Jamal was absolutely amazing and quick to offer his help. I'm confident in saying this was the most comfortable I've ever felt purchasing a vehicle. All the other staff made a point to congratulate us and were all so very nice and friendly. I won't be doing business with any other dealers from here on out.

This dealership is THE BOMB! My husband and I bought a Corvette from them. We had a great experience, and the people were so great! I will definitely go back there for my next vehicle! I am assuming they removed my comment ! but I was told Friday to bring in my DL and the down payment that i had to offer. I spoke with Jamal whom ever he is SATURDAY ! he first started off as AFTER RUNNING MY CREDIT ! " I am not worried about your credit i can get you approved are you able to come down because when we face the face the bank will work with us" hours goes by waiting to hear something back he call back to say let me be honest your income not going to get you approved which that is a lie because i went to a REAL DEALERSHIP such as gray Daniels where they cut me deal and got it approved but it went left but anyways i asked how is it my income when i got approved and was put into a car finance it through a bank ! he goes to say they submitted it without proof of income which that is another lie because i seen my income on the documents LOL.. he goes to say he is going to process it without proof of income okay cool hour later I text the woman bre to see where i stood she ask me if i have a $3000 down payment i told her no because that is not what i was told to bring. I closed the deal because the cars that they are offering not worth the down payment !

My experience was extremely pleasant! There were so much done different from other dealerships that I truly appreciated. In fact, this is my first time entering a dealership and truly feeling welcome. The dealership I visited prior to Mitsubishi espoused so much ambiguity I nearly gave up on the car search process. I am glad I had one more round in me! The entire time I was kept in the loop on what was happening and what would be the next step. The amazing staff was straight forward and upfront. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have already passed off the dealership information to two colleagues and plan to do the same when I attend my extended family gathering this weekend. I really want to highlight the amazing dealership Finance Agent Jereme who spoke in-depth about the process and what to expect. Also, much gratitude to the amazing salesperson Maximus who made this happen! He is truly a jewel and deserves much recognition.
