I was helped by Mr. Ben, He was informative about the condition of my vehicle and considerate of my personal concerns. He also assisted me throughout my final decision answering all my many questions. Ben was extremely professional even took the time to consult with the supervisor to see how he could support me further getting the process moving same day! I’m extremely thankful I trusted them to evaluate and repair my family’s very important means of transportation. Thanks again to their team.

I would like to start by saying today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am giving a 5 star review for multiple reasons. My trade and purchase was a very smooth transition from start to end. I would specifically like to give high praise to my salesman Nick Lee. Nick had been assisting me in finding a vehicle to replace my Jeep Rubicon for a couple weeks. Nick is not exactly your ordinary salesman. He is very genuine, dedicated, professional, understanding, personable, and knowledgeable. My situation/circumstances changed from what he and I had originally discussed. Nick stayed true to his word and helped me find something that I would not only feel comfortable in, but also fit my family’s needs, and lower my monthly payment. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. This was also my first time test driving and going through the trade/purchasing process with my very active 2 year old daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed walking through the showroom jabbering and making silly noises to all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They interacted with us (even my daughter), and didn’t seem to mind her silliness. (No she didn’t run wild and always had my husband or myself with her.) I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better salesman or overall experience. The team at Riverside Mitsubishi is by far the most professional, family friendly, and understanding group I’ve ever worked with. I will definitely recommend Riverside to family, friends, and continue to take all of my business to them.

My daughter bought her first car from Nick and he made it so simple for her. He treated us like family and made her first car buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend buying a car from Riverside Mitsubishi!! Thanks Nick!! She loves her Jeep Cherokee latitude 🙂

I just bought a 2015 Nissan Altima and I love it. The costumer service was outstanding especially Chris Beaman. He was awesome😊 also the gentleman that help me to get the gap protection and got my payments lowered and Trey as well for getting it financed for me.You guys really came through for me and I am truly grateful 😊

Nick was my salesman and he was great!! He made sure I was comfortable and took care of everything with my vehicle! If you’re looking for a vehicle and want a good deal Nick is the guy!!!!!! ❤️
