Despite the fact that Sean and Dane were very sweet, I would only recommended this dealership to my ex-husband. After signing to purchase to my used Escalade on Tuesday, I was assured it would be ready tomorrow as it needed tires. I highly excited Mom went home and told her children all about their new wheels. Wednesday, they called and said it needed more work and would be ready Thursday. Thursday the call came in that it needed more work and the parts were not in, it may be ready Monday. At this point, I felt insecure and chose to opt out of the deal but was told that I had to wait until Monday for refund on my down payment. Later that evening I received an exciting call that for the inconvenience, they would discount the coast of the vehicle. It was a considerable amount so I agreed to the deal and was looking forward to, once again, picking up my car on Monday. I took the day off so that my 4 excited children could go with me only to receive the dreaded call Monday... "I'm very sorry, but we can not honor the deal or discount we offered you. Are you still interested in purchasing at the original price?" Clearly at this point my answer was NO..... I drove straight there and got my money back. Not only did they lose the sale but I will be sure to share my story with as many as possible to save the heartache that my family experienced.

Sean, Dane, and Marty Jr. were all great to deal with. All three are great guys and made the whole buying process quick and easy! I stumbled upon this truck and it's one I've been looking for, for a while now. Seeing the good price and that it came from Florida, it was hard to turn away. I drove out to see the truck and within a few days I was back picking it up. The truck has larger, aftermarket wheels on it and they worked with me on getting the tires I wanted, which was much appreciated! Great guys, great facilities! Hi Dane, I usually wait at least 6 months to write a review for a product and this is my 6th. month of ownership on the Cadillac Escalade I purchased through you from River Front. I bought this truck back in the beginning of January of 2014. I had 2 small problems with it almost right away. A check engine light popped on and I couldn't get the map dick to load. I called and your service techs got me in right away and repaired both problems in one day. The check engine was a evap valve whatever that is, the map disk reader had 2 other cd's stuck in it. Both repaired with no charge to me. I took that Cadi down to Florida and back 2 times already and I'm planning another trip for August. Thanks for everything. Your friendly attitude, your patience showing us all those vehicles and your service department is the bomb. They explained everything to me and told me not to be afraid to come back for anything I needed. You guys are the best and I'm sure to come back in the future.

Dane was a great sales person. I originally came to the dealership to look at a completely different car. I was unable to get that particular car because of my own ignorance when it came to financing. ( I couldnt afford the car and the down payment would have been out of my range) There was a lot of things I wasnt aware of before purchasing a vehicle and Im glad I came to Riverfront. They went through and explained every step of the process with me and made me feel at home. Both Marty Sr. and Jr. are very friendly and customer oriented. I didnt feel like I was treated like just a number there.....I felt like they really cared about my business and wanted to get me in a great vehicle.

We recently went there and bought the car we saw and wanted on the website. After explaining that we REALLY needed a vehicle fast, as we need 2 vehicles due to my husband and I having demanding jobs and the transmission went on our family vehicle- So, it was important that we got our vehicle soon! A few days later we received a call stating that the car we bought, had issues with the transmission and cold not be sold. We were very disappointed! So, we are told that another vehicle similar to the one we chose, is coming from Florida, and would be ready NEXT week. With transportation a must and now a tremendous hardship..we have to wait another week..but we havnt even seen the vehicle yet! I think they should have offered a loaner..as transportation is our biggest dilemma! I just hope everything works out and we can get our vehicle FAST! If offered a loaner, that would be amazing, and I would post another review reflecting how they did everything possible to accommodate our needs, especially since we couldnt get the vehicle we wanted and in the time frame that was promised to us.

I baught my car from them a few months ago and was very happy that they got me approved. Less than a week later the car wouldn't start and when I asked my salesman for a loaner car he just told me no way and told me to call there shop...he didn't even care. I can't be without my car I have a family to feed. It's been in there shop at least four times in the past few months with nothing but issues, he made promises that he never kept, told me it was from Florida and it was not and told me it was never in any accidents. I did ask for a car fax and he changed the subject on the lot. After I baught it I came in and the younger salesmen was nice enough to print one out for me and I was very upset to find out it not only had an accident but was not from Florida but from buffalo.. The owner(Martie) and his son is very nice and the young salesguy is very nice too but the old balder salesmen is a liar and makes things up!!! I was very happy with Phil in the garage. He pulled some strings for me and went the extra mile for me. Very good repair garage. If it was not for the messed experience with the lies I would have givin five stars.

dont waste your time driving there. website is in the dark ages on their current inventory. great waste of time and fuel to get to a lot and find its no where near their website inventory.
