have to worry about my children's safety in this car, because I know I have a good car. I would definitely recommend Ride Now Motors to anyone looking for a good used car.

I went to this place and spoke with Tony three time this week. I informed him that I was in the process of buying a house and could not have my credit pulled. He informed me that they will not pull my credit they just needed me to complete the application for there records and insured me that they would not pull it. I went back with the application and they pulled my credit anyway without my consent. I was then informed by Eddie that because I filled out the application even thought I was advised they wouldn't pull my credit that they could and did. I asked him for a letter stating that I did not give them permission to run my credit and he said he would not do it. I never even told them I wanted a car from them, I said we were looking so why would the pull my credit is beyond my understanding. Then they told the guy who told us that to get out of site as we no longer saw him. I will be sure to complain to the BBB, contact the credit agencies, an an attorney. I have never had to deal with unprofessional people such as them. I truly hope that office on independence gets such down.

They finally got the deal approved even though it took a very long time. When we got here the information was slightly differnet then what we had talked over the phone. We did walk out with a new car that we wanted in the end> everyone was very friendly and helpful.

i bought a 08 charger there and in 1 month the car started with the check engine light an i call them and they told me it was not there responsibility do i had to take to a mechanic to get fixed and i had to pay and spent more money six month later my car started leaking coolant i call them back to see if they could fix it for me and they told me no in a bad manner they told me if i wanted to get it fixed they had to financed the cost of the repair and add it to the monthly payment of the car and i though to myself that i will never end paying the car so i had to get it fixed somewhere else and i had to pay 1500$ to get it fixed so guys i don't recommend these dealer they don't even show you the carfax of the car so go to more prestige dealer like dodge,ford,Chevy like big dealers don't go to the buy here pay here dealers

This is a fabulous place to come to buy a vehicle! After spending countless wasted hours at other dealerships,and being turned down... I finally came here because someone recommended them.. and now im driving a wonderful car that was just what I wanted! The entire staff here is so friendly, even when they were busy they made sure to make the time to take care of me and hear my needs. They finally gave me the chance to prove that even though I had some past credit issues those are behind me and I just needed a good dependable vehicle that fit my budget. Now I have a chance to rebuild my credit ! They worked with me when I needed a little more time to have some extra money down to get that special car I REALLY wanted instead of just what I could get.. I made new friends here and actually enjoyed my car buying experience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THOSE OTHER PLACES!!!! JUST COME HERE FIRST, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

The have big signs up at the road saying stuff like all credit accepted, bankruptcy OK, etc. When you call to inquire about their interest rates if you've been thru bankruptcy they tell you they can't get you financed if you've filed bankruptcy. So WHY HAVE SIGNS THAT SAY YOU CAN.
