Ben always makes it easy to get the basics covered when I need an oil change and drop car off. Arthur is awesome as the guy who takes care of customers also.

My name is Michael Perry i purchased an A7 in November 2014. The buying experience was awful all but had to beg them to sell me a car. All they wanted to sell me was the one they had on the lot they said nothing else was available. My wife didnt want the color they had so i had to get online to find my car from another dealer. I took the VIN: too them asked if they could get the car. They did reluctantly. I have had some issues with a dash squeak they havent been able too fix and my paint has blemishes and scratches all over it. They first told me they wouldnt worry about the paint. I am persistant about this isuue i had the car back in on March 26,2014 they told me they could fix the paint issues in one day. They called me that evening told me my car was ready got to the dealer they brought my car back out still looking the same as it went in. So the service writer goes and gets the manager he comes out and and asked when i purchased the car i told him in November 2014 he acted as if the car was old and used and asked how i was washing the car as if i put these scratches and blemishes in the paint since i recieved the car. Unknowingly that this has been an ongoing issue since i purchased the car from them. I say if your going to buy an Audi it is an awesome car but dont buy from this dealer you will be very sorry. I really dont see how they can stay in business with this terrible service. They wont return your phone calls. I paid a lot of money for this car I just want what I paid for. My wife was in Dallas Texas this weekend 3-29-2014 and the dealership there customer service is over the top. I wish we had that kind of customer service in Jackson MS.

The dealership was top notch.. Very friendly sales staff ready to assist you. The dealership is under new ownership and it showed in every way possible!!! Mr. Ritchey you would be very proud of everyone we came in contact with today. Here are a few of the names Mike Burton, Keith Kellum and Tim Carpenter.
