I arrived and my vehicle was promptly taken back and work began. Work was completed promptly and the mechanic explained everything. Very happy with my service experience today 5/19/21.

This Ford dealership went above and beyond my expectations after my 2017 F150 broke down on the way home from a 5 week camping trip out West! From quick diagnosis of my rear end that needed a complete rebuild that would take time I didn’t have, to warranty coverage, to trade in, and finally the sale of a newer/used F150 they had available on the lot to get me back on the road!
