I liked my experience here. I managed to find a used car at a good price, and I bought it. That being said, the salesman couldn't remember who I was. I don't think he ever took me seriously. After our email exchanges, he wasn't expecting me when I showed up. Then he couldn't remember who I was or what I was interested in when I showed up a second time the same week. Then once I bought the vehicle, I reviewed the finances and realized something was off- he ended up reimbursing me for around $200, but I'd have lost that if I didn't catch the mistake. I guess the experience could have been better, but I'm still giving it a 4 star because I would shop here again. My car hasn't given me any trouble since I purchased it 8 months ago. I got it below market value, and I'm happy with the purchase.

Recently bought a car from River Auto Sales Rav4. They were able to assist with me the process of buying a car from a dealer for the first time. The process took about a week due banks, I was told to expect this. Junior at river auto sales came recmommed from my mechanic at Auto Tune and Lude. Just picked it. Will update more car is on the road.

as far as im concern i am happy with the service here. After tiresome searches online for a used, dependable vehicle, the wife & I found a sharp looking car at River Auto Sales in Malden. Called the business immediately to find out if it was available, and I was told yes by a polite gentleman, come down & take it for a test drive. We did, shortly after the drive made the purchase, the transaction went smoothly, & minor repairs were addressed & fixed immediately. Clean facility, friendly, professional people, good selection of quality used vehicles on the lot. Glad we found them, would do business again with them & highly recommend anyone on the North Shore or Metro Boston area looking for a dependable vehicle to give River Auto Sales a look.

wow!! first time I walked in it was just like I already had my appointment because the way the welcome me. The guys are really cool at rivere auto sales. I purchased my Toyota Avalon there and I am glad I got it from rivere auto sales because that was the best transaction I ever did. The car never give me any problem in anything.
