Buying your first car can be intimidating, especially as a young woman doing it alone. Peter Pisciotto made my experience better than I could have ever anticipated. He ensured I truly understood what was happening each step of the way and remained patient/kind when I would ask silly questions. Peter is extremely helpful and overall a pleasure to work with. Never had such a professional and easy experience. Jimmy is THE MAN! Super kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! Made me feel very comfortable, and answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. Can’t stress enough how wonderful my experience was!

I consider myself to be a kind person. I have been a walk in here before and had nice experiences but this time I called first. I spoke with two different women in the scheduling area and they were both impolite. I got laughed at for asking questions by one of them and when the other one called me back with the answers she gave me incorrect info to both of the questions. Someone needs training in courtesy and customer service.
