This was the best experience! I am a 1st time buyer and I was very nervous. I didn't want to get hounded or pressured into something I didn't want or need. I had the great honor to work with Casey. He was AMAZING he was so patient with me and gave me great advice on all the cars I looked at. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease. It was like an old friend was helping me out. My sales person was Fred Alvarez. He is an amazing person. No pressure sales. Answered all of my questions is very kind and personable. Rachel Cooper was the finance manager that helped me with the financing I needed to get the car that I really wanted. A little red Cadillac. She has the most wonderful sense if humor and cheery personality. Great people person!! I am a repeat Riverton Elko customer. Would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking to buy. Had a wonderful experience AGAIN. Will keep going back there. Great people!!!

We drove over 4 hours to pickup a 2021 Trail Boss here. Custom ordered. Their reservation/down payment fee for ordered trucks is 5x less than anywhere else in N NV. Staff was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Special thanks to George for having good communication throughout and going the extra mile!

Have patience, it is worth it in the end. This place was so busy on Black Friday but we had every intent on getting a newer vehicle. Love the customer service, everyone was very nice. Sales Rep was thorough and straight to the point, no BS, I loved that. Thank you so much Mike our Acadia was smooth riding home and I love it!! And also thanks for letting us take it to lunch while we waited for paperwork to get done. Happy Holidays Riverton, we'll definitely be back!!

Service center is always great here. Very customer oriented folks in the service center. It's a bit pricey but they always do a good job and take care of you in the mean time.
