Excuse the name it’s my YT email. This place is amazing 🤩 Our family just bought our second van here because the last one (05 grand caravan) got totaled in an accident. That was was dependable and really didn’t have much but routine maintenance issues until it was totaled 1.5 years after purchasing from here. We decided to stop in here and give it a shot again because I remember Rick the salesperson being a nice genuine guy & we had a good experience with the last vehicle as well. I am so grateful that we did because we left with a 2014 Chrysler town & country the same day. Rick was so helpful and even put us in touch with a lovely insurance agent who got us really great affordable insurance. This place goes above and beyond for their customers and Rick even remembered me from the last time. I don’t have enough words to express how grateful and happy I am about my experience with River city auto. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would recommend stopping in for sure and giving them a shot, they might just make your whole day like they did for our family. Thanks River city auto & especially Rick! Keep being great and if we ever need another vehicle we’ll be stopping in here first.

I came there & I didn’t feel very welcome. No one came outside while we were looking at cars. We had to go in a greet ourselves. I opened the door and said hello very loud a few times to get someones attention. He waited until he heard the door shut to come out and speak. I got the sense that he didn’t want to help just from how nonchalant he was about questions I was asking. I Definitely think it had something to do with race. Watch who you spend your money with. I walked out of here very offended by the help that was given.

If you need a car or a truck go see Rick he's the best car salesman there is. I would send everybody to him he will put you in a car that is you I tell all my friends to go to him he's the best.
