Came in after getting a jump for my dead battery- not all the dashboard functions were working and my family was to leave on vacation in two days. Despite a full workload “John” said come in tomorrow morning first thing and they will take care of it. They did!!!! Great service

Went in looking to upgrade our 2018 Ford Explorer and sat with Bill. Terrific saleman...in fact I wouldn't say salesman as that term usually leaves a sour taste in your mouth...Bill was terrific, patient and very informative...when you left a car dealership feeling good and not feeling you went to war you know you/they did well. Purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Ian. Everything was fine with this purchase at the time until the dishonesty about the service began. The sales and service department point blame at each other for things not being checked before selling the car. In my case the salesmen Ian said that oil and brakes were checked. They were not because I had to have the oil dipstick replaced which was broken off in the tube, and after having the car for a month and only driving occasionally my brakes are completely shaved down almost no meat on them. When you call to complain they just push the blame onto the service department, why are salesmen saying certain things are checked but then never confirm if the mechanics are actually doing their job. Basically the conclusion Ian the salesmen there gave me is that “people always complain about service” and that the service manager doesn’t do his job.

Lou at Riverhead Ford made the very stressful task of buying a new car an absolute pleasure. He was professional and helpful and kept me completely informed every at every step in the process. The same can be said for the rest of the staff as well. I love my new a Bronco Sport and would not hesitate to use them again!
