I bought a 2005 2500hd from Ken. I live in a salt state and wanted a southern truck to avoid rust issues. That meant buying the truck without even a test drive. I was uncomfortable with this. Ritz had a technician look the whole truck over, gave me a small list of minor issues, shipped the truck to me (12hrs away) and covered half of that expense. Aside from some very understandable title issues created by the dealership he acquired the truck from, everything went off without a hitch. I bought the truck without seeing it and knowing what I know now, I would do it again.

My husband Ray and I were very pleased with the service we received from Ken and his son Mike. We were in search of a box truck with a lift gate. When we arrived Ken was very friendly and let us take the box truck for a test drive. They even went out their way to ensure the lift gate worked before we purchased the truck. We're extremely satisfied customers and would definitely purchase from the again.

Mike at Ritz was great, worked with me over a 2 day period will checking out the truck and getting it financed. He was professional and friendly. He kept in touch with me, and was a totally great buying experience. I would look to Ritz on my next used vehicle purchase. Thanks Mike for all your help.

I have been looking for my little XB for several months and had gone thru all kinds of stress and frustration !!!! Ahh ha we found Ken and Mike !!!! They had my car, Ken (the Dad ) was 1st to deal with, he's awesome guy !!! Then was mike for test drive, awesome guy also !! They went beyond the call to put me in this car !!!! Thanks guys, I'm lovin my lil XB !!! See you 1st on next car purchase !!!
