Mark Hertzovitz was a refreshing pleasure to deal with. He was a 'no pressure' salesperson, who showed a great deal of patience towards me and my many questions. The rest of the team at Riverhead Hyundai were thorough, and obliging. I am happy with my rate, saved money on my insurance, and am thrilled with my car!

Let’s see. When I made the appointment, I stated that I was seeing code P0263 Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance and wished to have my fuel injector(s) cleaned. You then proceeded to diagnose my Check Engine light and found the code P0263 Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance. Gee, as if I didn’t know that already. You then stated that additional codes showed up in your diagnostics, though you didn’t list them on your work order. You then recommended that all the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. You’ve now painted yourself into a corner. If I say NO, you can’t go back and clean the injectors as I requested. So, no work was done and you charged me for a diagnostic whose results I already knew and told you. When I brought the car in, I was expecting a ride to work, within 1.5 miles of your dealership, and I stated so in my request for an appointment. I had to wait close to an hour for a ride. I could have walked to work in 20 minutes. You called me before noon to advise me of the car’s situation and I declined the fuel injector replacement service. I said I would pick up my car after 4pm. When I arrived at 4:15 (walking from my workplace), I was told my paperwork was not ready, but it would only be a minute or so. It was 5pm by the time your service person had the paperwork ready. I definitely will not be going back to you for any further service. I had the fuel injectors replaced at Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip at 105,000 miles. It now had 165,000 miles when I brought t it to you. And you were saying they had to be replaced again. I doubt that I will be buying another Hyundai if the fuel injectors need to be replaced so often, at $1500 per service. But otherwise, I had a great experience. NOT!

I’ve been using this facility for 10 years. To purchase and service my vehicles.. Lots of changes…..all positive. Clean, professional, friendly. The service techs are well trained… Thank you

Holly was great. I made my appointment on line. The waiting room is comfortable with a coffee station! I didn't have time to finish my magazine. I went in for a headlight that went out. My Hyundai is a 2013 and they made recommendations for a future visit. They also let me know I had a recall and they updated my computer system. I paid $55.00 and I have peace of mind. That you! I will return!
