I purchase a New Honda HRV. I pointed out several scratches in the clear coat. The salesman said they can put some wax on them. Well I know how to build and repair cars and I stated that they need to be buffed out with a buffer. I have used a buffer multiple times myself. I was told that it would be done when I come back 2 days later to pick it up. When We got their it was just washed and all the scratches were still their. I notified the salesman and he stated that the guy who cleans the cars has been doing it for thirty years and he is old and probably didn't see them. Ohh and he already left for the day. Really reassuring. The salesman had another gentleman who has used a buffer in the past do the buffing. I again had to show someone where all the scratched were located. This should have been done before I got their. They had 2 days. I have no confidence in a dealership like this. The transaction was smooth with the paperwork.

Purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey that is just like new. The dealer brought me the car to look at on a Sunday morning, and brought it back the next day for us to purchase. Couldn't be happier. Celina was a distance for me to travel 9 months pregnant and they made it a breeze. Much better vehicle and price than I found anywhere else.
